CDS is one of the worst Company I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend dealing with this company. Owner would not pickup his phone and if he says something it’s probably a lie. Go somewhere else bad people.

They have been providing services to a building I manage in downtown Ann Arbor for well over a year and they consistently provide great work for us! Theyre VERY REASONABLY priced for the level of work they provide. We just had a technician by the name of James install a light kit onto an existing door and he did great work for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

CDS serviced two doors at my place of employment. They were courteous and respectful to our operation and got the job done as promised with no extra charges. Better still, when it appeared that one of the doors may be functioning improperly, CDS came out free of charge to diagnose/troubleshoot the issue several days later.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very friendly staff and they got our doors installed in a professional and timely matter. They even sent out a representative shortly after just to make sure we were happy with everything.

I had called and left a message to get a price quote for a commercial door needing to be repaired at the company I work for (it was leaking hydraulic fluid) and after sending pictures of the door, obtaining a quote for the replacement parts and labor, and informing them that the owner of the company I work for wanted to move forward, I never heard back from anyone despite leaving several messages and sending multiple text messages. After two weeks of no return calls or texts, I had to move on. Not telling anybody how to run their business, but customer service and satisfaction should ALWAYS be #1.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! Company takes money upfront and does not stand by their work then ask for more money to give you what you already paid for!! Very unprofessional and untrusted worthy company.

Commercial Door Specialties is a great company to work with. Ive used them many times over the years for commercial door repairs and replacements. They have always been professional, courteous and fast. Highly recommended!

I would be wary of this company, they have a very high turn over rate with employees. Mainly because the owner subs all the work out and then doesnt pay the subs. He is not a man to be trusted in my opinion, this is not the kind of volatility you want to bring into your business.
