Just purchased a 2010 Honda fit and so far no negatives to report. The sales guy (JD) was super helpful and really tried his best to work with my unusual situation regarding my trade-in. Also being as I opted in for the platinum warranty they were able to fix my ac before I got the paperwork signed. Super professional and efficient!Only complaint I could think of regards title policy and the fee I have to pay since it will take longer than 2 days to get my trade-ins title in the mail. An unfortunate $160 down the drain but not much you can do with corporate policy.

Dont waste your time. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle on their lot. Test drove the vehicle & decided I wanted to purchase it so sat down with the salesman & started to go over payments etc. She took the paperwork for the finance representative to look at. She came back with the sales manager who then told me they literally sold my vehicle WHILE I was test driving it! Not to mention the sales manager offered no apologies for screwing it up. Dont send your worst enemies here. I will never even consider any Apple dealerships again. This place is horrible.

It takes two hours to reach Apple Honda from my home.Before going to dealership, I called and the sales department confirmed that the Vehicle is available in the Parking lot. However, when I reached showroom, the representative said it is in the back yard and will take one week before moving to Parking lot.Is this a joke? To waste peoples time?Please be cautious, even they confirm you about the vehicle availability, DO NOT visit APPLE honda especially if you live far away.Update # 1:So, Apple Honda replied to me, there was a miscommunication?I really wanted to buy a vehicle today and cannot afford to pay for rental everyday weekdays and their FALSE commitment wasted my whole day. I only have Saturday to purchase a vehicle. So, now I have to pay for another week as rental so I can buy vehicle on coming Saturday.My request is, If you can not check vehicle physically available in your parking lot ready for test drive, please do not waste people time.Not to mention, the representative in store didnt even say sorry but instead said *It is what it is, we cant help*People should read my review before even thinking about coming to Apple Honda.I will spread the same reviews about Apple Honda where ever possible.Update # 2:On Monday, I called on the mentioned number since they said to give them second chance. I think they advertise vehicles on website which do not even exist in their inventory to catch customers attention and when customers select a specific vehicle, they start speaking twisting language to shift their mind into the vehicles which are available and surely they are not the good deals.Be Aware! I hope my feedback reaches to HONDA so they can take some action against them otherwise they are running HONDA name...

Just purchased a Honda Accord from Apple Honda in York. Had a great experience. Low pressure, good service, and a great car at a fair price! We interacted with Jon Kearney (Client Advisor) and Jeff Foxwell (General Sales Manager). Jon helped us learn about the cars features, took us for a test drive, and answered all our questions. Jeff handled the financials. The Accord is a pleasure to drive and has a lot of cool technology not present in my previous (10 year old) car. Their web site has over 40 how-to videos specific to the Accord that walk you through the basics and Jon says I can call him anytime if I have questions. I highly recommend Apple Honda in York if you are looking for a Honda and a fair price from a dealer with good customer service.

Just purchased my third vehicle from Apple Honda. I absolutely love my new Passport. I first met Kalie Parks when I went to look for a new vehicle in January. This is so disappointing to say but one of the worst experiences I have ever had in purchasing a car. They were dishonest about the information given to me via phone and when I arrived it was as if they judged me from the door. They offered me outlandish pricing without even running my credit and was dishonest about having run my credit…they never did. The Manager blamed the internet sales team for the miscommunication and mentioned that this happens often with them. I wasted my time completely and felt discriminated against.

My wife and I purchased a used Honda CR-V from Apple Honda on 3/2/21. Our salesperson Kalie helped us locate the perfect car from Apples network, and arranged to go get it from Hanover to have it available for us to test-drive in York. The sales and financing team were friendly and professional, and did not push us to consider extras that we didnt need. My only complaint is that the actual purchasing process took a long time--we were ready to buy the car at 3 oclock and we didnt drive off the lot until nearly 7. Other than that, I would say this was one of the better buying experiences Ive ever had at a dealership.

Least helpful customer service I’ve ever had. I like Honda but this dealership made me consider Toyota instead.

Had an oil change using the express service. They checked my tires and fluids also. Found a nail in a tire and removed it with no charge. Employees werevery through and polite. Very satisfied.

Not customer friendly. Facts on the vehicle we went to see were hidden until the test drive. One rear seat belt had been cut off, the emergency break light switch was malfunctioning. During the test drive the engine light and oil light came on. The stero/radio unit had been removed and replaced with a miniature out of date not working off brand radio. Through the huge empty missing radio hole dangling under- dash wires could easily be seen. The salesman refused to bargain a lower price even with a reasonable cash offer.

Was my first time at apple honda and wanted to stick to my budget and mainly pre-owned cars. I was helped by kalie down there, she was engaging and friendly off the bat!! And unlike other dealerships she shows you newer and more options for your buck and many ways to finance it other than just trying to sell you a car. Highly recommend Kalie and Apple Honda when youre in the market for a car.

I recently purchased an SUV from Apple. My salesman was J.D. He was extremely diligent with getting back to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy before I left. These days it seems hard to get the customer service wed all love to have when making large purchases. But, J.D. was sure crush this sterotype. I highly recommend this dealership and J.D. The lot is always clean and they gleam with class.

We bought a 2020 Honda CRV in October. 3 times it has not started due to a dead battery. We took it in for service and they told us they could not fin d a problem with the battery or anything draining it. Therefore the warranty would not cover it. So we are told we have to bring it in to allow it to sit BUT we are told that they do not have loaner cars. I have never dealt.with a dealership that did not provide a loaner.Terrible customer service. A dealership wont eat the price of a battery for a car that we paid over 30000.00 for the car. Last Honda I ever buy.Terrible terrible service!Update :So I am pretty sure that the response I received was just a computer generated answer. I called the number it didnt even take me directly to his office and I had to leave a message and wait for a response. Again just another way of saying we got your money and now we really dont care!

Be cautious of a high pressure and rude extended warranty sales pitch. We were told that the computer chips in the Honda cars fail often and are very expensive to fix, that most of the service bays are filled with Hondas that are undergoing computer chip replacement. After declining the extended warranty many times, we were told, well, good luck then.We were also promised on the phone that Apple would assist us with a lease turn-in, but in person, Honda was no help at all and left us to fend for ourselves. Our subsequent lease turn-in experience with Apple Chevy has been a big hassle, they do rarely return phone calls and have apparently (at the time of this review) failed to properly turn the vehicle in to GM. We dropped the lease vehicle off weeks ago.

Never ever again. Took my car there for a simple repair. Ended up getting brakes, calipers and rotors. Wanted to do more. Took my car to my local garage along with the parts originally replaced. There was nothing wrong with them. All they wanted was my money. Not worried about my safety. Ive bought several cars from them. Never again. All they care about is money.

I was highly disappointed with my purchase! Noticed 2 minor issues upon getting the car home...I called sales person & was told too bad was sold AS IS! 4 days later the muffler system gets a hole right up against the catalytic converter.... theres another $1800 NEVER BUY HERE

Never again will I go to the York Honda service department again!! They have changed so much. I take my vehicle there for brake noise and they dont hear anything but want me to pay over a $1000 for other things and as soon as I drive it off the lot, I still hear the noise, I then make another appointment because I still hear the noise. So now they tell me its the rotors.. what terrible service.. WATCH OUT!!!

We had a good experience with Kalie Parks at Apple Honda. We were able to get our 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback in a smooth manner.

They were friendly and smiling but incredibly sexist and pushy. I do not recommend if you are a woman shopping for or trading in a car.

I went in looking for a Honda Civic hatchback, and after listening to what I was really looking for, Christopher suggested I check out the Civic Si. He was extremely informative and gave a dedicated experience (we walked in at 3 when he was supposed to be getting off, and we didnt leave until about 6 or 7) that made me confident in my choices.Christopher and Mandy both helped me save money everywhere I could while not pressuring me into making any purchase decisions- it was all my call. And I got to leave with a kick xxx car! Really great experience all around.
