The customer service I received was by far the worst experience Ive had in dealing with employees. You could not pay me to go back to this store as long as that woman is still working there. She was incredibly rude and condescending when I told her I didnt have a phone (broken) to log in to their appointment system. She continued to try and help out others who got there way after me and actively tried to get me out of the store. Disgusting display of service and you guys should really look into who you hire. Not saying they are all bad but that lady will kill your business. Dont press your luck and go somewhere else if you like being treated like a human

Huge shout out to Dina at the East Lake Village Center Verizon in Yorba Linda, CA. She was awesome!! She made our Christmas this year with her polite, calm and endless customer service. She is SO knowledgeable and lovely! You have a real gem in her. Thanks again!

Steve, is awesome and very helpful. Switching phones is full of passwords,texts and emails to get everything set up. A lot of work and patience is required to get the new account set up properly. Steve is highly recommended!

Took my mom into the store today and only 1 employee was working . Business hours posted were from 11am to 7 pm. We waited over 35 minutes and the 1 employee didn’t even address us to say hello, or give us an estimated time he could help us . Both my mom and I were astonished to hear the employee talking about his 4th of July activities while working with the clients in the store . We decided to leave after not being addressed, welcomed or communicated with in any way. The straw that broke our back was having to listen to the employee basically relay the personal stories while ignoring us . We wanted to buy a phone, add another line but now we will give that opportunity to another Verizon dealer who can appreciate, address, and be communicative. I understand being busy, but ignoring clients with not so much as a “ hello “ or “ I’m super busy, right now and I’m here by myself, would you like to wait or come back in 30-60 minutes “ would have been appreciated.

Today I walked in after someone decided they needed to steal my IPhone yesterday. How do I know it was stolen vs. lost? They turned off the locator service and shut down the phone. Someone with good neighborly intent is not going to turn off the locator service, and would have called my wife saying they found the phone. My phone is easy to identify as the screen saver features our wedding photo. No mistaking my phone for another.All that to say that Andres was on the job when I walked in and performed many mini-type tech miracles, as he did not have the old phone, account information etc. as Verizon Corporate was closed for Sunday.By the end of the experience Andres and Nate made sure I walked out with the new phone in hand, and once again evidenced the true value offered by this particular team.If you are looking for a new phone I am impressed and continue to recommend them whether you are looking for a phone or other products that they carry.Thank you for making my day much better than how it began.

Billing was confusing at first, but was clarified by the manager and some of the staff. I chose this branch for convenience and everything went just fine. I feel comfortable to just walk in with a question which will be addressed and if I need more help, I can always call Verizon and theyre always very helpful as well.

Would recommend avoiding unless youre prepared to weasel out of every hidden fee they disguise behind complimentary phone cases and chargers. Turns out they have been adding an extra $100 fee to each device purchased which was the free or included with your purchase charger, screen protector, and phone case. I only discovered this after I didnt like any of their accessories and noticed that my phone was suddenly $100 cheaper than the original price. They wont tell you about that fee unless you press them on it, but this type of manipulation and deception is highly unprofessional and sleazy.They also seemed to have limited stock of phone colors and/or capacities. So dont expect this store to carry the phone you want if its not the latest iPhone.Staff also do not seem very competent about phone hardware, so do your research ahead of time.Lastly, I routinely get cold calls from this store on a monthly basis reminding me that one of the phones on my plan has an upgrade. Sorry, but Ill be taking my business to the official Verizon store where they dont try to scam me out of $100 for accessories you can buy on amazon for $20.Would not recommend shopping here.

This store has the worst service we have ever experienced, Roger William Banke (store manager) continues to be of no help. We spent over 5 hours and $1200 in upgrading our phones with a promise that our bill would show credits fro the following 2 months that were never applied. After 6 weeks of continued follow up by my wife and I we still have no resolution. William continues to send us (in writing) promises that our bill is being adjusted and then deflects all responsibility - stating I dont know why they (Verizon) cant get this right. He avoids our calls until I have to go into the store to confront him. I even ran into him one day in the grocery store. When I asked why I had still not heard from him (was 3 days late on a promised phone call) he stated that it was fixed. I have our account on my phone and pulled it up to show him it was not fixed - then he changed his story and stated wow - I dont even know who to go to now. It is very apparent by the rating online that this store is mismanaged. I have asked for the senior managers name from employees like William and new employee Jason - only to be told - I dont have his number. This shows the lack of integrity and management at this location. My only recourse at this time is small claims court and to cancel my 10 year relationship with Verizon. Very disappointed.

Stay away. Why would you go there? Worst prices. By far the worst customer service experience. And they are not even Verizon Wireless according to their manager. Per Verizon employee direction, I bought an overpriced ($20 USB cable) at the Verizon Store at the Spectrum yesterday. I brought it home and it did not fit the external device I needed. So I went to the Verizon Wireless store three blocks from my house to exchange the cable. They did not have the necessary cable. They directed me to Best Buy. I said Ok, can I return the cable I bought yesterday complete with the receipt?The manager came out and told me No. Even though the front of his store is emblazoned with the exact same sign as the Verizon store at the Spectrum...that was a corporate store, His was an independent store. So I guess I am supposed to inquire at McDonalds or any other retail establishment as to whether this is a Corporate Store or not first?So why bother with these guys? Best Buy has better pricing, better availability of product and certainly much better customer service and they are not confusing to the customer.

They are dishonest people. My iphone went dead and I brought it to the store where I purchased the phone. They told me it can not be fixed and suggested me to upgrade to a new iphone. However when my daughter went home later that day she just pushed few bottom and the phone worked again. I then returned the phone within 72 hours and been charged $90 . Not only that when I received my bill today, it increased $50 more than usually. Totally I paid $140 for nothing. I am so regret that I walked into that store that day.
