People who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. Parts on the other hand? Bought a camshaft sensor (duralast) that turned out to be defective. I got a refund just nothing for my wasted time. It happens.

It seems the people working here dont need to know anything about working on automobiles. What they do need is to be able to work a computer. Anybody see the problem here?Anyway you get 3 stars for effort plus the prices and product selection is okay 👍🏻

The staff was super helpful. I went in to replace my car battery, and a young male associate helped me very much. He did everything from test the battery, to ring me up for a new battery to installing it. Its was so easy and fast.

I came in here out of desperation after my air blower stopped working on a 110 degree afternoon, on my way to a birthday trip in the desert. I wasn’t quite sure if it was the fuse or the relay or the motor.The first gentleman I spoke to basically threw up his hands and gave me all the reasons he could do nothing to help me. I was really discouraged and turned off by his attitude. He gave me the name of a shop that specialized in electrical a few miles away and started rattling off complicated directions.Pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed another employee coming out of the store and rolled down my window. His name was Chris and he apologized for the way I was treated. He sent me to a shop that was literally across the street and told me to tell them he sent me. Those guys fixed my problem literally in 5 minutes, for free (it was the relay).THANK YOU, CHRIS!!! You get 5 stars from me and all of my gratitude. Management should take note of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help someone in need even if it didn’t lead to a sale. Please train that other guy to be more like Chris. Thanks again, you were my angel that day!

This place has went over and beyond excellent service. I have end stage cancer I bought parts for motor home and batteries for it there they have taken back new parts I bought for other vehicle I have owned in last two years and never used.

Workers here are lacking cproper ustomer service. Im standing in line, one worker fiddling with a pen in his hand, the other one just looking at the computer screen. I stand there for a few minutes, neither said, hey well be with you in a few. Nothing. Wow, someone having a bad day perhaps?

This Auto Zone never fails they always help me with my cars so Thankful. Thank you so much the gentleman help me, Sunday afternoon young man I did Not get his name. But he was so nice and help fixed my AC in the Yucca Valley. I bought a can to refill my AC, I had no idea what I was doing ., he explained and I refill it No problem.i was so happy to learn something new. Thank God I refill the AC and it work great., I drove Happy back to San Diego with my AC working.Another time my battery was not charging they texted and install my battery did charge extra Auto zone it’s the best . If any ladies need help go to auto zone ask questions they will help.They are honest. Trustworthy, professional customer services.

Friendly slams very knowledgeable

Employees are snippy and even snappier about the mask thing like the plastic and the plastic shield and their face masks arent doing enough already haha but on top of that theyre telling people what they should buy just according to code without doing any diagnostic and I didnt even know AutoZone was still allowed to run codes poor guy was definitely sent in the wrong direction

Terrible customer service. I chose to shop here instead of monopoly Wal-Mart. I was ok with paying a little bit more for a better shopping experience anything but !!!Im not sure if you can teach common courtesy but definitely lacking here. They should send secret under cover shoppers to see the lack of service. Next time Ill go to O Rileys or monopoly Wal-Mart at least Ill know I save $ and get no service. But Ill prefer that over bad service

This is a quality auto store. I have stopped in here over the course of ten years and they not only will have the part you need, they also provide friendly service. The store is clean and organized. You will have no problem locating the items that you can to locate, as well as find good deals on other items. The staff is very knowledgeable and often, if asked, will provide you with tips or directions to help in your endeavor.

So I lost the alternator in my car. They went outside and tested it and confirmed the alternator was bad. I had to order it on a holiday weekend, no biggie. I picked it up in two days and my battery had drained and didnt start. An employee that happened to be there on their day off offered to give me a jump start. I thought this was above and beyond. I appreciate all the pros in this store, keep up the good work guys.

Didnt think Id find a washer nozzle for my diesel f350, but they had em. it was a universal type (dorman) replacement but better than oem.Really glad I didnt have to order a part and wait!

Patrick was our cashier and I have to say he is one of the most pleasant and kind people around town. He was very quick getting my brake pads, and very patient while ringing us up. Been going here forever. ( Or at least since 1982).(even before the name change). The guys are always friendly and helpful. If they dont have the part you need, they can usually get it in either that same day or the next. This store is clean and well stocked.

Friendly, nice, and clean store. I went in to get new wiper blades for my wifes vehicle and they provided some tools to borrow after I broke the clip replacing her blade. The gentleman behind the counter offered to do it for me even though it was raining and night time. It was a simple fix and I was in and out in less then 5 minutes.

Have most general parts in stock and have a decent selection of extras such as lights, stickers, parts for your vehicle and atvs. I went for brakes and they accidently gave me the wrong ones and had already put grease on them when I realized but they took them back anyway and gave me the right ones. You can call and check for parts/part numbers ahead of time.

The staff here is very knowledgeable about vehicles and super friendly. The 29 Palms location of closer to me but I go out of my way to shop at the Yucca Valley location after having issues at the 29 Palms store.

This a a good autozone, not all are. Many of the employees have been working on cars for a long time and have the knowledge to properly assist customers.
