California stores dont have as many coupons. Idaho stores always had additional on line discounts available. Not sure why?Otherwise, one of my favorite stores!

Great tools (for the price) their higher end tools they sell are actually quality tools Ive been impressed time and time again, their cheap stuff just as any other store, you get what you pay for

Their pricing is unbeatable in their store location is always right where you needed to be so where do you think you need to be where do you get sucking tools and they sell American flags made in Taiwan

Adult toy store. They employees were helpful. Layout could be better and displays need to indicate that it is available or when will it be back on the selfs.The cooperate on line ordering us a great idea with poor execution.. like an expidited order takes over a week to confirmed and at the end of two weeks I still have no idea when my order is going to be dilivered. Amazon would have cost me $10 more but I would have already been using it.

This was my first time to the store. HF has lots of stuff even automotive stuff! However, no employee greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. HF needs to work on customer service. Checking out was a little slow and the cashier wasnt real friendly. I found what I needed and then some. Great store, great prices, not so great customer service.

Rhos place is a great place for decent tools at a great price. They have a bit of everything tool related.

If your a diy guy or gal, this is the place to get those hard to find gadgets. If you long for the days when radio shack was the Geeks paradise, this comes closer than most other hardware stores.

Drove across town (past home depot & lowes) for them to be closed waited a while but nobody inside cleaning thanks for wasting my time and gas.

They did not have the item that the website said was in stock.1 hr wasted. Sure, shame on me for not calling, but why even have an in stock checkmark? Just say call the store. 😡

Low cost tools for great price and quality

I called and gave them a product number to see if they had the item. The lady on the phone said she would have to check the back to see if they had the item. She put me on hold for almost 22 mons when i finally hung up. I called back 3 times and they never answered i decided to make the 30 min drive from my house to this store to find out they didnt have the Yukon tool chest. Could have saved me the drive. Very disappointed.

[edit] Ive become rather frustrated with the Yuba City store never having things in stock that I need. Maybe its just too popular a store but you would think that month after month of going in and never finding what I need isnt so much a matter of popularity as of poor management. Im serious. Just about anything I need on any given day, I can go into this store and they wont have it. The isle shelf will be empty. Almost anything I need at random. Maybe if you get there on the day their truck arrives? Who knows. All I do know for sure is that I cant rely on this store in a pinch.[original]A good place to get cheap tools but dont expect them to last. Sometimes cheap is fine but many items dont hold up to casual use. Theres a hidden cost for buying cheap. I prefer the better quality (and not necessarily more expensive) tools at Home Depot and Lowes, which are always in stock.

Harbor freight has a little bit of everything where tools are concerned. I went in to just brows. Came out with a catching too set, some Dremel bits and a couple other goodies. Spent very little for the things I came out with. Love this place.

I love Harbour Fraight! My only rant would be them being out of stock on items they usually have and keep stocked.

Another place I have to stop by frequently. A candy store to adult men, and YES... I gotta get my candy!.. And there is nothing, I. Cant live without.Sales monthly, coupons. . Sometimes,.. I think Id pay admission to go in... If need a do-dad, trinket,.. a what cha-ma-call-it.... HB. Guys. Go there and feel like a kid,..... IN A CANDY-STORE

A Store Associate asked me if he could help me as the Cashier was busy. I needed an item from the storage-room. But an item that I wanted was not available, although a claim slip was furnished at the shelf.

Great place for good inxpensive tools that work.just to bad alot of what they sell us made in China.

Just bought a bunch of stuff there probably would of cost me double at home Depo. Satisfied customer for sure also very helpful. I needed a mask they gave me one.

It was my first time coming into this store. Its pretty much like Home Depot but smaller, but they have every tool you would need for home and car repair. What so amazing was that practically everything in the store was on sale.

This place the workers will pretty much get on their hands and knees to help you look for the item you are trying to find if you cant.

Love this store not only for good products but also and especially for great service.

No where in the ads does it say this is a club store. I didnt know until ringing up my purchases that the sale price from the ad was for members only, and theres a yearly fee.

Was able to get in the store find what I was looking for and get out. The store employee even helped me with my tile saw to the truck.

Inexpensive tools. A definite go to tool shop if you havent been blessed with a lot of money.

They might need an extra employee or two but only because I hate taking up the cashiers time to ask where I can find a certain item when they have a line of people checking out. They are more than willing to help and unlike some stores...the employees always know where an item is.

I believe they offer an affordable option to tools and other items. Their tool boxes are awesome as well.

Good for affordable power tools. We run a handyman service and its been very helpful if we run into a problem that needs a certain tool to get the job done. Staff is helpful and store is well organized.

The employees are very helpful. My Checker found me every discount that was possible over and above how cheap the tools are there to begin with. A shout out to that young lady!

Ive never had a bad experience at a harbor freight. Been going here for years. Visited many different stores in different towns and always the same polite responses and eagerness to help. most people dont even realize or know that they have the same warranty on all of their Pittsburgh tools that Craftsman does on theirs, lifetime warranty. thank you yuba City harbor freight for working with me when I didnt have my coupons ready in time when I got to the register. It made a stressful day just a little bit nicer thank you

Terrible costumer service and Terrible quality stuff

I like Harbor Freight they not only have utilitarian items but they have fun stuff. I purchased some solar plant sticks one was a butterfly one was a dragonfly and the other one was a hummingbird and at night they light up and they look so pretty in my garden! And people are very nice there I dont go to places twice that people arent nice

Went in for a hand truck on clearance . Grabbed the last two then was told they were for the staff. I told them online it said it was on clearance for this particular store and they were on the sales floor next to the other dollies, how am I to tell? Dude just said I dont know what to tell you, sorry didnt want to hear what I just said, showed no interest in getting to the bottom of the problem(Barz) just overall sum BOOL. I didnt even want to buy the other stuff I grabbed, so I just walked out. The ONLY redeeming quality of my visit was as I was parked under the tree to find what TS & HD had in stock, a gust of wind knocked a dead stiff, but beautiful butterfly right into my lap. Cant make that up and cant say what that means, but it boosted my mood back to where I was before I entered the store, so thats what the star is for.

This is a great place to get your tools or project supplies. They are friendly,well versed in what they sell and the prices are well below other retail giants out there. I spend most of my tool money here and seldom need to return items. Great tools, Great people, Great prices.
