Ive used Foothills RV several times for my AC repair. John, the technician, is the most knowledgeable and honest person I have ever met. I would hope that anyone who needs any RV work contact FOOTHILLS RV. Floyd, in the office, has wonderful customer service skills and has always gotten back to me in a timely manner.

AC decided to stop working on 118° day. Called Foothills RV and they came out next morning. Thought might be bad capacitor. Changed it out, but wasnt the problem. Needed new fan motor. John ran back to shop to grab fan motor and was back at RV in 15 minutes. Parts changed out in bout 20 min in 118° weather. He also removed new capacitor and put mine back in since worked fine. Didnt charge me diagnostics fee or capacitor fee since mine worked. I was super impressed with the work and speed it was performed in. I also appreciate not getting screwed for parts I didnt need. Now when someone in my park has issues, Foothills is ONLY RV repair business I will recommend. Nice job guys.

Had a problem with our refrigerator not staying cold. Called Foothills RV, John came out and checked things out. Found no apparent problem except it’s a 1996 model. When we told him we were going off the road he recommended we un it till it quit then put in a residential fridge which is about $1500 dollars cheaper replacement of the original. To me that is an honest repair person. Had him quote us a price to replace our air conditioners since they weren’t doing the best job anymore. John replaced them at a very reasonable price. Am extremely happy with the job and there is a noticeable difference in the cooling. Expect our electricity bill will drop. Foothills RV will be our go to for anymore repairs! Thanks John

My air conditioner in my coach went out on Memorial Day weekend. Yuma Arizona, I called foothills rv spoke with Mickey. Gave him my part # he had the part .John the mobile service man was able to fit me in the very next day.These two guys are great .took him no time at all, I will definitely use foothills rv in the future and refur them to others .thank you two somuch, Dale

We had a reoccurring electrical issue. While other technicians couldn’t get it fixed, within 15 minutes Don had it diagnosed and repaired. They were prompt, honest and effective. We recommend them to any RV owner.

I arrived in Yuma with an electrical problem in my Class A motorhome. It was recommended that I call Foothills RV for mobile service. The next morning Don arrived right on time and diagnosed my problem as transfer switch failure. He said he would order the new unit and call me when it came in. The next day they called that the unit was in and would be out the following day for Don to install it. This morning Don arrived and had installed my new transfer switch installed and tested in about 40 minutes. Foothills RV is an amazing company to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them for the outstanding customer service I received from them!! Thanks Don!!

Grumpy and not customer-friendly. Old guys sitting around chatting with each other and dont like to be interrupted by customers. Then treat me like I dont know what Im talking about when I could be teaching them about RVs! Better choices in the area, skip this one.

Awesome service. My A/C was putting out hot air. John came to my site and saw that the compressor and heater unit were caked with ice. At first because it was a closed system, he thought that I may have to replace A/C. He looked into it further and found the freeze sensor was not connected. He reconnected the sensor, let the ice cake melt and recheck the system. Everything checked out within specs. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Best Technician I have ever encountered. Really knew his trade. This is my go to place and I would recommend them to everyone.

Has soon as John new we needed a new fridge he took care of everything with the warranty company. This place fulfills all of my RV needs. From Tulsa to Toledo, San Luis to San Jose, Maine to Monterrey, or Ketchikan to Kansas City, this place is the best. Every time I call these guys they’re out lickety-split and on it like white on rice. Quick, professional service and whether John, Mickey, Paul, or small Paul comes over they fix the problem at the right price. Last month they replaced a fridge that died on me and they beat the nearest price by about 20%. It’s nice to know you can trust John and his team to treat you right. Call these guys, they won’t let you down plus they had some sweet free calendars for awhile. Very senior citizen friendly and very patriotic Americans.

Excellent service. Intelligent people

As everyone knows there is a shortage of toilet paper. I went to Foothills RV to pickup a few things and saw the RV toilet paper piled I front of the front desk. We had run out a few days prior so I thought I would buy 4 or 5 packages. The normal price is around the $2.35 to as high as $2.55, I was not expecting $8.77 + tax, I did buy 2 packs of 4 small rolls per package. I never would have expected price gouging from them, I have always supported them. I guess the big question is, if they do this with a simple package of toilet paper what are they doing with the other products? Any company that puts money and greed in Front loyalty to the vary people that support them year after year doesn’t deserve my loyalty. By the way, I didn’t have to go far to find the same name brand toilet paper at an honest price of $ 2.40 per package of 4 rolls.

Don came to our site and from the beginning show knowledge and professionalism. Today he completed a job we needed very well . While here he finished other small jobs in need of attention. Glad this man of all trades Came recommended by our RV resort.

We have hydraulic slide outs and could not find person in Yuma who could come out and fix. I stumbled onto a advertisement for Foothills RV. When I called it was just turning summer (Hot) but after talking to JOHN, I knew we had help, then talked to Mickey for appointment in October. ERNIE came assessed and Mickey order parts. I’m not a hugger but I told ERNIE I wanted to hug him. He was so patient with our questions and made us feel like he wanted us to get this fixed right, we got not only EXCELLENT service onsite, but HONEST, Confident customer service ...FOOTHILLS RV CONGRATS you’ve made our day!

We rolled into town with only half of our Motorhome working. We were having problems with our Inverter. We were recommended to call Foothills RV by a third party. Don came out to look at our Motorhome in just a couple of days. He knew immediately that we needed a new Inverter as it would take longer and cost more money to get our current Inverter repaired as it would have to be sent out. When we got the new Inverter, Don came out out and had it installed in a half hour. Very nice guy, awesome prices. I would not hesitate to use them again. Honest and know what they are doing. He had also loaned us his personal battery charger to keep us up and running before the new Inverter arrived.

I like the customer service here and I trust this repair shop! Believe me I dont trust many repair places either. The guys here help troubleshoot your problem if you go in and talk to them, their service prices are fair (no one is cheep)! They were always willing to work with me in getting parts I thought I needed and asked questions to make sure I wasnt ordering something unnecessary. And everyone that came out to work on my class C motor home was friendly and willing to explain what they were doing. But understand they are busy during snowbird season and if its urgent they will do their best but it will be worth the wait to have the job done right.

Do not go anywhere else!!! Honest, reliable, insightful and timely, what more could you ask for when you need help with repairs. Called Foothills Rv from recommendation from people in our rv park. We had major problems that happened all at once. Our ref had a blockage in cooling unit, our water heater was leaking, to top it off we had major electrical problems only half plugs worked. They are very busy this time of year, but they came out within a week. John and Mike put a new cooling unit in ref and change out our water heater the same day. John lent me a ref and freezer for our food. They were very clean and very professional. Then John sent out Don, and wow he know so much about electrical problems on rv’s. Fix our problems fast. I will recommend there company to anybody that needs work done on rv’s. Thanks for all you did for us, we were blessed to find you.

Why was it so hard to find someone who does mobile service? The big RV dealers require that you bring the vehicle in to their shop to get service and they dont know anyone who can fix the big slide on a 40 ft RV.Eddy is mobile and will come out and can fix the slide. It isnt all done yet but it is in with no damage and I can move the RV now. It is bad when you cant move and no one can come to you to help. Everyone heard that my problem was a 30 ft slide and they couldnt help with that. Eddy could and did. Thank you Foothills RV.

Had a problem with our 2005 Winnebago hot water heater. After calling around, found that Foothills had the lowest charge for a service call, and seeing their high marks decided on asking them to take a look at our problem. I had an appointment I couldnt miss when the appointment was to start so wasnt home. However, Ernie arrived early and called to let me know he was there. I told him about the leaky pipe out of the hot water heater, and gave him permission to start on the repair. When I arrived home a half hour later, the leak was repaired. There was also a problem with the electrical heating element, which Ernie troubleshot and had it working a short time later also. After all was said and done, the bill came to less than I was led to believe it would be by almost half. I heartily recommend Foothills RV, and Ernie the tech, for your RV repairs.

I feared fixing our Dometic RV refrigerator was going to cost hundreds. A quick response service call, service call charge and can of cherry Pepsi, and our fridge was working.I recommend John and his company. Great to work with.

Ernie came out today 10/16/20 for a water heater switch problem, fixed it fast, and again great service, great price, and knew just what to do

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with rv service in our 16 years of rving. Diagnosed and repaired an intermittent electrical problem weve had for 3+ years in 25 minutes. Best service I ever had. Mickey took my call for vacuflush system problems and I had a tech named Ernie who was exceptional in his knowledge and explained what he was going to do to fix my problem. He was the only tech in the Yuma area who knew these systems,not his words but those of several repair places I called who recommended Foothills to handle my system. Now I won’t let anyone else touch my coach but them. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Foothills as a competent, honest, hardworking group with tones of experience. They are mostly a mobile tech firm but I brought my RV to the store to conform to the warranty requirements.We had an inverter problem (it would not charge the batteries). I took it into Foothills RV and they confirmed the issue. The tech Don was knowledgeable and capable. Foothils RV worked with my warranty company and the Magnum Service center to get it repaired. Then UPS dropped it on the return shipment and Foothills worked diligently to get UPS to repair the unit.
