If I could I would give it zero stars honestly never coming back here. I wanted a recommended foundation but they were sending to websites when I told them I did but foundation is way too dark.

This is the worst maintained Sephora Ive ever seen! The shelves were mostly empty. It looked like they hadnt restocked in weeks. Plus, the shelves were dirty and covered in makeup. It seems like no one cares about this store at all. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Went there to get a black lipstick was recommended the fenty black lipstick by worker there I forgot her name she looked Asian but I was walking back n forth cause I was contemplating getting it she had just opened a new box because the tester was empty to swatch on my hand after a lil while she thought I was gonna steal it so grabbed it n went back to her other coworkers to talk while staring at me I bought my foundation n left I’ve never felt more humiliated in my entire life as a person that works in a customer service environment jcpennies/sephora should be ashamed to hired people the represent their brand like this honestly I won’t go back and I won’t even buy online

Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. Just going to order my things online from now on.

Sephora can get busy and the customers that it attracts are demanding. So its going to consume the sales ladies time with them. Be patient with them.
