DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS!! I placed an online order for 2 (5-gallon parts washers fluid) on Saturday 10/23/21. Got the confirmation number saying my order will be ready on Monday 10/25/21. On Tuesday I get an email saying my order has been picked up. So I called the yuba city Tractor Supply for information regarding the order pick-up details. To my surprise, no one at the store including the management had an idea about it. I gave my name, order number, and phone number so I can receive information on the refund process. On 10/26/21 I called around 6 pm asking someone to assist me with finding or requesting a refund on my order. I was told I would get a call back on 10/27/21 from the store manager so they can review the security footage. After receiving no call the following day around 1 pm I decided to give the store another call, again I was told to call back the following day because the store manager was not in. This is probably the worst experience I had with online ordering.

I was wandering around and around not knowing where or what i needed and it was even up by the cash registers and noone asked if they could help. It is a very nice store though just not alot of help to me even when i went and found help myself

Got helped right away with what i needed. Very helpful staff. I went in for a battery operated back pack sprayer which i couldnt find at home depot in-store only online. So i was very happy to see Tractor Supply carried them in-store

I did online order ship to storeIt took way longer than the 5 business days they said to deliver finally a month later I got my order the items where not to expensive but it should’ve worked and used it 1 times broke I took it back to the store, fthe store manager said to me In front of other customers in line well for that price what did you expect! What he did was not necessary but was very disrespectful! Will definitely not shop here anymore

I love tractor supply. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of products. Their prices are reasonable.You can find products to take care of all your animals and live stock.They also have an extensive selection of garden supplies and equipment.They have lots of tools and supplies to work on your tools.Oh! They sell live chicks too (seasonal)! I love taking the kids to see the live chicks and ducks.

I love the chain, Tractor Supply Co. They always seem to have just what Im in need of. They pretty much cover all of my small time farm, needs. From livestock feed and garden tools and animal health to water well parts. I am partial to my local store in Yuba City, the guy helping me couldnt have been nicer. I highly recommend Tractor Supply Co.

I called to see if they had a particular cat vaccine in stock and was told no. I decided to stop by and check and they had an entire box of them. So obviously the person didnt check. When I was in there, i asked 2 young men who were standing there if they could get it for me and one guy passed keys to the other who then called over an older gentleman and gave him the keys making the comment that they couldnt help me, but the older guy could. The fridge was literally about 5-7 from them. And they continued talking about their weekend. The older man was very nice and very helpful.

This is my go to place for animal supplies from shots, foods, both dog and ferocious oppossum and purring cats. They have baby chickens live and live baby geese. The staff is kind, courteous and very helpful, prices are very reasonable and for it being a feed n seed place. The place is amazingly clean.

Had everything I wanted. Cashier was friendly, & pleasant. Though I didnt see any employees walking around helping ? Some times its nice to be able to just go to something & get out. Rather than wandering around looking.

First time in there, almost like a P.V. Ranch and Home w/o the guns and bows. Great country feel to the place, loved it

A great place for those country life needs. A bale of straw because winter is coming. A couple of long sleeve tees, also because winter is coming. Some dog treats and a dog toy for good measure. Chicken feed and a new waterer for them, too. I love shopping here!

I want to purchase a trailer that was on sale the price point was spot on. How to little trouble with the DMV paperwork but over all it was a great experience, Tim, the PM manager knows his stuff and hes willing to do what it takes to please the customer. Over all I recommend people to come to this facility.

If Tractor Supply Co sold groceries, I wouldnt have to shop anywhere else. I can get a pretty blouse, a pair of waders, tires for my tractor, baby chicks, magazines, cotter pins, dog and cat food and snacks all in one trip! The staff is always friendly, the stores are always clean...even the restrooms. I can count on quality merchandise there and know they will have exactly what I need. I wish there were more if them around!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a particular item and a young lady took me to it rather than just telling me what isle it was on. And then she explained the difference between the two kinds that they had and made a recommendation as to which one fit the application that I needed it for.

Amber, there was no baby in your basket and everyone shopping that night, me included knows your baby was not in that car seat....seems kinda odd. But I think that location has cameras anyway so good luck!

Kinda light on decent Sales. Do not alway have what a person needs around the Farm or Ranch. I view Tractor Supply kinda like a 7/11 for Ranch & Farming Needs. The do have most of the general stuff & Clothing for Working around the Homestead.🤠

The only reason that I did not leave a 5 star rating was because the store itself was a bit difficult to find. The staff are always ready to help. My fur babies love the Tractor Supply 4Health brand dog food. It is a great product and the best one I have found for my elderly fur babies. I switched them over to it about 3 years ago because the big name brands tended to make them have bowl issues. Within 2 weeks of switching I noticed not only an improvement in the consistency of their stools but an improvement in their mobility.

Its a good store for the basics. I can usually find the items I need for my farm. Prices might be a little more than other places but its convenient and stays open a little later.

Now this is a fun place to go. Clothes, farm supplies, animal needs both vet and feed, tools and equipment supplies Farm style gifts and home decor it just goes on!!! Employees are welcoming and happy to help out. Prices are reasonable

My grandson loves the toy tractors and trucks and of I cant do without the house decor

When asking for the specific location of an item I couldnt find(that Id previously looked for), I was told the generic location and if I couldnt find it then they were out of it...after stumbling around found the item.Trip 2...6-7 min wait for manager override for a return, awkward wait holding up line...this place is worth avoiding

Here is a rare 5 star review from me. This place is clean, the prices are fair and the service is friendly. The only bad thing I could say is the drive to get there stinks but that has nothing to do with the store. Keep up the good work Tractor Supply!

Tractor supply is like a Wal-Mart for men, they got everything youll most likely need for work or for the farm.

They have a lot items you cannot find elsewhere and the prices are pretty competitive.

Staff is always happy to help us, pet food always in stock. Love this store.

For famers and Ag folks this is a good store. I do find products or pieces of hardware that I cant find in other box stores. For the most part the service us very friendly and helpful.

Tonight my family and i were harrassed, humiliated, and embarrassed while christmas shopping at Tractor Supply in Yuba city. The employee by the name of Jen follows us around and chatted our ears off. She walked up and lifted the blanket covering my car seat to see my baby without asking. Ruined our shopping experience. I would hope that she loses her job after the way she treated my family and i. Especially for putting her hands on my childs car seat or invading our personal space. I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH ALL THE PROPER CHANNELS.

Feed store, hardware, everything! Zero presence from staff for help when needed, and not many smiling faces. Teamwork is a reflection of leadership...curious as to if the employees work under fear here?

If Tractor supply sold groceries I wouldnt have to shop anywhere else! I can buy shoes,underwear and jeans along with chicken scratch, dog food and horse halters. I can get parts for the tractor and a patio chair, a great Gun safe and grass seed for the lawn. Need a few new chicks for the flock? TC has them too. The staff is great and they have reward programs and special Days where you can find out all sorts of things; like nutrition for your calves, how to keep bees or a lot of other useful things. You can find TC in most rural areas, and the only negative thing I can think of is I wish they had more stores!

I replaced my gooseneck spindle with a fifth wheel plate... and it was far cheaper than the so called wholesale supply house.

Prices are ok but Lowes will match and add an additional discount. Wanted buy a lawn trimmer here. Price was higher than Home Depot. Manager would not match so I went to Lowes and got it cheaper than both places. Service is helpful for other issues besides price matching

Very awesome experience, Been going there for many years for my dog food, and tonight a nice gentleman come asked me if i was finding everything ok? That was really nice of him cause i thought i did find what i was looking for lol but he helped me realize what was best for my dog. Conversation started about my to picky eaters and he helped find a better food type and taist. I got home put a bowl down and my lil picky terrier chowed it down. thank you guy at tractor supply
