Works their employees to death. The one who calls all the shots, Jack, forces overtime constantly with zero regard to employee morale. Despicable work life balance. Gaslights their employees into thinking the pay is “too good” to go elsewhere. It’s not.

People are pretty decent, I was supposed to drop a trailer for next day pick up but they loaded in 2 hours.

I had a good experience with the office staff, security guard and switchers didnt bother me. Now, here is why 3 stars: (a)The parking for the tractor-trailers are too small the risk of damaging a trailer here is very likely.(b) They stop truckers from exiting the lot at certain times throughout the day to let the shift change use the same entrance, so after you pick up your load if you get to the gate at 8:30pm you have to wait until 9pm to exit.

Switchers are rude, lazy,and useless. Security is great, shipping and receiving are great. Parking is a joke and again the switchers are no help.

Seems they have a new switching company doing switching... Parking is still very tight, but staff has gotten better... Most of the gate guards are quick and friendly, but there are a couple that are VERY slow, so some days you will be lucky other day not so.

As a driver I have always had A great experience with GM. Friendly and professional from their security and shipping personal.

Its easy and quick in and out place, fun to park, must have skills to park in, its to tight parking spot.

Unfriendly people at the gate, very strict and they making it hard for truck drivers to accept loads thats need need to be picked up and delivered to GM
