The Dr. is so nice!! A truly genuine person.However, the guy who does the glasses and sells the contacts is so not pleasant. When I told him I did not want to purchase contacts through him, he got very nasty.

A 3pm appointment should start at 3pm NOT 4:15pm. On two separate occasions I waited over an hour to see the doctor. I would be more understanding if they were busy however there was only a handful of customers. On a positive note, the trial contacts they ordered me fit comfortably and I could see well.

Lovely work on my Serengeti glasses. Phil, the owner, is an amazing boss and owner.

Doctor was great. Service is terrible. Ordered contact lenses which came wrong and when I called nobody wants to take responsability for it. The suggestion was that I order again and, of course I pay for it, so now Im stuck with the wrong ones. Going somewhere else to order the right ones.
