VERY GOOD! VERY HONEST! VERY ACCOMMODATING! Ive been to a few garages in my time, some have been pretty good. Some have been not so good! Quality is BY FAR one of the best, if not THE BEST!They know what theyre doing. Its not like a few places that Ive been to, where the mechanics are learning as they go; and basically, youre paying for it! NOT HERE! These guys seem to have their act together! The service manager, Dan, is a pretty good guy! Just upon meeting and talking with him, youll find that hes very nice, easy to talk to. Hes the kind of guy that you would want to go fishing with, or introduce to your family at a picnic. Hes very good natured! Seems that the others that I have met and interacted with, are also pretty decent and level headed individuals. Another word about Dan: he looks into things for you, tells you about the progress of your repairs, works with you about what your vehicle needs, etc. He does his job VERY well!They have a nice, clean waiting area, and from the looks of it, the shop is really clean, too! They can also provide a loaner car, if they need your vehicle for a long period of time for repairs.Their prices are not dirt cheap, but for the HIGH CALIBER of service and repair work that they do, it is certainly worth it. Quality is not some fly by night outfit, that are looking to make a quick buck! They offer Quality, honesty, integrity, and have you feeling glad that you stopped by!

Employees were professional, pleasant, and honest. State inspection was done and the inspector checked my vehicle thoroughly. I was alerted to the car parts that needed to be repaired/replaced now, (which was done), and which parts would probably need repair or replacement in the future. I was pleased to know that information because it helps me plan how to use and where to drive my car.

I really can’t put into words how much this business is a breath of fresh air compared to what I’ve experienced with other car repair centers. They are cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. They really care about your car! Not to mention how quickly they are able to complete repairs. I had a long list and it was done the same day! This is absolutely the best car repair business in the area, if not in general. 5 stars all day long.

Ive been taking my car here for the past 12 years and they do honest, excellent work! Very friendly and courteous. They give a printout of any problems they encounter with your car, which is helpful.

Had an emergency coolant hose rupture and they were able to get me in and have the repairs done very quickly. Loaner car was a great deal as I did not have to miss work. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Great service. I highly recommend using their services.

I bought a Volvo s40 from Carlisle Cadillac that was delivered with a blown head gasket, (side note, Carlisle Cadillac are dishonest dealers) and needed it fixed I started searching for a well rated place and came across Quality service center. I had my car towed there and they got to work, Dan was the best he kept me up to speed on the progress and I got my car back today with it running like new. The best part is I was happily surprised that their work has a 2 year 24000 mile warranty. I never saw them in person unfortunately because of my work schedule but those guys are awesome and I will absolutely use them again if needed.

Quality Service Center really took care of me. Thorough diagnostics of the problem with photos to help me understand. Clean waiting room with a friendly staff. All 3 people working came to say hello, and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. 2 days after I receive a text to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory. These guys go above and beyond and I will definitely use them again!!

Fabulous! First time going here and it wont be our last time. Very friendly, honest, and prompt service. We had a transmission oil cooler installed in our minivan. Very reasonable, and were charged less than they quoted us because it was not as complex as they anticipated. Super clean facility. They have definitely earned our business again.

Ever since getting ripped off by Meinike in West York for charging me for services they where not even doing. My wife and I found a straight up caring and straight forward team with Quality Service Center. I have been with them for two years, I have no intentions of going anywhere else.

I was very hesitant to find a new mechanic, but SO glad I did! I have had nothing but superb service. They also send you a report of your visit with pictures before doing any additional services. Very easy to communicate with as well.

To say I am satisfied is an understatement, and if I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do so. On our way from Maine to home in Texas, I detected a smell as i arrived in York. Fortunately, I had stopped at a friends house in York, and the next morning, I saw found the website for Quality Service Center. I went over to the shop early and arrived just before Keith and Phil were opening the place. Keith gave me a warm greeting and invited me into the shop. The facility was clean throughout. Keith immediately began his assessment and soon informed me that I had a blown head gasket. Phil immediately set in motion the process of finding the part for my vehicle. During this time, the mechanic assigned to my truck did a courtesy inspection and brought in one of my spark plugs. I had not changed them (bad oversight on my part) in 177,000 miles! So Phil added the plugs to my order. The parts soon arrived and the work was completed in an expeditious manner. As we waited, Jenni and I read and drank coffee and bantered with Phil. We were on our way by 10am and the truck purred all the way to Texas. Having worked on cars, I know that Quality Serve Center does quality work at a fair price. We thank all of the folks at Quality Service Center for their congeniality, kindness, excellent work, and quality service.

Went in for a pa inspection and had a rear wiper replaced. 1100 dollars and some change for wiper no problem. 10.00 and some change to snap it on the car. Little high don’t you think. So the bill was 100.01 66.00 dollars for labor. Check out the car for future problems which I did not ask for and I guess they charge for labor.

I am from Florida. My Suburban started to have a misfire on cylinder 1. I called; got an appointment the next morning. They were ready for me and was on my way 2 1/2 hours later. The staff is pleasant and they work efficiently. My Suburban is running well. This is now a starred location just in case I need service when in the York area.

We take both our vehicles to Quality Service Center and they could not be more professional and honest. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. They have personally driven our vehicles (with permission) to the dealership where we purchased our vehicles to have an issue that would be under warranty taken care of so that we would not have an out of pocket cost. He went thru line by line what repairs were needed for the vehicle. After dropping off vehicle I was called within a few hours with cost and time required for the repair. I was also emailed detailed descriptions and pictures. After picking up vehicle to take home and was like driving the car when it was new!
