These guys are as reliable as ghosts... unbelievable how they play the run around games.. I have been waiting for a quote from them no joke for OVER 8 months.... first they come out to do an estimate around November.. never head back.. Call back in January they have no records of the quote.. so they come out AGAIN... and i still HAVE YET TO RECIEVE an estimate. They just keep telling me Mike will give you a call by the end of the day. Never does. I have finally decided they are not worth the wait at all. And contacted an actual professional company.

Had an issue with a garage door opener Crawford installed a few years ago. Called them up and they came that day. There was an internal problem with the opener. We contacted the manufacturer together. They sent the new part. Once it came in the mail Crawford came the next day to install the new part. Would not take any money for the labor. I will always use Crawford for any garage door work.

Could not open garage door due to broken spring. Crawford Door was there the same day and did a temporary fix until they could get the part. They returned as promised two days later with the new parts and completed the repair. Their technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and finished the repair within an hour. Ive had the pleasure of using Crawford Door for repairs 4-5 times in the past 25 years and have never experienced bad service. Quality repairs at reasonable prices. I called Crawford door at 8:45 on Tuesday morning because I had backed into my garage door and the door came off the tracks & was bent. They were at my house before 10 oclock & had it fixed by 1030. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Over all the experience was fantastic. I will use them again and they are hands down the best company I have dealt with.

Our garage door broke during the really cold weather we had a couple weeks ago. We went with crawford and they were very prompt and cost effective. They even came out and fixed the busted door for free so we could at least close it until the new door parts arrived. They also didnt have any 1/2 horse power openers so they upgraded us to 3/4 horse power fore free. The new door looks great and is extremely quiet compared to our old one. Definitely recommend.

The technician was great when he diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener and called the manufacturer to get a new part under warranty sent to me. Different technicians came to install. Unfortunately they did not know how to set up the garage door opener to accept WiFi. So I had to get a friend to climb up on a ladder to help me pair the system. The point of this opener was it’s technology- so it worked for 10 months and then the ‘brain’ had to be replaced but the technicians wouldn’t or couldn’t set it up. Very disappointed.

Just had my door spring installed by Chris and Gerald. I just wanted to say that you have two very good employees. They finished the job in about 15 minutes and even helped me with a problem with the door sensors. They were very knowledgeable and helpful offering tips on maintaining the spring as well as the opener itself. All too often people write to make a complaints when they are not satisfied. But I am very satisfied and I feel that good workmanship should be acknowledged just the same. I was really impressed on how they installed the door. They had to add wood to make the garage stronger so it could hold the new door, they went above and beyond.

Easy to schedule, fast response time, really knew what they were talking about, polite, and good service. The only negative is it ended up being $45 more than the original quoted price over the phone because they didnt have a part in stock.

My garage door was replaced with a Life Master system which is a quietsystem. There was a problem with a sensor that had to be replaced and Crawford was persistent in correcting the problem, and replaced the entire system. The installer (Bill) was outstanding!!! We used Crawford Door for our loading dock shelters. Normally we use Overhead Door in whitmore lake but we decided to go with a more local business since we are also located in Ypsilanti. The price quotes we got were the same basically. Installation was performed and a few months later the plastic ceiling of the dock shelters cracked and fell apart from the temperature fluctuations. Maybe these were cheap dock shelters. However, I called Tim who installed the dock shelters and he never returned my voicemails. This is unacceptable customer service. We will not be using Crawford Door anymore due to this experience.

They have not helped me twice from two different locations. I find them to be knowledgeable, helpful and competitive.
