Dont bother calling them. Theyre too busy to help you. At least thats what I was told. He said to call a handy man, apparently my job was too small.

Good experience reasonably priced on the products I needed.

My grandfather called to get an estimate on a patio awning. When given an estimate, my grandfather said Thank you for your time, but I am not interested. The employee on the other line hung up and slammed the phone down so loud that I could hear it from across the room. Very unprofessional.

Superior Awnings was fantastic and their customer service was outstanding! I bought the top of the line Traeger grill from them and the owner was very thorough and explained how everything worked. Although I was from out of town he was more than helpful and offered a fully built unit at no additional cost. These require two people to assemble. We need more businesses like them. Thank you!!!

I was given one price on the phone but when they came out to see my flat lot they changed the price by more then $2,000 . a simple RV port on flat lot changed in price.... I think not. Bad Bad Business. Just thieves.

Whoever answers the phone is rude and short with you. I called to ask for a service and couldnt believe how the guy responded. Great first (and last) impression buddy!

This is the first time having to give a company a bad review but I cannot let this stand Superior Awning in Yuma Arizona not one time did they do what they said they were going to do, they did not show up to the job site on the day they said they would be there, it took them months to get the permit through, the concrete footings all cracked in multiple places, the awning leaks real bad, we have called them twice they promised to repair the leak, I also went into the office and asked them to please come and fix the leak again they promised us they would and again they did not show up. I would not recommend this company as they are very unreliable and do not honor their warranty.
