GREAT, Purchase a stove AR a reasonable price!

This place is terrible at best. Been waiting several days now for a new fridge, which is bought and paid for. They still havent delivered and keep giving the runaround. The woman that answers the phone is completely helpless and has no clue whats going on at the place shes working for. Apparently their delivery people dont show up for work, yet still work there. So now were out of nearly $450 worth of food because of this very shady business. Please dont do business with these people.

Very very poor customer service. They said that someone would be out to look at my dryer and no one ever showed up, i had someone waiting all afternoon. Then when i called back later she said that she would try to get someone to come out today and that she would call me and let me know. Well that never happened either., no phone call, no show, no nothing..... They couldve at least called me and let me know something....NEVER EVER AGAIN.

He and his wife are so amazing. First time there and his washer machine or affordable.. Thanks so much for the help

I called to schedule, and appointment for my gas dryer I was told that someone would be out the next day anywhere from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I waited all these hours and no one showed up. I am very upset that they could not even call me to let me know that no one would be coming. I could have looked for someone else sooner had I known that no one would show up. I would not recommend anyone to get service from them because this is poor customer service. I feel that they had lack of respect for me not calling to say they would not show up.

Its a nice place and they moved to 59 E. Philadelphia St. same name and number though.

These people are terrible at customer service!I was told that they accept Visa but would not let me purchase anything using Visa as I did not live local. I live in the SAME county! So, I took off work early to purchase a washer and dryer in cash. I spoke with them several times and they knew I was coming. I was told I had until they close at 5:00pm.I arrived at 4:27 pm and they were closed! A total WASTE of my time and very disrespectful on their part.I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Bought a dryer from them. It never worked.Called 4 separate times and was told someone would come fix it. That person never arrived.

5 negatives out of 15. 33% odds of not getting good service, especially if all it needed was a call back. This company not for me.

Place sucks took my old fridge replaced it with one that dont work right been calling since Friday 300 dollars worth of food destroyed and it still not fixed after saying they would be here in a few hrs....
