I went into the store and my phone was broken, so as I walked in I was greeted by Nick, and he was so nice and helpful. The process was so fast and easy. I then left and forgot my phone passcode, but as I came in again Nick was there and asked what had happened. I told him my phone is locked and I cant get into it. Nick knew exactly what to do and was able to set me on the right path. He even brought his own laptop from home just so I could use my phone again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who comes in. He will make technology easy for you. Everyone at the Yorba Linda store is great help. Dont hesitate to ask them a question or come in for anything, they will have an answer for you needs!

I have been to another store and it was a different experience. This store is small and quiet and not aggressive as to what I needed or wanted. I am so glad I came here instead of the other store. Yay.

I went down to this store to add a couple lines and upgrade a couple phones. As soon as I walked in Johnny approached me and he not only got me two new phones but saved me money on my bill; two added lines and smaller payment. Johnny is friendly, very knowledgeable and made the whole transaction smooth and easy. If you need any help, I highly recommend calling Johnny, he is great!

This past Sunday I went in to this AT&T location and was greeted by two employees Dina and Nick. They were very nice and welcoming. I went in there stressed out over ongoing phone issues and came out relieved and amazed with their incredible customer service. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about everything and whatever they couldn’t figure out they would ask their manager Johnny. I was so happy to find out there are still places that have great employees and good customer service. I will definitely be coming to this location in the near future to resolve any future issues.

Great experience! I was helped by Johnny and Nick. I was switching from Verizon and the deals offered by Johnny convinced me to switch. Nick was apparently a new hire but I couldnt tell. Very knowledge guys and I got zero BS. Straight forward pricing and upfront costs. Very different experience from Verizon and TMobile (both have stores nearby within a mile). Highly recommend 👍🏼

By far this location exceeds customer service than any other AT&T store location! Nick Ibanez is top-notch and provides exceptional customer service. He quickly got me up and running on an iPhone 11 Pro Max and installed glass protector. It is nice to go to a location where they really know their products! Highly recommend this location!

Went into the store today and Johnny really helped me out by getting my Apple Watch together and getting me a great deal on a phone despite the fact that he was really busy with multiple customers. I been to this store many times and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable.

I went to this location hoping to get some phone issues resolved. Johnny and Joshua were more than helpful. They were very professional and kind. I have never been showed this type of customer service anywhere else. I will gladly be coming back to this store for its exceptional workers and customer service. The store manager, Johnny, was very helpful with a replacement phone order I had. He was patient and willing to help me for several months while we tried to contact the right people to have my phone order replaced. Though I was not please with how long the process took, I am very thankful that Johnny was willing to help me multiple times a week for months on end until the issue was finally resolved. Without Johnnys help, I would still have a broken and non-functioning phone to this day.-Silvia

Just went into this store to buy a new phone and i was lucky enough to meet a Nicolas Ibanez. I was first informed that i couldnt trade my phone in for a credit because his password didnt work. I then asked the other employee who was working and was told that this wasnt his normal store location and he wasnt able to help me either. I was a little frustrated but decided to move forward and buy the new phone. When i picked the phone i wanted, i was told that i couldnt purchase the phone in full upfront, but instead had to wait for my bill to renew and could only pay it off on that specific day. I asked Nicolas what day that would be and he told he i can go home and look it up (im assuming his password didnt work here either). Lastly, i asked him if he could help me move all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone and was told just do it at home as its easier. This seemed weird since i was the only customer in the store. Thanks for the great experience Nicolas.

The folks at this AT&T store are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When i went in today to replace my 3 month old lost/stolen phone, they looked up my account and told me i had insurance and gave me information on how to file a claim. When i went back in an hour later to purchase a SIM card to activate an older iphone to use while i wait for the replacement to arrive via insurance, they gave me a free SIM card and had me in and out in 5 minutes. Outstanding service!

Johnny has been unbelievably patient and helpful. AT&T messed up on my first bill and billed me 4 times what the bill should be. Johnny has helped me call customer service and follow up with them several times. to help fix the issue. Sometimes staying past closing. The issue still is not 100% resolved, but he assured me that he will continue helping me until it is.

We were told today, this store because its a Prime communications store can not migrate a number from a normal consumer or business account to a prepaid account. Johnny was beyond rude, was screaming at me in front of other customers. When asked for his ATTUID, He said, are you crazy that has all my credentials. Every single person we spoke to online and in the store before for the past 6 years has been able to give us their attuid and their first and last name. When I asked for his district managers email address, he was like go ahead and email him and complain about me. He will be waiting on it. The district managers email address he wrote on the card is [email protected]. He didnt even care to open our account so we would get a survey. A migration does not pay you these people commision. So Johnny (NO LAST NAME) sends us to a corporate store, because he insisted that YorbaLindas retailer store specifically can not transfer a number from consumer to prepaid. His answer to not just us but other customers who needed customer service help was we dont do this at this store you have to go to the CORP store. After reading all the reviews,If you are switching over from a different provider or add new lines or getting upgrades, or DTV or ATT internet, uverse then and then only can this store help. Because then and then only can this store and their associates make money. PRIMECOMMS customer service is worthless. Akhbar will get an email.

Every time I come to this location the place doesnt look like its open, the staff is unhelpful, nothing is ever in stock and they dont know anything about the insurance policy. They need to get rid of this location. Wish i could rage lower than a star.

I cant for the life of me figure out how this place gets the rating it does? I have been in this place several times realizing the service or lack there of may be due in part to the particular employee. Well we are now on employee # 3 and this store remains useless.Outside of selling you a phone they cant do much as far as tech, use or programming. According to them any changes in our phones our mo cost was going up $37 a mo.HUH. Even if we outright purchased the phone. But if you deal with me (the associate) I can get you a deal, just me though nobody else can get you this deal!!! A week later ended up at a Corporate store, no problem but they were busy and could not transfer the data for the old phone. Stopped in again at the neighborhood store waited my turn to be told we dont do that here. stopped in again today to see if I can activate a new used phone on my account. They said they dont do that? What do they do? I guess JUST sell phones. Just know if you go here they will only be able to sell you something then send you down the street for any assistance. Why go here?

So I’m a very indecisive person and I went into the store just finding out what’s the best phone Plan for me. I know I always ask to many questions and can get annoying, but Nick ibanez was very patient with me and went above and beyond to show me different features on phones and the benefits of each plan. I didn’t end up leaving with anything because I’m researching on other phone companies. But I think I will be back solely because of how well I was treated and helped

Dont go to this store they didnt wanted to help me out with an item worst place, and the guy didnt want to help me out he said theres nothing he could of do.

Staff here at yorba Linda location goes out of their way to help you multiple times with any issue you are having. Other stores do not care but the staff here does. Great customer service. If you need help come see Nikki and Megan and they will get it done.

Best service Ive ever experienced at any cellular store- upgraded to an older phone to an 8+ today, both employees were incredibly helpful and were a joy to work with. They didnt have any screen protectors in stock, so the manager offered to drive to another location to pick up a screen protector for me so I can swing by again tomorrow and get it installed. If you need any help or upgrades with AT&T products, Id definitely recommend this store over any other.

Technician David at this AT&T Store really saved my bacon. This guy is a wizard with hardware and software to get my familys 4 phones to transfer over seamlessly from Verizon to AT&T. Both Android & I-Phones he was sharp. He is worth his weight in gold.

Recently moved to the area, so I needed to get cable and WiFi installed my new place. I seen that AT&T provides DirectTV. I originally went to the Brea store but the wait was over an hour.. So I thought I stop by this location and see what I can get worked out. Literally less than a 5 minute wait. I was helped by the store manager Jasmine. she was extremely helpful with everything Got my new place set up with TV n WiFi. I also ported my number over from Verizon after she compared my current bill with what I’d be paying with AT&T. Everything went super smooth. She was really attentive and patient ( I’m not too good with technology ) lol def recommend this store 👍🏼

Cameron was a great help and ultimately was able to get my phone / number transferred to a new phone and activated when after visiting another att store prior that was not able to assist. THANKS AGAIN!

The staff at this store is AMAZING!They helped me sign up for U-Verse which I have to say is the best TV service Ive ever had. I got myself a Galaxy SIII and my wife a nice Motorola phone all from them. the coolest part is the rep that worked there told me I qualify for a monthly discount from my work... I have been with AT&T for years and never knew that. Thank god for this store, I now get 21% off my monthly bill. WooHooo
