Repaired a chip in my windshield. Easy transaction, job was well done.

My insurance partners with Safelite so when I had a claim for a dent in my windshield I was referred to the Safelite on Memory Ln to repair it. The guys there were very professional, helpful, and it took maybe 30 minutes which was great. I went with my son who is 9 months and they were very considerate. I would recommend this location.

We came here to get one of the car windshields replaced. They did it within an hour and it looks good. No true issues.

Booked an appointment for 8am on a Saturday, I arrived at 7:55 walked in and they went straight to work . Replaced my windshield and I was out by 930 . Beat every price in the area and the job came out excellent will definitely go back if I need any glass work done again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Ive been given the run around for over a month trying to get my windshield replaced. God forbid you try to get someone to give you a straight answer at what the actual issue is. I was told I was at first I was a no show to an appointment that was never made. I then rescheduled the appointment for today between 8-12 and received a phone call at 10:30 from a women named Deb saying theyre not sure what theyre supposed to be doing for me. Once again nobody can tell me why this keeps happening or how to help me. Absoute nightmare, stay far away and spend your money elsewhere.

Really had a good experience. After I got my quote I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Went to my appointment and was told it would take about 45 minutes, they had complementary coffee and sodas while I waited and it only took about a half hour. The technician told me everything he did and if I had any problems to call them and if the window would crack more and needed replaced the cost of the repair would go towards the cost of a new windshield. When I paid for the repair the woman behind the desk told me the same thing the technician told me. I would definitely refer anyone to Safelite Autoglass in Lancaster in the Wheatland Shopping Center

Insurance took care of entire repair. They just sealed tiny crack so it wouldnt get worse. Still slightly visible but I was told that is to be expected. They had me out in no time at all.

The worst water damage ever, a poorly installed windshield cost me money and time. Management level failed to do anything. Fired everyone in the store and close it. Especially the store manager!!!!!

I had my front windshield replaced. It has a camera on it. They were supposed to recalibrate it, but it never worked correctly and finally stopped working all together. This affected several functions of my car such as cruise control. I called several times, but could not reach anyone since they arent answering phones due to COVID19. I could not make an appointment on line for this particular issue. Had to pay the dealer several hundred dollars to fix the issue. I work out of town and that made dropping by a huge issue. The window repair is fine. Just something to consider for those with a front camera.The employees were polite and professional.

The guy that helped me was kind and honest. I arrived about 10 minutes early and took my car, which was nice. When I got back to the shop when it got done, I noticed they managed to clear a code that was throwing a check engine light, which was cool of him to do. If I have to get my windshield replaced in the future, I’ll be coming back here.

Convenient, fast and excellent communication

No one wants to get a window replaced but the man I spoke to was fast and polite. The first appointment I could get was 6 days out but it was near the holidays and I dont blame the store for that. The window looks good and the service was speedy.I think the man I spoke with and who worked on my window was named Josh but whatever his name was, thank you.

Their customer service lady was super nice and friendly, made everything convenient for me! Oh my.... where do I even start? They put a defective back windshield in my brand new SUV, windshield wiper was put on backwards. (so it wiped downwards on the back of SUV). Broke off several of the plastic pieces to my trunk (then left it). The adhesive glue used to put the windshield on was sloppy done and smeared over the paint. They scraped paint off of the back from the glass of the old broken windshield and never cleaned any of it up (left some in my SUV and all over the driveway).I do not recommend them at all. The only good thing about them is they did pay for it to be repaired at an auto body shop.

I had my windshield replaced 2 weeks ago by safelite through my insurance. Fast forward to today and my car has A LOT of water coming into the interior and you can now hear wind coming through it. They are coming out again tomorrow to replace it for a second time and gave me no information as to what to do about the water damage from their shotty installation job. After this replacement never again.

They were nice on the phone and fast for quoting me on a price for a windshield, and they offer to drive to your house to replace. However it seems to be alittle pricey.

We recently purchased a piece of furniture that had a sliding glass piece. It is antique and the glass no longer fits well, so we have been searching for a solution. Absolutely horrid customer service from Safelite! It was not the store on Memory Lane directly, but, the folks you talk to when you call. I called to verify the amount I would be paying, and got the run around. They could not verify my insurance be cause they sent an email!?! Ridiculous.

I had an appointment to have a windshield chip repair at the Safelite on Memory Lane in York, PA. Glass Technician checked the chip and made the repair. It was a minor chip and I was told there would be no charge because of type and size of chip. No up-sale of a windshield, no nonsense. Everything handled professionally. Thanks Safelite Auto Glass.

Came in early in the morning for 8am appointment was told it will take 1 1/2 hour to replace windshield. After an hour my old windshield wasnt even off., mechanics were walking around drinking coffee, and front desk girl was too busy booking flight tickets over the phone. In reality it takes no more than 30-40 minutes to replace a windshield... took them 2 1/2 hours... lousy lazy shop., dont suggest coming here unless you want to wait all day. My suggestion look for another shop., ps their reviews are fake!

Amazing experience here at safelite. I had no appointment, none of the paperwork, and was only an hour before close and they still went out of their way to make sure I was able to have my windshield repaired. Sharrita Thomas worked on my windshield, and I would be lying if I did not say I was utterly impressed. I cant even see where the crack used to be.Exceptional service, exceptional attitude, and an all around great customer experience. I highly recommend using this establishment.

Rear passenger side window was broken and had to have it replaced. My appt was at 1pm but I arrived about 45 mins early, Bret and his team took me early and had the window replaced within an hour. I had a really positive experience and would highly recommend this location for automotive window repairs!

I had my back window replaced (it was shattered from a baseball) My boyfriend cleaned most of the glass up before I took it to Safelite. They were 15 minutes late opening their doors so I was almost late to work. When I dropped it off I asked about them cleaning the glass up. They assured me that they could get 99% of it, which is great considering Im 8.5 months pregnant and shouldnt be vacuuming in all the crevices that the glass flew to. However when I picked it up I was very disappointed to see that they did not get most of the glass particles that were there when I dropped it off!!!! It was like they didnt even attempt to vacuum. I had all personal belongings off the car to make the job easy for them, yet this morning when I went to vacuum, I found pieces in plain site that were large enough to pick up with my fingers!! Very disappointed.

I think the person who answered my call was trying to see if he could Rip me off. Two years ago I got a windshield there and the out the door price was 235$. Today I called to get pricing on the same car for a windshield. The price he said would be 350 give or take a few bucks out the door. I give that experience a rating of three thumps down 👎👎👎

It started off as a very bad experience, but after speaking with Todd, he went WELL above and beyond and has wowed me. Not only was my issue resolved, they took extra measures to compensate for the bad experience that I was totally not expecting. I will be using them continually in the future.

Took my step son car to get windshield replace...it was crack on the right top corner....tech punch windshield right in the middle and crack the rest of the windshield and after they did that they realized they couldnt change the windshield due to rust problems on the roof.....call them back because at this point you cant drive the car and need to be towed to a body shop to fix the rust problem and manager said they cant help me.....
