I’m always looking for the “beyond” but I can never find it.

I had the worst experience online shopping here. The items are coming from Mechanicsburg store. I ordered two back pillows one was used and smells like cigarettes. I chatted with a young lady a little helpful but for the inconvenience didnt offer me nothing. Not even a coupon for a discount for my next shopping experience and then the pillows cost more online than they did in the store.

Had excellent attention/assistance, and got very good sale prices on three items.

Shelves stocked horribly. Customers putting stuff where ever they want. Pricing is high especially the times we all are having. Take your money to AtHome its way better more bang for your buck!

I recently visited this store to take a look at the coffee machines they were selling; I was not planning on purchasing anything. As I searched for the stores exit (I initially confused the entrance and exit, thinking they were the same set of doors), a female cashier at the register gave me a very unwelcoming and suspecting look as I explained that I was simply looking for the exit. As an innocent customer who was not up to anything suspicious, this experience made me feel very uncomfortable. In general, store employees should aim to make customers feel welcomed, not like criminals. Would not recommend this store to anyone looking to shop in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Great MADISON AND CHRIS WERE SUCH A GREAT HELP AND THEY BOTH WERE VERY PLEASENT AND HELPFULL SINCE IM A PEOPLE PERSON AND LOVE TO TALK TO PEOPLE THEY WERE GREAT AND NOT TO MENTION ALSO I LOVE BED BATH AND WAY BEYOND LOL EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE ? THANK YOU 👍👍

They had what I needed. I was in and out quickly.

Staff are rude, ignore you and it is a mess. As a former front end manager, I find it embarrassing. Not what BB&B used to be.

This store is always clean and neat the staff is friendly Ive shopped your many of times and I highly recommend it also be sure to remember to bring your coupon but if you dont have one they will sometimes give you one if you ask Ive had nothing but great experiences here and of course who doesnt love Bed Bath & Beyond

I live shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. They have so many options and lots of great deals. If you sign up for their coupons my mail and email you can use multiple per purchase. Fantastic deals this way. They are easy about returns and are always friendly and nice.

Very helpful staff. Answered all my questions and looked up things to see if they carried the item. This was the first time they didnt have what I was looking for. Always enjoy shopping there!

Clean store, well stocked.

We came here looking for an oil diffuser and essential oils to use with it. We asked an associate where they were. He gave us clear directions to the correct items. We found everything we needed in that one spot. Checking out could have taken longer, but the cashier called for backup when she saw the line growing. Another register was opened almost immediately. Great store with great service.

Very helpful staff. Almost too helpful! Better be asked than to be ignored. They have great online coupons, manager even honored one for me once when I couldnt find it. They definitely live up to the Beyond when it comes to customer service!

Located in York Town Center. Easy access to parking area. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair access to all stores in area. Large selection of household items. Lots of bedding and bathroom items. Weekly sale and discounted items . Store fliers available. Very helpful staff. If items unavailable in store they will search other stores in chain and have the item mailed to you. Clean, well lighled, and well stocked store.

Great store! They accept all of there coupons in store even when they have expired so keep them when you get them and use them any time. They will accept them anytime you go!We got the soda stream and love it! There is an exchange for CO2 at half price. So if you return the empty canister they will exchange it and you him get the new one half off! The soda is better than can or liter and we are helping the environment with less recycling.

All the employees at this store are the perfect amount of helpful.... And so friendly too! Even at the height of Christmas shopping season (12/14), I was so pleased with the customer service! Also given the time of year, I was impressed with how tidy the shelves and aisles were.

Prices are a bit high, but the staff was more than welcoming. Darrell helped me sign up for the college student discount package on the spot, and smiled through the entire process. While Im not sure how frequently I will be able to afford to shop here, I know I can expect a pleasant experience whenever I do.

Very nice selection, and I can usually what Im looking for while there. Im not sure how their prices compare to other places though. I dont usually want to take the time to stop at a bunch of stores to compete process so I can save a few dollars. My time is limited so if i find what I want at a reasonable price Ill but it. If it something more expensive than what I think is reasonable Ill check get the exact same product elsewhere.

I always enjoy shopping there. So many things for a home, you cant go wrong. Love getting to use a coupon at check out, always makes it feel like a win win!

Pretty much the only option for cooking hardware in York. Selection is pretty good but dont come without a discount coupon from their flyers if youre expecting a decent price. The store feels very cramped. Obviously they also sell bedding and things for the bath, but there are plenty of other options.

Ill tell you what! BB&B coupon program is the BEST! Wonderful savings on so many great products. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service. If you dont see the item you are looking for, ask someone. We drove to the York, PA store for an item that we saw online but it wasnt on the shelf. Asked am associate who told us that they should have 3 in stock. After a couple minutes he brought 2 out to us. (different colors) Made our purchase quickly and we were done. As always, a positive shopping experience.

Got to sit in the massage chair for an hour, this place has good deals if you have coupons.

Ive been here before and this is where I bought the best comforter Ive ever owned. I still miss that thing.Recently I went looking for some kitchen goods. I was disappointed in the selection of cooking utensils....not much variety at all. I ended up with a rather nice spoon but not some of the things I was looking for.More importantly, I kept running into strongly perfumed areas, as if they were pumping scent into the air. Im super sensitive to scent, being exposed to really strong perfume smells gives me headaches and burns my eyes and that happened the whole time I was there, I couldnt wait to leave.It wasnt as bad as Hollister, to give a smell assault comparison.

They have the pillows that we like and my wife finds something that she cannot live without.

Always enjoy shopping here. Lots of specialty items you cant find elsewhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Congrats !

I usually find what I need when I shop here. That said, I only go when I need something specific. The store is well lit, clean and the employees are always very friendly and welcoming. The floor to ceiling displays can be overwhelming so if you have sensory processing issues, this is not the store for you. There is also a lot of stuff crammed into every nook and cranny so maneuvering can be difficult at times. Especially if you have a cart. Feeling squished all the time when shopping isnt the most comfortable experience but I deal. If you enjoy home goods this is the store for you.

Everything here is wonderful with specials all the time which changes from visit to visit. The White Barn candles are awesome in a variety of fregrances, they last a long time. I keep a selection on hand at home, I purchase many candles to give as gifts. When the candles are on sale its a bargain to take advantage of.

They are definitely understaffed but the staff that is there are polite, knowledgeable and really very helpful.

BB&B has many great products online, however I feel the the store selection is limited.But they will order things and ship them to you!

Had to ask a couple of questions and felt like I was putting people out every time I had to ask a question. Lucky I do not have any bed bath & beyond near me. Because I would surely go there first.

Its a small store but you always find stuff

Had to return a Cuisinart cookware set because it doesnt work on our new induction stove even though the box said that it was induction ready. They exchanged it for a different set from Calphalon. The store staff and the cashier were very helpful and friendly. The transaction was handled quickly and easily.

Love the store, very dissapointed to be followed around by a young employee everywhere I went with the assumption Im going to shoplift. Couldnt focus or enjoy looking for the the things I intended to buy.

Good prices and items. Sadly under staffed. Couldnt find help on the floor and then the one cashier working had to call for help 3 times before anyone showed up. People were walking out because of the line. Really disappointed. If you are that short handed get self checkouts

Went out to this store for Black Friday shopping. They were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great experience!

Great store. Love to just go in and walk around. The staff is always so friendly as well. You can even take coupons in a week after and get then applied to an old receipt!

Most of their merchandise is terribly over priced. Ive seen many of the same items in other stores at far lower prices.

This store is so fun to shop in, often times I feel a little claustrophobic, but other than that, employees are usually eager to offer help and the selection is usually really great. Sometimes it can be a little pricey, even with the 20% off, but Im grateful they offer it!

Very deceitful, tried ordering something online and was using the 20% off coupon but in the process I became a beyond+ member $30.00 later. I have never ordered online and barely shop in the store. I tried to cancel the membership immediately with no return call/email from the company. So I am a member to something that I will never benefit from the perks because I dont shop through this company. All I had wanted was a blanket. So I am completely done with BB&B, what little business I was is done. So very dissapointed. So if anyone needs free shipping and 20% off every order. Im your gal.

Manager is *extremely* disrespectful towards customers. I pointed out that something was mismarked on the shelf and he raised his voice to me. %100 percent unprofessional and will not be returning. There is no reason for a manager to talk to customers that way!!!

Besides being disorganized, the selection in these stores is amazing. Prices are okay for most of the items, however, there are a lot of really expensive items in these stores.
