American Eagle was prompt, professional and courteous. They were the only plumbing company willing to come out on a short notice to diagnose a water heater on a Monday morning. CJ and his crew managed to remove and replace the unit within a few hours. I highly recommend American Eagle for any plumbing and bathroom remodel jobs.

Daniel and CJ were prompt and responded the same day that we needed the repair done. Daniel was professional and provided excellent quality work. I would recommend them to anyone!!

He was on time only took a total of about 1 hour. HE cleaned up after himself. Now I have a good solid stream of water instead of a trickle. I am very pleased with his work and his pricing.

I hired American Eagle to complete a bathroom remodel at a rental property I own.Pros: They did a nice job with the remodel. The tile work looks really nice.Cons: 1. They began work on the remodel on Sept. 22 and didnt finish the project until Dec. 21. It was only 2 small bathrooms (showers, toilets, vanities and cupboards). I know they ran into a few problems, but 3 months to finish the project turned the project from a hassle into a hardship. I felt like they worked on this when they didnt have any other projects to work on. They did give me a 5% discount off my final payment because it took so long, but that ended up being a couple of hundred dollars.2. The workers dumped the concrete into the outside courtyard. I asked them about it and was told they poured it there because there was no grass in that area. I imagine that I am going to have a really hard time getting grass to grow there now that its full of concrete. (see attached pic)3. They left the old toilets out on the curb with a free sign on them instead of taking them to the dump.4. In their rush to finish the job, they didnt finish screwing in the hardware additionally the doors didnt line up. They had to go back to finally finish the job and finish some caulking that wasnt completed.

I had a garbage disposal, reverse osmosis & water softener installed. Fast good service. Very pleased.

Took a little longer to complete the project (bathroom remodel and kitchen counter tops, backsplash), but CJ promised it would turn out awesome and he was true to his word. We are extremely happy with the finished work.

Excellent service. Was able to schedule an appointment in a short amount of time. Showed up right on time and was done in no time! I would highly recommend.

My gandfather; whom i live with, commissioned this company to install a new counter top and paint the kitchen. The counter top looks nice however it does have an uneven spot where the seams are not flush. The contractor stated that it was just how the supports where and nothing he could do about it. They installed a new sink and faucet and promised to come back with an RO spout to match. So far the RO spout is still silver and the faucet is a matte black. This was back in November. My gandfather also asked them to take a look at some leaking pipes in the backyard. Again they said they would come back and do somethig and have yet to return. Now these men worked on the house next door and have done a beautiful job there but the way i see it if the job is worth it to them they will do everything in their power to please but small no real profit jobs are of no concern and are not given a second thought.

Really has good customer service. C J made sure I was completely satisfied with the dry wall ceiling they installed.

They were hired to put a new leech line for septic . An agreement was written and they went against the original plan and did not follow through on the promise to address the old leach line. I also believe they didn’t put down filter paper as agreed in one of the steps. If you use them you will have to watch them. They are not trustworthy.

Great experience working with this company. They were quick to get out and assess my problem and communicated to me what needed to be done. I was given a pretty fair quote and work was completed promptly. I specifically had work done on an old dry well that needed to be filled in. They did what no other company would do. I am soooo grateful.

CJ and crew did a great job for a good price. Professional, responsive and on schedule. I called about having a drop down ladder for attic access installed and he was able schedule me within 2 days and arrived on schedule and did a great job. I will definitely use CJ for some other jobs I need done as well.

Thank you! I have worked with many contractors and today I needed emergency help at my assisted living when the water heater broke leaving us without hot water. Jeff from Yuma electric called CJ and he was there within an hour, went and got a new tank and installed it without overcharging for the emergency. I called. CJ setup an appointment for them to come and take a piece of the shower head arm that broke off in the pipe in my wall. They were quick and got my new head installed and everything. I really liked how I received email/text updates regarding the appointment, time of arrival, and completion. Very professional guys. Highly recommend!

HIRED THEM A COUPLE YEARS BACK TO DIG LEACH LINE FOR MY SEPTIC. THE MAN DID NOT STICK TO THE PLAN FOR THE LEACH LINE WE HAD AGREED ON WHEN HE DUG IT OUT AND JUST DID WHAT WAS LESS COSTLY FOR HIM AND DID NOT CONFIRM WITH ME FIRST. WE DID HAVE A CONFRONTATION ABOUT IT AND HE ALSO CLAIMED THAT HE BLEW OUT OLD LEACH LINE WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN AGREEMENT BUT DID NOT. AND WHEN I TOLD HIM HE PROBABLY DIDNT EVEN LAY THE FILTER LINING, HIS FACE LOOKED LIKE A KID CAUGHT IN A COOKIE JAR. WILL NEVER USE SERVICES AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE. SO NO STARS FROM ME NOT EVEN ONE., ONLY CHOSE THE ONE STAR CAUSE THE SITE WONT LET ME POST OTHERWISE

CJ saved the day.... AGAIN! This was the second time he had to recover an item from our drains. We have learned, the hard way, that baby washcloths can easily dissappear down the shower drain! *sigh* But his professional and speedy assistance was GREATLY appreciated!!

I called at 11:24a on Wed and left a message. CJ called me back at 12:32p and we setup an appointment for Thursday at 9a. I got several texts throughout the day confirming and then asking to change to 8a. Ok, no problem. I was happy to have the quick service! They ended up showing up at 7:37a and my credit card was charged at 8:01a. I have added a picture of the hole I personally cut in my ceiling to remove all the wet drywall. It was saturated to the point that the paint started to bubble... that’s how I found the leak. CJ declared that there was no leak that he could find in the entire 23 minutes he was in my home. I was not home when he came, but I came home a half hour later and turned on the tub to the point that water began to run out of the tub overflow... and sure enough water came dripping down the pipe! I am not a plumber or any kind of builder but I possess common sense and I have the ability to determine that a leak that required me to cut almost three feet of my bedroom ceiling out would not just disappear or resolve itself. I called CJ and requested my $75 service charge fee back, which after some back and forth discussion he finally agreed to return. I will update this review if I do not receive a refund in 48 hours. I won’t comment on why I think this experienced plumber decided to ignore the obvious cause of this problem, but I will tell you the advice he gave me, quote, “Don’t overflow the tub.” That’s helpful. I’ll just avoid washing any animals or children or any large adults in my tub to make sure it doesn’t hit the overflow valve. Or perhaps I should just leave the 3ft hole in my ceiling... just in case water accidentally gets in the overflow valve again! That’s why we pay “professionals”, so they can actually fix things properly and we don’t have to live like that!
