Great variety of stuff and well stocked. The older ladies working there are so friendly and sweet (helpful too!). Definitely one of the better Dollar Trees in the area.

One staff member here is IMMESNLY impolite. An old lady with short white hair needs an attitude adjustment and a few courses in customer service. Yelling at customers is never okay. She shouted at me because she “didn’t hear” me. As if that justifies anything. Don’t take your bitterness for life out on me. Never getting my business again.

Co workers are lovely BUT this place does NOT care for Covid. Way to many people in the store, everyone cramped when we all need 6ft, they dont clean, and more. Not a good place to go to stay safe, though cheap and good products somewhat. Dont risk it!

Made a quick stop today and things were ok, people wearing masks, maintaining distance according to all guidelines. Got to the checkout counter and was met by a lady who flat out said Im not wearing a mask, cant breathe with one on. This is an employee of the store. Pretty sure rules apply to everyone not just customers.

What can I say? I love the prices

Very poor service. All I needed to do was see if they had an electric nail file. An employee locked the door at 8:54, while they were still ringing out customers. I stayed in the parking lot and people were still coming out at 9:10. I used to work in a grocery store and knew it was getting close to closing but Closing a business early is never a good thing. Especially before it’s the close time and you are still ringing out customers.

Store 1684 used to be my favorite. After today my business is lost. I have read the coupon policy thoroughly but I highly doubt the manager or whomever she was today knows anything. I stood in line while she tried to figure out why the coupon was beeping. It beeped because the coupon was for $1.50 off. What she should have done is manually put it in because since the item is $1, you cant take $1.50 off as I told her. When she tried to do that, she didnt even know what she was doing. With the line steadily backing up and after trying to checkout for or over 15 minutes, I told her to give me my coupons back. So I paid full price. Yes everything is only $1 but when I can get something for free thats the better deal.

Good deals, but the lines are always ridiculously long. And if you see someone getting balloons....plan on waiting in line for an extra 30 mins.

Usually well stocked. They have items that are usually not in other stores for less. Watch what you buy, some (food) items are less expensive in a supermarket. Stores are usually in strip malls so parking is available. Handicap accessible in most stores but some aisles are tight in seasonal area.

They are amazing people . The Manager and assistant​ manager try to make the store look good for the time of year. They are always keeping the shelves stocked as best they can. They try to keep things as near as possible..

Its nice place its more organized now. The bad thing would be there 2 cashiers and once in a while it tends to be packed by people. So youll have to wait more compare other dollar tree stores. Of course this is from my experience ☆

The place was nice and Im positive any possible things that could cost a dollar is there. Plenty of essential items there with adequate enough quality, considering the price. One of my complaints is the place has no bathroom. On top of that, the area could be slightly more organized. It can get crowded in there at times, as is the case with other stores. Other than that, would recommend.

The cashier just had a full conversation on her phone with her mom while ringing me up. She didnt even hand me the receipt, I had to get it myself. Please train your employees better.

Quick in and out one stop shop. Anything from food to batteries, holiday items to puzzles one of my more favored 1$ shop. They are very convienent as in area and have a huge parking lot for those long shopping trips

This location isnt my favorite because of the long lines and the narrow aisle. You will find usually find whatever Dollar Tree item you are looking for, however I prefer you will a long time to check out.

This Dollar Tree is close to where I live. Its convenient and I can find what I need. It can sometimes get a little crazy in there because some customers tend to just toss or mess it up at times. Overall its a great place to get what you need.

Like numerous products for repeat buying. Some things to steer clear of; hence 4 stars. Some things definitely deals, but not everything.

Compared to other Dollar tree stores it is bigger but it is also very disorganized and messy. The staff is very nice though. It has a frozen and refrigerated food section but if youre shopping for other items that all Dollar tree carry, Id go to a different store.

I think that compared to other dollar trees this one is very nice and has a good selection. A lot of these store franchises have dirty floors and shelves are out of order but here everything was tidy and overall it was a nice experience.

Lady cashier was extremely rude. She was impatient and intolerant to the fact that I was giving her quarters. She rolled her eyes, sighed and said to my friend in the line behind me yall better have your money out She was unprofessional and crabby. I had run out of bills and the fact that I had to pay in change should not have bothered her. This dollar tree should train its employees better. On top of that these employees allow panhandlers to beg outside the door! I brought this to their attention and they did nothing but say okay the panhandler remained for a long time.

I shop here often. The store is very busy and often in disarray and not organized. Not sure if its because its too small or the amount of customers making it difficult for the employees to restock and organize shelves. During summer months the employees were working with very little air-conditioning. Not a well kept store. Ive been in other dollar stores and they are in much better condition. I go to this one because its close to work and home.

Bought more than I went in for again. Bargains on itema i use everyday i pay more than twice for elsewhere. Mylar birthday ballons with unicorns and rainbows. Crafting and artful fun supplies.

Just left this store and I will not go back!! One clerk was taking care of a Customer with a balloon order, there were 3 other clerks in the store busy with other things. There were 7 of us in line waiting to ring out. My husband asked if there was someone else that could run the register, one clerk said “in a minute”! After 5 more minutes of standing there, no one made an effort to ring anyone up!! A couple of us threw our merchandise on the counter and left!! Reminder: if you don’t take care of your customers, nothing else matters in business!!! I’ll never return to this store EVER!!

This is one of the messier and disorganized Dollar Trees in the area but they do get new products in on a weekly basis so i still tend to stop in and see what they have in. Its just tiring to shop here because of all the mess and things all over the floors and on the shelves. Its usually pretty busy here too.

Very convenient when planning group projects. I can always find inexpensive items for my Girl Scout projects.

Its sad that you have a cashier named Lisa with the worst attitude ever. Apparently she hates couponers. Now Im not your regular couponer. I have no choice but to coupon due to having a Non Profit Organization Donation Site. Everything comes out of pocket for me so I coupon to save money so I am able to help more people. In this case I was tryna to coupon for items for the Relief of Puerto Rico. As we all know the families there lost pretty much everything. Its a disaster & I wanted to send items to help these families. Yes I buy in bulk & understand normally you can only use 4 lile coupons per purchase. I never have issues in ANY store since most people/Managers know who I am & what I do. This woman as soon as I bring out the coupons she starts to perceed to embarrass me & yell at me. She said NO I DONT THINK SO, IM NOT ACCEPTING YOUR COUPONS IN MY DRAWER. I started to explain nicely keeping my composer but she would not let me get a word in edge wise. I asked for the manager who knows me & is the sweetest most kind manager in ANY Dollar tree Ive been in. Well neatless to say I will spread the word around in referee to this experience. Worst I have ever had never again. Thanks Lisa Im sure if it were your family you would want my help! Geesh its my money, my coupons I purchased just so unprofessional & RUDE God bless you.

I worked here from Oct 16th 2017 until the friday before Christmas 2017. They treat the hard workers very poorly. After busting my butt for them even on days off... Sue cut my hours down to 8 hours total for two weeks. When i text Sue about my hours in messenger via Facebook two Sundays before Christmas, she chose not to reply. My keys where stolen by a coworker the same Sunday i saw my hours where drastically cut. The same one who didnt help look for them, or make any announcements to help recover them. I told management who i felt took my keys. Well guess what. 3 days later that same employee found my keys... Then management enforces of zero tolerance by telling co-workers what others say and that coworker retaliates using her voice size and shade to try and intimidate everyone she doesnt know including customers. She tried it with me once. She is why i chose to be weekend closer only and who told me Connie wont promote you because your black Sure does make me wonder. The management and use to be management are all two faced. They kick each other every chance they get. Talk so badly about one another as well as the guest who visit that location. Many of you have heard them. You will be treated short and or rude unless they know you, Connie is there or on the way, or you happen to be checked out my a new employee who hasnt been corrupted. Also many of the reviews here are from managements friends and family. Real talk i know for a fact because i had management all over my facebook until i discovered their shade and i chose to remove them. In a post below there is a woman who comes in with coupons for a charity. Yvonne. I was there the day Lisa was rude to you and i worked the night you came in with another female near closing time. Myself and Millie rang you out tho Millie had to jump on my register because the order took so long because of the coupons. I smiled talked so did Millie we didnt get out of there until after 11pm that night. You told us what happen with Lisa and i confirmed it but nothing was done to change it. I havent seen you back at that location since. For our help that night you gave both Millie and i some products you purchased for relief in PR. I miss my regular customers and the chance i use to have to help brighten someone elses day. The line could be 7 long and customers would stay in my line even after hearing shouts from management and rude coworkers that their lines are open. One lady came in and went off on Sue (the store manager) for not having help for me with a line nearly to the freezer. It wasnt the first time or the last. This is a view from the inside. You know when someone cares about you as a person. Being loyal doesnt mean be a fool. If i could give zero stars I would for sure based on how i saw customers treated. Spoken badly about. A woman and her child where being followed by a male the week before Christmas and called into the dollar tree asking for the security video to help police identify the male following them. I was there when the call came in and heard the conversation. There are NO CAMRAS in this location at all. Those things in the drop ceiling are just that things. No security period. At night there are no lights on in that half of the parking lot and i was the regular weekend closer. Both the acting manager the night the call came in, as well as the store manager gave this family the run around with no help what so ever rather than be honest about the security and safety of the customers and the store. Accessing the inside of the store is as simple as pushing the glass with one finger. No joke. I was doing the job for the love of the customers. I can tell a lot more maybe this will get the attention of Connie the head boss to make some positive and productive changes. I miss you all. Have a safe and Happy New year! Love Ace

What is there to say...everything is a buck and they are open till 10 p.m. sometimes lines are extra long but what can you expect, everyone wants that bargain and last minute thing.
