Great customer service . I ordered tires on line, will return for install. I felt very comfortable, taking care of my tires needs.

Came in for a regular oil change. Took awhile but thats fine. I started to drive home and stopped for gas, lots of heat from engine bay. I check the oil and its EMPTY. Tried to call and it just rings. So I take the chance and drive back. Lucky the motor didnt freeze up on the way. Turned out they cross threaded my oil filter so all the oil leaked out. This could have been so very much worse, they are lucky I didnt drive the 20 mile home as they would need to replace my motor. This is absolutely unexceptionable. Beware getting work here.

Typical Walmart experience, except a 1/2 star better. Manager at the tire shop, appeared to really care about the customers !!!

Shawn and a Robert were amazing. I hate being that person who comes in right before closing but it was my only option for my flat and living 2 hours away. They took care of it and made it happen with a smile on their face. Very polite and great at their jobs.

Not enough help. There was one elderly man that actually was giving good customer service but the line was very long. Please give more help at the auto department.

Customer in front of me treated like a child because she didnt know how to park her car properly. With Covid they have made it such a great experience. You pull up and they come to you, check you in and all your car needs are met. Such a pleasant staff.

I cant believe what I was told. I went in for 4 new tires and an oil change. Come back and they didnt do the oil oil change because the mechanic was noted as saying that there was no stickers to identify the type of oil to be used... thats right... thats what i was told.. It says it right on the oil fill cap.. other than that friendly service.

I was told that my tire would be there the next day. They were the quickest so I said order it. By close the next day no tire. Now s week or so later (I had a used tire put on at a tune of $90.00 ). Now in the last 30 minutes I have been disconnected 3 times and was asked to hold once but was forgotten apparently out of I would say 10 calls. Now they wont even pick up the phone. . Iam in the market for 6 brand new tires on my dually this one tire was to hold me until I get my tax return., So Im looking at spending a grand at least here soon. You can bet it wont be here.

Quick,efficient service. I did ask for the Walmart brand of oil,since its less expensive. I was told that the only brand of oil they use is a more expensive one. In Palm Springs, I paid $19.99 + tax, whereas in Yucca valley,I paid nearly $40.00. At this price,I probably would have gone to a higher end shop.The gentleman who worked on my car though, was friendly.Im not too sure about the whole disinfecting/sanitary rules are being followed,since I really didnt see any.

It was a horribly long wait about 2+ hours for oil change and head light restoration technician was not knowledgeable enough to inform me about questions i had about my vehicle. Service writer is on phone more than anything. This was overall a very unhappy experience.

Horrible experrience. Avoid if/when possible. Because tire jobs there take at least optimistically 4 hours I made an appointment, for 4 tires. I was 1 (one) minute late. While doing the paperwork I have been told at the desk that it will take 1h, up to 1.5 hours for the whole tire replacement, so they will call me when ready. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, because I received no calls l I went to the desk to ask if they are done. A mechanic told me that they just pulled in my car, and that I have a missing wheel lug. Based on their policy they do not work on cars with missing wheel lugs...I knew that but I had no clue that is one missing from my car. When I asked why they did not called me 1 hour and 45 minutes earlier to let me know about the issue so I could go and buy one from a auto parts store I was confronted by one if their young mechanics who told me that is my fault because I was 25 minutes late. I told him that was not true. I end it up canceling everything, I took my car out of there after waiting 1.75 hours, to be told something that should have been known in 3 minutes after I hand over the keys. The main issues here are the total lack of management in that place, a disregard about clients prommised waiting time, a disregard of their own system of reservation and scheduling repairs, and the fact that at least one of their empolyees (mechanics) needs very serious training regarding patronizing, and blatantly lying to your face...or maybe he needs another job where he will have less opportunities to show his lying skills.

Had my tires changed. They tried to charge me for valve stem replacement even though they didn’t get changed because they’re tpms sensors. Left packages in my car and one got opened.

I had a bit of a rough time but over all I am happy with the service. The manager in the Automotive Service department should be commended. She is the one who smoothed out all the issues and the Automotive tech named JoJo should get a raise.

Had a Horrible experience 7/12/18. Simple matter of buying 2 tires, with road hazard, mount & balance, then they FORGOT about me! Customer Check in time: 10:53am..Service Completed time: 02:13pm!! Almost 31/2 Hours!! The Service Writer/ Greeter DIANA 4454 wrote up the Service Order @ 10:53am, and informed me (Sheldon), that it would be about 1-1/2 hours...After almost THREE HOURS, I Finally had to bring to their attention I was STILL Waiting for my turn!! Mind you, the Techs Serviced THREE Cars, that came in AFTER I DID!! I Have NEVER seen such SLOW Tire Techs!! At one point, ALL of the Techs were standing around doing NOTHING! In the Meantime.....Still waiting. Come to find out, the Techs did not know my truck was in the Parking lot to be serviced!! What The HELL!! How are the Jobs delegated? Who is responsible for assigning the Service Orders, to Which Techs? There needs to be better communication between The Service Writer and Tire Techs.!!!!!Ive worked in the Automotive Industry More than 40 years. What we did in the shop, The Manager would write on a dry erase board: Service Order Number, Vehicle, and Service Work to be Performed!!

Passing through town they didnt have a tire for my car and were unable to repair my flat because I picked up a nail and it damaged something. However there was no charge for them looking and trying and they called the tire place down the street for me to see if they had what I needed. While they were unable to help me they gave great service

None of the workers have any real certification management is no help warranty are basically no good after 30 days on tires they don’t honor mileage warranty on tires they just go on tread depth they have no work ethnic no pride in how they present themselves some times you could get lucky get something done with in 3 hour I am so tired of bs there I don’t care about prices anymore everything else there is a let down I do not recommend them for anything but headaches

Good deal on tires, but the wait was ridiculous! When I got there, only 2 bays had cars, and no one in the tire area. Was told it would be a bit of a wait...about an hour, but almost 3 hours was a bit much. I get my tires here because Ive had good luck, and if I encounter a problem, theres usually a Walmart nearby.

Went for tires and oil change. People were very nice, but told me I have an oil leak, but not sure where and was told they are not allowed to tell you in case they are wrong. WoW. Other that that all was good.

I went to the Yucca Valley Walmart to get an oil changed for my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with a little over 110000 miles on the engine and waited about two hour. After the oil change and driving around for a couple hundred mile the check gauges warning light popped up and continued to do so over and over again every few second when driving. It got quite annoying. I found out that the wires to the map sensor were all chewed up from rats. Yes I had a big rat problem where I live. I fixed the wires and still had the problem. So im like what the hell? I checked the oil dipstick and the oil level was fine. I changed the oil pressure sensor and that still didnt fix the problem. And just yesterday I finally took my truck back in to change the oil again with a little over 113000 miles. When they started changing the oil I was told that it only had a little over one quart of only left. Are you kidding me? I asked if there was a leak somewhere. Where could the oil have possibly gone to? The Walmart auto technician told me that it had the wrong oil and that it most likely burned up while driving. He said,they put 5w-30SN when your truck takes 10w-30SN. So the last time I went to Walmart those idiots put the wrong oil in it and I have been driving it around this whole time not even knowing and possibly doing permanent damage to my truck. After all that the auto center manager offers me a free oil change on my next visit. I tell her, Sure I take the free oil change as long as they put the right oil in. And that wont stop me from suing you idiots though. And she says, Good luck. Seriously?

It took over 3.5 hours to get tires on. When Id ask about my vehicle all they say was its on the lift. They had and attitude with me cause I asked. Customer service is absolutely trash.

Friendly staff, explained everything performed along with the new tires & mounting, offered the road hazard warranty without a hard sell of extra services, called us within 90 mins. to tell us the work was done, great prices.

Went in just for an oil change and was told it would be less than an hour, walked out almost 2 and a half hours later. When we asked for updates were told 15-30 more min 3 times. No apology was given and customer service was non existent. Only reason they get 2 stars is for the price. But Id rather take it somewhere else and be out in 15 min from now on. Also upon leaving they didnt give us our keys, they tried to give us someone elses keys.

I only use the auto care side so i can sneak into walmart avoiding the front door traffic plus nobody knows you can pay for all your stuff here too....never a line no waiting and right back to the empty parking lot with my truck lol its like walking dead status while around the front is like black friday. Other than they open about 10 minutes late because they were missing personnel it was great. The price of an oil change was $35 less than its cheapest competitor.

Place is a joke, rude customer service, they know whats right for customer before the customer opens his mouth. Waiting 2 hours early in the morning till afternoon for a set of tire I brought in. Asked me questions 3 different times when it was listed on the work order. These people are clueless, dont bother. Unless you want to wait 2 hours for bad service.

Every time I come here they are very rude and dont seem to have any respect for their customers time. I have been sitting here waiting for 2 new tires for 3 hours only to find out that my car hasnt moved since I got here and wont be taken back for another 30 minutes!!! What frustrates me is the quality of the customer service when they advise you of the wait. They have an attitude and seem to just not care about your time.I wont be back to this location as I have received much faster and friendlier service at other Wal Mart locations. I dont have all day to wait for a couple tires!!!

Has to be the longest wait Ive ever experienced for an oil change. The lady at the counter said there is 1 car ahead of you and they are in the middle of the oil change, it usually takes 20 mins per oil change. 45 mins later my car still hasnt moved. Id hate to see 2 cars ahead of me.

I am a very lay back person but this place has an extremely lazy group of workers. They move around pretending to be working but arent really doing much or at lunch in groups. Been waiting for an oil change for almost two hours and if i did not have to do it today I would have left. Not happy with their customer service at all. I will say that is not first come because five cars pull up after me tgey got service and i am still here. Very disappointing, go somewhere else this place is no bueno.

They took 5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires when I was the third person in line when they first opened. I would give them no stars if it were at all possible.

The 2 times I have gone here for tire changes, they stripped out my lugs. Next time, I will pay a little more and go somewhere else and have it done right.

Took care of a battery that was purchased and installed that turned out to be the incorrect cranking amps for my vehicle. They did replace the battery at no charge, but I waited almost 2 hours for a job that literally takes 5 minutes to complete. I would have waited longer if I had not demanded service.
