Thank you for the excellent customer service provided by John, and the on-site optometrist Dr Marks (sp?). There was a concern my new lenses did not have the correct strength prescription (Rx obtained elsewhere) and they went out of their way to accommodate. John offered to but my old lenses in for the time being, and Dr Marks did a very thorough exam to confirm my Rx was correct and provide an alternate strength recommendation if I did not tolerate the new stronger Rx after a trial period to get used to them. Will be back, and will recommend to others!

I arrived here about an hour before closing on a recent Saturday. I was not a previous customer, but my doctor’s office had highly recommended them when a side piece of my only back-up glasses broke off. Chris immediately and cheerfully undertook my project. The piece couldn’t be repaired, so he began to search for a suitable pair of frames without the shop. It took almost the entire hour, but I basically left with a new pair of glasses for an incredibly reasonable price. Needless to say, I will be using Raymond Opticians from now on. I cannot remember the last time I was so impressed with over-the-top customer service. Thank you for a job well done!

Just went there to have my eye exam form filled out for DMV and they were able to renew it for me This place is on point...something I tried doing for two days they took care of in 2 seconds. Wow!!!Helpful?

I live in the middle of CT and still choose to go to this store. All the workers are so great. I recommend everyone go there. You won’t be sorry!

When I first made the appointment, I remember receiving and missing a phone call and upon returning I advised I received a missed phone call. She proceeds with chuckling and then stating, We call when you either miss an appointment, your lenses are ready, etc. etc. Before I go on let me just say, THAT IS NOT THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I dont need to sit here and figure out for YOU why youre calling ME - and as the conversation went on her snarky attitude was evident = first impression. Secondly, when I actually went for my appointment I stood on line while two people were behind the counter working with other customers. No acknowledgement at all - no eye contact, no hello, no please sign here while you wait, NOTHING!! After awkwardly just standing there for a few minutes, the gentleman that was speaking to a customer then decided to advise me to sign in. After speaking to him I accepted that hes not a nasty person at all he seemed very personable and the optometrist was GREAT! Made the process so simple and even filled out my DMV form for me. I was in/out in no time. However, I strongly suggest that the front staff improve their customer service skills and etiquette to ensure their customers have a good experience.

Raymond Opticians is one of the best of Westchester, NY. With multiple locations in less than a 20 mile radius, I am able to receive the eye care I need. The employees, optometrists and owners care so much about the experience and service for the customer.I am more than happy to say that I (and my parents) have purchased over 5 pairs of glasses/rx sunglasses from Raymonds!If you are looking for brand name glasses, without the ridiculous cost, Raymond Opticians is the best place to go.I am thankful for their support and guidance, day in and day out.

Horrible service my first visit there the blonde girl at the front told me that they don’t take walk ins, so I say okay 👌🏼 So you can schedule my appointment. She then scheduled me for today. I go in today and she tells me that they called me to reschedule because there wasn’t an optometrist at the office. The manager or whoever at this point is apologizing so I say this is baaaad service and cancel my appointment since she never called. I will never go back there the girl was not at all apologetic or had no care that she never attempted to call me. They rescheduled my appointment without notifying me is what it seemed like. I say Avoid going there as you can see there’s many bad reviews trust me I’m pretty sure there’s been more cases like this. I’ll stick with my old place I guess this is what I get for trying to find convenience.

First time customer and had a 6:30 appointment, there was heavy traffic I arrived on the street 5 mins late by the time I made a u turn and parked it was 8 minutes. I walked in for my appointment and the front desk response was oh the Dr. Left? The manager Rodney calls me nack and just makes matters worst by trying to justify to me that 5 people didnt show up today (thats has nothing to do with me) and I should of called he quoted along with all these other reasons why the Dr just left and I received no phone call. From the Dr didnt get a break (but 5 appts didnt show), to the Dr has a family too?? Terrible way to deal / respond to any customer. Definitely not worth rescheduling solely on the way they handled the situation.
