Sorry to see bad reviews.They have always been helpful to me, and have gotten me out of a bind a couple of times.Dont normally use them (in Yucca valley that is), as there are other stores closer to home.I write thas as a unknown Joe Soap, who comes in once in awhile.To recap, great service.

Eric, as he always has been, was super helpful today! I have been going to this store for years and appreciate how knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful the staff are. They have parts for my industrial vehicle, an old school bus(in Stock!) and have made custom hoses for me, Highly recomended!

Not like it used to be. You can generally get the right part at the right price at OReillys. Were as Napa is over priced and normally has to order the part or they give you the wrong part.

BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN YUCCA VALLEY! Steve and Joshua were very informative and knew just what we needed and helped get us the best deal. I’ve never received such great customer service!

They may cost a couple cents more than bigger stores but the staff that takes their time to honestly answer my questions is worth the extra money

Knowledgable, friendly staff, great selection of quality parts, fair pricing. After some misses with the advertised low-price parts stores, spending a bit more for the right part the first time carries value. So if you can afford to spend about 10% more, you are likely to be frustrated less...

Auto Parts Store is a little bit higher priced and doesnt usually have everything that I need, well, not a very well stocked place.. so you have to order it so it could take a few good days to get your part that can be ordered direct online without visiting the store. Way overpriced on tools and small accessories. Their customer service is great.

Great Staff! I bought two RV Batteries from there and their staff happily gave me new ones when they went bad. GREAT Customer service!

Very friendly fellows inside the Yucca Valley Napa. Even though they didnt want to leave the counter to come help me find what I was looking for, they at least knew what aisle things were on. So Ill give them props for that.

Friendly but not so helpful staff because when I asked for the part I needed they told me they had it but that it was in a box in the back and they didnt plan to open it for a few days and told me to come back.
