They just do business right. My mom was in from out of town and her brakes were concernung her/us. They put it on the lift and for a stroll found nothing but gave us all such peace of mind to send her back home to Ohio. They have taken good care of our family. Very impressed with the over-and-above service that I received from Team One. I only have 1 vehicle and needed to drop off my car. They had someone take me home and offered to bring me back to the garage when the car was finished. The people there were very courteous and polite. I will certainly be back when the time arises.

I recently bought a used car to go back and forth to work in and it needed a state inspection, so after reading there reviews I decided to try them.My opinion they are just an average repair shop nothing special.They told me my car needed a lower control bushing and after that an alignment .They also replaced a third brake light bulb that they didnt mention.The labor rates were normal leaning towards the high side. ( cant believe they charged over $20 to replace a bulb that literally takes 30 seconds)There parts mark up is outrageous $75 for a bushing that all the major auto parts stores charge from $18- 22 for.Again nothing special and when youre going to charge someone over $400 for repairs you would think you would cut them a break on a light bulb.Anyway nothing special, next time Ill try someplace different.

There is always the same person at the front desk, Steve. He is helpful and knowledgeable.I have felt every time I have gone that Ive been charged a fair price. As someone fairly new to York this is important to me.

My car started failing as I was driving to work and I just so happened to be able to pull into their parking lot. A quick online search, and even quicker phone call later, I was in their office having my car looked at. They physically brought out all the pieces that were malfunctioning for me to be able to see, and talked me through why and how everything happened. As well as talked me through all the costs and services recommended. I couldn’t have lucked out better honestly. Much cheaper than I ever would’ve thought it would be too. PLUS very kind staff. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me this morning!

3 hours agoI highly recommend Team One Auto Group Total Car Care. In my travels from Wilkes-Barre, Pa to Moncks Corner, S.C., pulling my sons car on a Uhaul car dolly, I pulled into Team One because I lost my taillights, brake lights and signals to both my vehicle and the car dolly. Todd the Manager pulled one of his mechanics off a job to diagnose the problem. 40 minutes later I was fixed up and on my way. When I went to the counter to pay, I was told no, charge, have a safe trip. If you had guessed that it was only a blown fuse, you would be correct. Team One gets my respect and recommendation because they took time from a job to check connections, wiring and to go through 2 fuse boxes to replace a $3 fuse. Most shops would have charged me for an hour of labor or worse came up with a bogus diagnosis, overcharging me. Team One put integrity and customer service first.

Worst place ever dont take your car there or you get junk yard parts

Steve the manager and mechanic kody are absolutely amazing. They are always fair and honest and provide top notch professionalism and service. The entire team and staff at team one create a family and friends atmosphere which gets lost in today’s business at times. I have used their service multiple times and each time has been a five star rating. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great service at a great price

I was in a time crunch the night before and most shops in the area were booked up until the next year. With the exception of 2 that would not work out with my particular work schedule...that being said. Steve told me that he would be open Saturday (today as I write this) 12/29/2018... And would fit me in the schedule. Which he did as someone had cancelled that day. I could only wait for my wifes car to get inspected as opposed to dropping it off...but while waiting there I overheard the conversations and could appreciate his willingness to help his customers out and not take advantage of them over check engine lights that sometimes are triggered by a fluke. He offered a gentleman who was there prior to me to clear the codes and see what happens vs seeing big price gouging and replacing multiple catalytic converters in a car that may not have been necessary.He also offered another gentlemen a loaner car for a bigger problem that needed fixed for his car.From what Ive experienced here. I have only seen good things.Steve also informed me that they ARE open the first and last Saturdays...and although he has tried multiple times to get this to be reflected on Google and such...lip service is all that he received.He doesnt have a huge waiting area..but there are 4 chairs and a single person bathroom IF you need to wait as I did. (The bathroom was clean)Thanks Steve!

Really great experience with these guys. I brought my car here for an inspection, which was finished fast and they helped me out with an issue that had been plaguing me for months. They really went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and took me through the procedure step by step. Great place to get auto repairs. Very reasonable prices. They let you know whats wrong with your vehicle before they fix it. They let you know in advance at how much money your looking to spend instead of it being a surprise. Tyler did a great job on 2 of my cars. I will be back with the 3rd.

I was on my way to the beach when I noticed that my car was having some issues that needed fixed. I bought the part that needed fixed and went around to some garages to see if they would be willing to help me out in my predicament and Team One was the only one that was willing to help out! The guys that work there are down to earth and got my car in very quick even though they had a packed schedule and fixed my car. Very fair pricing as well!! I highly recommend this garage!

This was my first time here and they now have me as a customer for life. I expected a huge bill based on what another mechanic told me and was shocked at how much cheaper it was. Had an emergency tire & wheel install done by another garage in Maryland for an 11 year old Pontiac Vibe. A few days later had an oil change done at T1 Auto. They reviewed and worked on what should have been done with tire and wheel install. Like switch low pressure tire sensor from original wheel to new wheel, move new tread from front end to back, and balance tire. They also did a courtesy check on the car. Now the vibe drives and handles much better. Its the little details that matter.

They are an honest and wonderful shop. The manager Steve is always patient, courteous and helpful. They offer to show me the bad parts and make sure I understand. As a woman sometimes I feel as though I am being talked down to or like my questions are not valuable. This is NOT the case at Team One. I have referred friends, family and church members to Team One and all have been pleased. I pray Gods continued blessings on Steve, Cody and the other Team One Staff. As a paying customer that is the highest compliment I can give to a business is to use them, make referrals, give honest reviews and pray for them. I can count on one hand the number of business I know that get that type of praise from me but Team One is one.

Steve is so kind and reasonable. He has a daughter my age and as a young woman I often feel uncomfortable trying to get work done on my car. I have never felt like he tries to speak down to me or tries to overcharge me for any service. I genuinely trust him and the team here more than I trust taking my car anywhere else. They have been able to fix problems for me that other mechanics did not completely take care of. I now live in Lancaster and still come to Steve because I have not found another mechanic who does the same quality of work. Definitely recommend to everyone in the York area.

Amazing service. Went in for a PA state inspection and the manager and whole staff made me feel welcomed. 100% will go back for all my car needs.

Would give them 5 stars but I think the estimate was a little low just to get me into the door. But overall the work was quick and the car drives better than before. Inspection, emissions, oil change, alignment, ball joints, timing belt (big job), hydraulic fluid tensioner. All around the same price for just the timing belt (although all the other shops included tensioners, pulleys, a water pump and accessory belts)

They have serviced all 3 of my cars and nailed it everytime on correct diagnosis. They are trustworthy, reasonable in pricing and reliable. Steve and his staff work very hard and their service is much appreciated.

Been there multiple times with all 3 of my cars. Anytime something was found on an inspection, they showed me when the car was in the air. I feel comfortable with them working on all aspects of my cars. Its awesome to know Steve behind the counter does everything he can to take care of us, as well as Tyler and Kody in the shop.

As a first time customer I took my 2007 Toyota 4Runner in for State Inspection and Oil change.I was extremely impressed how the manager (Steve) was so friendly and courteous.They found my brakes were worn down very low, which I thought there might be a problem because they did not feel like they were stopping correctly.They also took the time to show and explain the issue to me in the shop. No other repair shop ever did that for me before.The brakes work great now and I will continue to have my vehicle repaired from now on at Team One Auto in York.

Rt 30 York - good service, take an interest in making sure you understand what is going on with your vehicle. Any issue I have ever had there was quickly resolves.

I went in for two tires that I needed that day. I had already been to two places that couldnt do the work that day. Not only was the work done well and quickly, the mechanic noticed that my engine was making a ticking noise and upon checking, found no oil in it and alerted me. He saved my car!

As always these guys are awesome!!! I made a last minute stop-in and they took me in and had me out in no time at all. Then went above and beyond by checking the whole car over; checked tires, fluids, etc and charged me nothing as a courtesy!
