A true BULLSEYE A+ with this store. The associates are very helpful, the store is immaculately clean and its a fun experience - stocked and ready for the holidays. Their aisles would make any youngsters Christmas amazing. Even if you are price-sensitive, their app deals and store wide 5% red card makes going anywhere else...mind-boggling. Great store, check it out.

I was in the store, York Crossing, today, 9-27-2021 around 1pm. I was in the baking pans area and couldnt find any baking cooling racks. I saw a young lady (her name began with a T) and asked if she could help me find those racks, she looked on her hand held device and took me to the area and there was none. It stated there was four in the back room. She came back and had all four packs and asked how many of the packs I would need. I was extremely thankful for her kindness.

Went to this location (West York PA) and had a great experience. The staff at Starbucks started my trip out with Amazing coffee, then I was looking for a specific mini waffle maker that makes pumpkin shaped waffles. Couldn’t find them where I thought they’d be so I asked an employee who was a kind young man named Brogan. He stopped what he was doing and said we could check the seasonal area. About 10 minutes later he came back to my friend and I and said he found them and proceeded to go to the opposite side of the store and brought me the pumpkin waffle maker and also grabbed my friend a spider web one!! Over all a great experience and Brogan went above and beyond to help us out!! Thanks!!! 🎃

Target is always very clean and neat. I love the home decor department which always has new items to offer. Some items cost a little more than Walmart and other stores but I like the ease of shopping at Target.

Had exactly what I was looking for and the store was neatly organized and aisles clearly marked.

This is one of the places you dont really mind being drug into by your significant other. This store is always clean and neat. Seriously, I dont think Ive ever seen anything out of place and its not like the place is packed with employees so the ones that are there must care. Any employee I have dealt with is always pleasant and helpful. I also recently tried in store pickup for the first time recently and that was very quick and easy. Great store!

After abandoning a cart full of merchandise at Walmart due to excessively long lines at both of their self check out areas, I came across the street to Target. What a breath of fresh air! This store was very well stocked, extremely clean, and when it came time for me to make my purchases, I was able to go to a live cashier working a cash register, and I only had to wait behind 1 other customer because there were multiple registers open for Targets customers. From now on Ill be doing my shopping at Target instead of the Walmart across the street.

Got everything I needed, staff was very polite, nice quick and easy trip.

The Starbucks supervisor in west York target is very rude. She basically Bullies the employees she doesnt care for. And doesnt care who sees it.. When the managers are told about whats going on, they do nothing. West York target is horrible. Will not shop there again.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Took a trip to this store this morning. Will NOT be back again, the rude lady at the door made some rude comments because I am unable to wear a mask because of a health condition. I do not need to explain my conditions to every single person I encounter. You are a grocery store and legally can not turn people away with disabilities. Or for that matter make ignorant rude comments and treat people with such disrespect. It is uncalled for.So I recommend to anyone that wants to go to target think twice if you do not want to be talked down to, and treated with disrespect.

The ease of finding what I needed for a good price and the availability of a self check out made my day go well. The only problem is that they tend to be lacking in the pajama section for larger sized, curvy, thick, healthy women. I am healthy, but am naturally larger, so I need something comfortable that fits well.Also, I am young, I do not want to see grandma styles or designs. Flowers and stripes are not overly hip (dont get me wrong some are) just give us bigger ladies something to get excited over and something we will keep coming back for. Overall, my experience was great and always is; the comments above are just some suggestions for the future.Unfortunately, your prices in some areas are a little steeper than Walmart and Lidl. Might want to take it down a notch, but I will keep coming for your kids selection, home goods, and food. Well, pretty much everything in general is great. I do enjoy my infrequent Target runs. Cleanliness and selection of products.

Just moved to the area from Lititz. The employees in the Lititz Target are awesome, the girls at the West York location seem to have an attitude problem. I will never go back there.

It was so fast, easy, and convenient! What a great way to shop for essentials without even leaving your car. I get myself into trouble inside the store so this helps me stick to the list which is important for my budget! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Target suspends all sales of a product over a fight......I guess black Friday sales should be deemed a national threat then. There are fights every year over black Friday sales. So reactionary.

Environment is clean and organized

Dont go to this store if youre not White. My wife and I used to shop there all the time until we noticed the staff would followed us through the store and watch us while using the self check out regrister like we were stealing or doing something ilegal.

Very quick and convienient

I was having issues with a Samsung smart TV that I purchased around Christmas. Samsung customer support said that I needed a copy of my receipt, which I threw away months ago. The customer service desk was MORE than helpful at the West York store and was able to track down my receipt for the TV I purchased in the Harrisburg store. I was thoroughly impressed and gracious for their efforts!

Well first, I just love target.This location is always clean, things are always easy to find and the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. The remodeling they did is really lovely and it was done so quickly. Definitely my favorite Target location.

There was an employee there tonight that helped guide me to infant Gates. While helping me she interacted with my special needs daughter and even asked how to sign a couple things to her. My son and I were impressed

I was delivering essential products to the area and stop to rest at the store after the store was close. I was approached by a very rude I assumed manager who banged on my truck window and called the police. Truck drivers driving to exhaustion to keep stores full of product during this pandemic. This employee of target was very rude and disrespectful, as well as showed no respect for the job that we are doing. This employee showed the character of this store .

Bought a Air Fryer online for store pickup...figured while I was there Id look at some mens clothing. (Its my first time going to Target to years) I remembered why.. if your a larger size man forget about finding any size bigger that a XL. There was a few 2XL scattered around but Im a 3XL I didnt see not one 3XL in the whole mens department.. just got my air fryer and left. The air fryer is excellent though... great price.

For me, it was very convenient. I was looking for a toy for a needy family that I was not familiar with. I found it on the Target site, paid for it and stopped on my way home to pick it up. Had I had to go to the toy dept to look for it, it wouldve take much longer. Cashier at courtesy desk was very helpful, since I had never done this before.

Went into Target, West York today to buy off of the Baby Registry. I was told Our Baby Registry is not working today!Did not think I had to call ahead to buy some things, so went home and will buy from Harrisburg store from now on! A score of 1 is even too much, since I could not buy anything!!

A young man asked if he could help me and then proceeded to help with a purchase of wireless earbuds. He asked questions about how I would be using them, my activity level, etc. and then made a recommendation.

I feel like Target almost always has everything I need. I also appreciate the Cartwheel app allowing me to find deals on my items by just scanning the barcode.

Saved money. Nice people. Regular store for my family. However, I think they need to allow the Starbucks employees to be tipped. And maybe ease up on the affirmative action hiring. Before long you turn everyone into a minority this way. Just hire qualified friendly employees. No one will think less of the company.

Nice place to visit and it is relatively safe to visit later in the evening hours. The place is clean, prices are up-to-target levels and there is a great variety of items to choose from. I have not dealt much with the staff, but the little that I have I have not had any issues. Definitely would recommend.

I have always had a good experience at this target. The people are very friendly; if Im looking for something, employee will actually stop and ask if I need help in finding something. The store has always been very clean, and I have always found everything that I went in looking for.

I dont agree with Targets openly liberal policy and stance on gay and Transgender issues. However, the shopping experience here is very enjoyable compared to the jungle they call Walmart. You pay a little extra but it is completely worth it.

I love the selection Target offers, the store brand clothes, food and cleaning are just some of my favorite. I always love that the store isn’t overly stocked like Walmart. I hate the feeling of so much stuff around me when I shop.

Clean and bright store. Team seems to be friendly and they get you through the check out quickly.The store seems to always have plenty of items stocked on the shelves and pricing is good. Not as cheap as Wal-Mart but I dont mind paying a bit more to shop in a clean and uncluttered store.

Oh no! Three visits to Target this week and each time only two registers were open! Big advantage to shopping at Target is fast checkout! People in line were complaining .. 4 self check outs now open with no one using them. If I have to do my own checkout as well I want a discount to be your cashier. Theres a reason Amazon is doing so well.. dont blow it Target!

This is the quietest store that Ive ever been to on their chain. Its nice to shop this location because it seems like nobody else shops here.

Jarrett, Michelle and Zach were very helpful and patient with my large order. I was purchasing for my entire school. Jarrett helped with the large quantities getting them from the stockroom. Michelle was very patient checking me out with the register freezing because we hit the maximum items allowed. Because of the register freezing and 5 transactions later, we were there past closing time. She kept assuring me it was fine. Once done, Zach helped load up my vehicle. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

Went to grab a cart to sanitize it and an employee came running over and snatched the stuff out of my hand and was very rude about me sanitizing the carts. I will not be going to that target again

This location is very clean, has friendly staff, and is always fully stocked. It is a much nicer experience than the nearby Walmart, I do not have to worry about empty shelves and not being able to purchase what I came for. The prices are a bit higher than Walmart but as you would expect at any Target. Although, they do have some great sales and some products are cheaper here than at other stores you just have to find the right ones.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your employees were smiling, and I really needed that today. The lady who got my order for me was very nice.

A little disappointed in this target. I am use to a clean store when I can shop with everything easy to find. But at 11am they still had so much product on the floor you could barely shop home decor. It was a more of a hassle then anything.

I basically live at Target, I go multiple times a week. I like to check the end caps in the morning for discounted items before they get picked over. That said Ive had cashiers ring items up at the wrong price since they do not check the box for the clearance sticker. Returns are super easy even for online orders.

Nice and clean. Never overly crowded like a certain competitor. Sometimes they dont have what you are looking for.
