I usually get great service here but tonight service was bad. The only acknowledgement I received was when I walked in. Kinda felt like I was in the employees way while they were too busy stocking. Cashier had bit of an attitude. No more shopping at night here for me. I will stick to shopping during the day when I get friendlier service.

Great stuff...and I needed a new scrunchie. Needed Soap. Body wash etc.The girls are helpful and they smell good.

While waiting to get inside the store, I thought it was cool that they handed out free water and sanitizer samples to those of us in line. We only waited about 10 minutes until entry. Inside the store was a new mix of courteous customer service and social distancing. We bought some sweet deals on display and skidaddled, but after a temporary store close it was good to have it opened for business again.

I LOVE my Bath & Body Works in my hometown and I was worried because this year we came to Yuma to be with our parents for the holiday. We went to the Black Friday sale. The staff was every bit as sweet and helpful as my hometown store. Now I have 2 favorite places to buy gifts for my daughters, friends, and just to pamper myself. They were delightful to visit with and so accommodating while we changed our minds or tried every scent in the place.

Great place to go if you need to get last minute gift. They always have a sale going on and what female dont like lotion. I walked in and greeter in front told me bout the sale and I just went around and smelled all the lotions. Turned out to be great gift and even have nice gift packages. Have a female you need to get a gift for then check this place out. They have more than lotion also.

I purchased a three wick candle online and wasnt too happy about the scent. When I went to the store to return the candle I couldnt leave because its so pretty and so many things to look at. I ended up buying much more. Plus the young lady who works there was so sweet and helpful.

I went to use a coupon I received in my email on Friday and it wasnt working. The manager, Rosemary was SO RUDE. Instead of honoring the coupon, she was rude and said, I cant help you didnt apoligize, didnt express compassion, just rude. I spend on average a car payment at Bath and Body works every month and the manager cant honor a coupon I received a day prior? And she was rude about it? Not good service.
