Everyone else in town was out of product and wanted to charge over $600, thankfully I gave 3:10 Auto Works a shot and they delivered! Amazing finish with limited lifetime warranty for under $400! I highly recommend this place! Great product and prices with very friendly staff!

Great experience. Our U haul moving van alternator went out outside of Yuma. They came out gave our battery a jump then followed us into town had to re jump again led us to their shop and on Sunday mechanic came down and per U haul installed new battery and alternator and we were soon on our merry way. 310 Diesel was recommended by a fellow camper while on Vacation back in November 2019. I needed front brakes on My 02 Ram. They insisted needed a complete brake job front and rear. TJ, the service advisor was less then impressed when I refused to replace the rears as I would do the work once I got home.I just got a call from my trusted Mechanic at home who informed me that my rear brakes were not in need of replacement as there was still 8mm of pad left. Very dishonest attempt on behalf of 310 Diesel to take advantage of a visitor to there community. I would not recommend.Rob Taje

I have worked with this company for over a year now at my place of work and with my own personal vehicles. They are all so nice and helpful. They really just want to get you back up and running as quickly and cheaply as they can.

Had them install sway bars and steering stabilizer on my motorhome. They did an excellent job and were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them.

Great location, personnel, service. They can repair or replace anything to your satisfaction. Caveat: BRING YOUR WALLET. Prices comparable to or higher than dealership.

Take my fleet vehicles here for service. Recently took one that had a hard hit with a curb that blew out tire and bent rim and control arm. I suspected possible chassis damage, but techs were able to get this vehicle repaired and road worthy quickly and for a very reasonable cost. Thanks for a job well done.

I highly recommend this shop. I didnt use the Diesel side; I was on the Auto side. They are a little more Expensive on Parts & Labor, than most I have seen. They are, however, honest. They did not try to sell me Parts or Service that I did not need. They will explain, in detail, the services they recommend for your vehicle, & get your approval before the work is performed. If your vehicle is going to be there a while, they will give you a ride home, or wherever you want to go, & pick you up when your vehicle is ready. They are friendly & courteous. They are Napa affiliated; they use only new, quality parts; no rebuilt or cheap imports; therefore they Warranty their work.

Came here back in March and was blown away! Josh really runs a tight ship, I was shocked at how quick my visit to 310 was, and I was treated like family the whole time I was there to boot. The best part is that they provided such great service, I havent been back since. If I ever need to pay another visit to a shop, you can bet 310 will be the first place I go.

How did I get a different experience than everyone else? I was charged 89 dollars for a Napa Good filter that usually costs $34. They charged me $105 (1 hour) for labor to change that filter. I asked for two estimates on a couple other needed repairs and never got a complete estimate for what I asked but they found other stuff they wanted to fix first. I was very specific about what I wanted and I didn’t get it.

Trish, Ted, and Luis all squeeze in to fix my problem. While I was there, another problem popped up and they fixed that too. Ted even came up with a custom fix to extend the reliability of the the repair. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I had to grab my truck before it was looked at but service at the front desk was professional and troubleshooting costs were upfront and discussed prior to any work. Will take it back in the near future to let them check it out.

Our Toyota Tundra started making a whining sound while my wife was driving on Saturday. I took it to 3:10 and they called me first thing Monday morning. Trish confirmed it was the alternator (as I suspected) and quoted me a perfectly reasonable $280 parts and labor for a new alternator. They had it fixed by lunch time and even fixed the annoying rattling noise from the catalytic converter heat shield for me free of charge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

2003 Corvette in for harmonic balancer replacement. Car went into other issues. 100% customer satisfaction is what they strive for.

Got me in and out pretty quickly

I was behind and beside one of your drivers today and I couldn’t believe the complete disregard for driving safety procedures. I first noticed him for avoiding to stop at a stop sign near two schools and a park, this was on 20th st at 12:45pm. He then proceeded to speed down this street which is only 25mph. When he reached the light at Ave C he rolled through the red light without stopping. I then got on the side of him where I witnessed the driver blatantly texting while driving which again, is illegal. Perhaps you should caution your drivers to care more about following road laws and about drivers around them since they don’t seem to care for their own safety.

Be careful these people charge for parts that are never installed. Overcharging for labor and refused to give you your keys until the bill is paid with no warranty.
