The staff is very friendly. They get complex drink orders correct and they use stars for purchases when asked. Ive had issues with that at other locations, but not here so far. Kudos to the baristas!

Fast service and knowledgeable employees. They were able to get our order correctly, and they also informed us of alternative sweeteners, flavors, and various options available upon request.

We were told that as Conservative people with Christian Values and Morals that we could go elsewhere...guess what? We did just that 4 year + ago and dont miss the overpriced swill! Dutch brothers is a much better choice BTW! 😉

I come here about once a week.I have had an experience here where I have waited FOREVER to get a drink and pastry, only to find out they had never gotten the order from the cashier.I have also had an experience where they were absolutely delightful and delivered our drinks and food promptly.Every time we come here, they are at the very least very friendly.

Its a typical Starbucks, as usual they take a simple order and get half of it right on every visit. Didnt order anything special or unusual. They werent very busy just seems to be the norm the last 3 or 4 months no matter what time you go there.

The drinks are made just right! The staff makes you feel like you are visiting with good friends. Definitely the best Starbucks in Yuma!

The blonde drip over with a shot of espresso is mighty tasty. The blonde mix is higher in caffeine. I take my reusable cup to save plastic. The employees are fast and very courteous.

Ordered a decaf, had to wait for a pour-over, which is routine for the late afternoon. Had to ask for cream and was handed a bottle of half and half instead of a thermos bottle. Nothing was really out of line, but nothing was really in line.

The friendliest people you could ever imagine. They are quick with your order and they go above and beyond to make sure your order is right.

I waited for almost 20 minutes to order and there was only one person in front of me. When the girl finally made my drink she put whipped cream in it when I asked for no whip. The girl couldnt be bothered to acknowledge us waiting in line so we had no idea what was taking so long. They need more than one barista working and better customer service

This Starbucks is actually inside a Fryers supermarket, but it has tons of tables, each table with dedicated power outlet, they have open public wifi, and a TV on. It is very clean with windows facing outside. I recommend both this Starbucks and Fryers supermarket.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been to and Ive been to Starbucks all over the world (military.) They always remember my drink, always ask how my day is and what Im up to. The girls are absolutely amazing! I cant say enough good about them. Soooooo much better than the one across the street! Its less convenient but so well worth it!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make great coffee. I feel bad that they cant take tips here because every single one of them more than deserve it! I hope they are getting compensated with their pay in some way. I enjoy going here. 😁 You cant call your order in ahead here but its sure a handy stop when you have grocery shopping to do.

I have been going to this Starbucks for a little bit now and got to meet the new young man working there and he is super friendly I went 5 minutes before closing which was my fault and he still made my venti caramel Frappuccino to perfection and not only that but he saw I had too little ones with me and gave both of them little cups with whip cream they were so happy I’m going to keep coming to this Starbucks a lot more now.

Usually this Starbucks has the best customer service, however they have a new employee, and young man who is not customer service friendly. Of all the years Ive been buying Starbucks I have never been charged for a little extra caramel on a caramel frappuccino. Today I was charge $0.60 for an extra drizzle of caramel. I was pretty surprised. It would have been okay if he would have told me but he didnt. His overall Behavior was rude.8/3/2018 thought I would give the place another try. A friend and I went there yesterday and Order caramel Frappuccinos. Our drinks were so bitter tasting that we couldnt drink them. I brought them back to let the lady at the counter know. She replied she didnt know what to do and she asks the gentleman who was making the drinks what she should do and he didnt know either. She said because we had drank some of the drink she couldnt make us another one. I told her I didnt want another one because this one was so bad but I was letting her know that the milk was possibly spoiled so other people wouldnt have to drink it. She just smiled and looked at me. I threw our drinks away. It is my last visit to this Starbucks.

I was very unhappy I never got my drink as in line a lady after me about 2 min.later ordered hot drink she got hers 1st along with her childs vanilla bean Frappuccino I ordered 2 different types of ice Mochas While I was still Waiting in line a boss of the store came up and starred ordering on the side where you pick up your order that took time out of the Barista so we were still waiting for my order

Breakfast sandwiches

So much more than a supermarket! One stop wedding shop! We just had a wedding and we used Frys for our flowers, appetizers, desserts, alocohol! The flowers were amazing, they did our bouquets, and ordered all the flowers for our tables and decorations. I wish I could post pictures, they were gorgeous! Look no further for flowers! We also ordered all our appetizers from the deli. Pretzel sandwiches, rolls, dips, etc. All the adults ate the kids trays of pb&j and gummy worms and pudding! The bakery did our desserts, cheese cakes cut up into small pieces, chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, and cupcakes galore! Everyone we spoke to was so nice, and everything was ready on time when we picked it all up. Definitely think of them next time you have a party or an event. They are very professtional and provided good, fresh food that our guests LOVED!

The store is brand new and awesome! Much more enjoyable to shop here than at Walmart.

Came here to have a coffee and get some work done and the Internet is so slow its been a huge waste of time. Apparently there is also a very close audible similarity between Grande and Tall as I didnt get the size I ordered. Wont be back to this one again.
