Frank and his guys were great! I was an hour early and they started working on my car right away. Frank & Toni, his wife are super friendly, welcoming and gracious. Best prices around! I DEFINITELY recommend them!

I am in Phoenix and this is my experience. Thanks you were great.I met Jorge while he was completing another job where I worked. I asked a couple questions and gave it a go. He handled everything! No gimmicks, nothing. JUST QUALITY WORK DONE IN LESS THEN 1/2 Hour. He arrived when he said and done when he said. And none of that blue ugly tape that will never come off in 120 degree weather. I also contact my insurance agent and told them to recommend him.5 of 5 stars

Great job and friendly service

Very poor service the windshield leaked and when I confronted the owner they argued and did not fix it the second time around. Every time I went back they said they were too busy to work on it. They also broke the antenna on my car.

I will now go here for anything I need. They are amazing. They were contracted to do my windshield from another company in Phoenix, the other company screwed everything up and Jorge took money out of his pocket to fix everything. He and his dad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They are all really great people, the service is amazing. Thank you Jorge sooo much!!!

The owner is very unprofessional, rude and hard headed. He and his company missed several appointments that we had to fix my window and on the last attempt still showed up for the job ab hour late with no communication that he was going to be late. Once he got here he had an attitude and was very rude. I would not recommend him to anyone that I know or will be utilizing him or his coompany in the future.

The guy means well but he is never true to his word was suppose to fix my windshield Tuesday at 4. Didn’t get my windshield fixed until 6:30 on Wednesday I’ve been getting the run around about my rebate check of 125.00 was suppose to receive it the same day. The guy always runs out and also makes a promise for the next day and I end up in the same loop

After the people in Phoenix literally rescheduled me twice, Jorge finally came yesterday and took care of me. The company out of Phoenix that I originally went through was supposed to send the checks with Jorge for the rebates but didnt give him the job until he was already back in Yuma, so not only was the glass that we ordered stuck in Phoenix, so were the rebates. Jorge took care of us out of his pocket and got our windshields fixed. Id recommend Frank N Sons to any one. Thank you Frank and Jorge!

Told me they had the windshield in stock when I called for an appointment. I set the appointment for the next morning. 45 minutes after they were supposed to show I called them. The truck hasnt made it to town with the glass. Hmmm.....I thought they had it in stock. But when the truck got there, theyd be on their way. Okay. No problem.Two hours after the original appointment they show. They took the windshield out, replaced it with the new one. They didnt remove the windshield cowls, resulting in them being damaged. They left glue all over the car, glass shards every where, and even left a razor blade on the ground beside the car.I did not get a chance to inspect the windshield closely before I paid and they left. My husband stopped by to pick up the car and saw the absolute hack job. He went to find the price of the cowls and stop by the shop to ask if they would do anything about it.Not only did they offer to do nothing, nor did they offer to vacuum the glass out of the seats. As my husband was leaving they opened his car door and threatened him. Now Im going to take this to small claims court to get it settled.

Yes he did replace my car window. But that was about it. He was not on time. Actually 3 hours late. Wasnt able to give receipt for the transaction because his office was close. He told me that he would email it to me never did and his customer service skills need alot of work! Hopefully my car window was done right.

I wrote a review on Frank and son before. I also read other reviews on them and they were not 5 stars.The son is very rude after hes paid and they never completed their job a month later. The Dad was friendly and tried to help but the damage was already done.I had also heard bad things about them after the fact, but that was our fault for not asking around first.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!I only gave them one star because you have to, if not they would get none!

Friendly People, but they use a $10 window repair kit from wal mart. Not the professional service i thought i was going to get.They came to me within 10mins in a wal mart parking lot.

Will not go here no more waited months for them to fix my tint and do my car clicker found someone who fixed my tint and connect my car clicker to my car and they did it in one day I dont recommend frank and son to no one anymore
