The online experience is extremely well done and current with covid precautions in place by offering mobile service to home or workplace for an extra $40. but if you use an online coupon then it offsets the Mobile charge.I was so impressed with their website and app on my mobile phone-not all glass companies have this option to order services without even speaking to anyone at all.We have a windshield replacement scheduled at our home soon and we are looking forward to contactless service!

Hello.This is a complaint about Aldo.He came without prior notice, when I called to make the appointment, I requested that they notify me in advance, and they agreed to notify me 30-60 minutes before. And when Aldo called me he told me here I am outside and I told him give me 5 minutes because I expected you to call me in time to which he responded with an attitude that would do what?I went down and was not there. So I called him and gave him the keys, he didnt even get out of the car to receive them, he had a terrible attitude and I told him are you going to call me when youre done? he said yes. in how much time you finish 1:10 hrs.at 9:28 I called him to see where he was and I went down at 11:15. Because I did not know about him and he was not there, there was only a note that said that he finished work at 11:30 which is a lie and he left the keys inside the car without warning, knowing that the car could be stolen. This person is not a good element, does not provide good service or has a good attitude, it only makes safelite look bad as a business and have bad reviews and recommendations. I ask you to do something about it.Thank you

This Safelite location scheduled me for a next day windshield replacement with just a one days notice. Upon arriving they quickly got to work and had me out and on the road within 55 minutes. I went on a road trip immediately after leaving their location and had zero issues.

Rear Quarter glass does not fit, back 3 times same runaround. Aftermarket glass is a problem, we will look for another glass manufacture. Far fetched explanations that may satisfy a clueless customer with 0 mechanical aptitude. So where is this other manufacturer and when will I get the glass that fits. Also the privacy glass is noticeably lighter.

Did not use. Could not get anyone on phone. I want to speak with person in this area about appointment. That does not seem to be available. Used Novus and was very happy with results. Also talk to a human with First Call.

This is worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! They did damage to my car replacing my windshield agreed with dealership to pay for said damage and now wont answer or return any of their calls or mine. My car is repaired but I can’t have it back until they release the payment, tomorrow is my birthday, I’m now without a vehicle due to your companies unacceptable negligence!If I could give this company zero stars I would!Yuma Arizona Safelite this is unacceptable

I had my 2018 4Runner windshield rock chip repaired on two different occasions by Safelite and they do quality work and warranty their work. I also had my windshield replaced on my 2000 VW Golf and they did a great job and the glass is clear and not distorted, plus they sanded and repainted the rusted portion when a different glass company had last installed the low quality windshield and water had gotten between the windshield and the metal . They also have a nice cooled waiting room with snacks, cold water, and coffee.

About 4 years ago our insurance company had recommended Safelite for a windshield replacement. We had never used a national chain, mainly because there was not one nearby, our location didn’t lend itself to a mobile service, and we were happy with our local glass shop. This all changed with our move to Yuma. First, scheduling was a snap through USAA. Then, we were kept updated on the technician’s arrival time throughout. Enter Clayton. The guy was just plain good. I’d never had a tech change out a windshield by himself, and he did it with me bs’ing the whole time. Yesterday’s appointment was no different, right down to the “enter Clayton” part. He is now a “senior technician” still changing out windshields by himself (this time Ram truck) with me still bs’ing the whole time. Anyway, somewhere along the line somebody taught him about customer service (his folks?), because he isn’t just an outstanding technician, he’s a perfect example of someone you want representing your company. Every employer and customer should be so lucky. And, the windshield is perfect! Thank you!

Excellent product and service. Company fixed a loose piece of windshield molding from a previous windshield replacement. Highly recommend for windshield repair or replacement.

Tesla owners beware, went in for a minor rock chip maybe 3mm wide with no visible cracking and they ended up turning it into a 8 inch crack. Claimed that Tesla windshields are too thin and now i have to have it replaced. But since we have cameras that need calibrated i ended having to file an insurance claim and get it done through Tesla. What should’ve been a cheap repair, turned into a fat bill.

Their prices are somewhat higher and they give you a different estimate every time I went, the last time I requested their service, my windshield seemed not to be the same.

Their seems to be a disconnect between the email notifications they send to you about the job they are about to perform, and the actual shop to perform the work. You get an email stating the tech will call you before coming to do the work. No one ever called, and the work was not performed on said date. Repeat this scenario for the following day. I call them up and you get the office in Phoenix. I explain the disconnect and the lady said she would let them know and get back to me. Nothing came of it until day 4 when the tech called to do the install. He came to the house, and after seeing what style keeper (rivet) it had I was informed that it had to be taken in to their shop. Thought this Mobile service was supposed to be convenient. When the insurance company tells you they prefer the reputable company of Safelite, do yourself a favor and ask for a different company. You will save yourself frustration. Oh and I filled out a customer service survey to tell them about my experience to help them fix their email automation disconnect issues and asked to be contacted.....nothing.

Love how fast and clean their work is. super convenient that they come to my house, having 2 little ones and hubby working its hard to leave the house sometimes. but they are AWESOME!

I recently had two windshields replaced through insurance due to cracks and chips. Safelite was able to come the day after I filled the claim. Technician was on time, courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations in the quality of his work. Clayton (technician) cleaned and primed rusty metal he found under the glass and glued a falling headliner while he had the windshields out. I couldnt be more impressed with the work.

Had an appointment for 12:30-4:30 today. It is now 5:45. No show. have called twice and been told they would keep me posted as to arrival time. No phone calls from them. Lousy customer service. Calling someone that is reliable. They actually deserve no stars.

Clayton was fast, professional, and friendly throughout the entire job of replacing the windshield on my Grand Cherokee. Will definitely recommend the business and that particular employee to anyone. The glass install looks flawless and he completed it in a timely manner all while taking care to make sure it was satisfactory

They replaced my previously installed aftermarket windshield with OEM under their warranty and then were able to recalibrate the front facing camera to get everything working again! Im BEYOND happy with their work!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 4 minutes to talk to someone while listening to commercials. Then I had to answer all kinds of questions just to get a quote which I refused to answer. All I wanted was a quote on a ford pick up windshield. I ended up waiting to talk to a supervisor. That took over 10 minutes to talk a supervisor..... after 15minutes I was told it would be 4 days wait. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Great people helped us and went out of their way when we got a chip in our windshield while on vacation.

1st 2nd and 3rd windshield replaced and still blurry from the bottom took over one month to fix the issue and Im still stuck with a blurry windshield 3rd one not as bad but still disappointing. Technician was very nice but the quality of the windshield is very poor.

They dont know how to replace the plastic on the toyota sienna. They say that ones they take the plastics around the glass they are not able to put them back as it used to be. And they couldnt put my the right way. It was a very horrible molding work. NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

Took our Mercedes in for a chip repair..A small one, originally this was set up as a replacement & I opted to do the chip repair...im a glazier & have done hundreds of chip repairs.So rather than simply repair the glass...they applied too much pressure & cracked out the run...then they didnt tell me.This is always a risk with chip repairs, so I left upset at the whole thing.Then they call me an hour later & want to schedule the replacement windshield...I told them to go rip someone else off & that the car would be going to Phoenix to Mercedes...very crappy outfit in Yuma...AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Im appalled in the manners and customer service maintained in this store. I scheduled a day for a back window to be repaired for two days later than when I called. On the morning of the appointment they called and said that instead of coming to my house I would have to make the trip over there, which I didnt mind. When I got there i sat down and was not greeted.I sat for a solid thirty minutes before I became irritated and got up to ask a person in the office for help. The person went into the shop area and got a woman named Norma, who was respectful to the fact that I was upset and understood that I wanted to cancel the appointment. The manager, Kevin, on the other hand was VERY rude and acted like a disappointed teacher. He asked me who I would get to replace the window at which time I replied that my father has some friends in the automotive business that could replace it and he came back with a pompous smile and cocky remarks and shook his head at me while deleting my name from his computer. For the $300 I would have paid I can get the window replaced and the side mirror fixed also. Im never doing business here again!

Quick than expected

Was told the technician would be at our vehicle between 1pm-5 pm to replace the windshield. Had not heard anything so at 4:55 I called and was told I would hear from the technician in a half hour to 45 minutes. I just wasted my afternoon waiting and its getting dark by 5:30. I cancelled.
