My hubby and I just bought a new car a couple of weeks ago. We love the car and had a great experience with their staff. This weekend we drove the car out of town and ended up with one flat tire. The tire was beyond repair. We brought the car to Harvest to have a new tire installed. They were very kind and fixed everything at no cost to us. It shows us how much they value their customers. Great customer service!

My family and I went to Harvest to get a bigger car for our boys and they were amazing there. They were up front and honest with us the whole time. Truly the best car dealership I’ve been to and worked with by far. Highly recommend them. Angel is the dealer who helped us out and he was great. Very friendly, very realistic and very helpful. Bought a 2020 Type R out of state from these guys. Not only did they work with me through the long process but the price of their vehicle was super fair and they gave me a fair trade in value as well. They made buying the car Ive wanted for 4 years super easy and gave me advice on money to get back from the previous dealership I had my warranty through. Guys do not go to this dealer. I worked with SEAN one of the salesman and he was nice at first but then was so disrespectful when I questioned buying the vehicle I was looking at. When I asked for my keys he gave them and didn’t even give my title back till I asked for it too. He didn’t even say good bye or have any good customer service. Because of this I will be going back to Mercedes of Tricities and will be purchasing a vehicle that is 5k more just because of the customer service!! The Honda I was looking at was very nice and clean but with horrible customer service like that they will not be getting my money. Save yourself a trip and look at another dealership. DO NOT GO HERE.

I bought my Honda Ridgeline here and the service has always been good, but yesterday exceeded all other experiences. I went in because I had been unable to update my Garmin in the car and Jessica said we can do that for you, pick day you can leave the car for the five hours it takes. I said tomorrow and she said great. That was today and it is all done now.

AJ was kind efficient and went above and beyond like a person does if they love their job and I got to benefit. Everyone was so warm and genuine. Not the usual vibe. Also everyone here seems able to “think outside of the box”. They worked with my schedule and did have of the steps over the phone and half when I came in. No upselling! Personally, I would suggest bringing your car anywhere else before you resort to taking it here. They charged me $600 for a part/labor that did not need to be replaced and it “conveniently” did not fix the problem. They then tried to charge me an additional $400 for another part/labor that didn’t need to be replaced. Rather than continue to let them just take my money I took my car to Yakima Automotive. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car here. They are locally owned, honest, and look out for your best interest rather than simply a way to make money. They fixed the problem promptly and replaced the expansion valve (Honda wanted me to pay $400) and did not charge me. They noticed it did not need to be replaced but decided to anyways just to be safe. I think you should be able to trust the people working on your car and Honda did not come close to meeting my expectations. I do not plan on ever bring my car back.

My mother-in-laws 2009 Honda Accord EX would not start. She had it towed to Harvest Honda for diagnosis and repair. The starter was bad. Service representative (Jessica) gave her an estimate of over $1,000.00 to replace the starter. When I found out, I was concerned because I know how much remanufactured starters cost and about how long someone with experience can replace the starter (done it a few times myself). Due to this COVID stuff, we have not been able to see mom for over a year, she is on her own and her only source of income is very limited. I called to get an itemization of the bill. Jessica was super helpful, very understanding and detailed in her response, even offering to put in an aftermarket remanufactured starter in an effort to reduce the cost. I called the service manager, Jason, who provided even better customer service. I did not have to explain much and he said he would take care of it. No negotiating or squabbling over the details. When mom went to pick up her car, the cost of repair had been reduced. Rarely do we find this high level of customer service in the automotive repair business. The team at Harvest Honda Service went above and beyond our expectations - thank you!

I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I purchased a CR-V 2 years ago from Apple Valley Honda in Wenatchee. Unfortunately my husband was in an accident and totaled our car. We loved our car so we decided to purchase another. We found a used CR-V at Harvest Honda that we liked and decided to purchase though we were a little nervous about buying through any other dealership that Apple Valley.Dominic helped my husband through the buying process and everything seemed to go smoothly. While doing paperwork, they took the car into the shop and my husband was told they were doing and oil change and detailing it. However upon leaving, the car would not start. Dominic, the general manager, and someone from their service department came out to look at it. They said it was just the battery so they charged it enough that it would start and Dominic told my husband if there were any issues to bring it back in and they will take care of it. After purchasing a new battery, the car was still having a starting issue. My husband contacted Dominic and he told him to bring the car in. My husband had to miss a day of work to take it in because we live an hour away from the dealership. Upon checking diagnostics which they tried to charge us over $100 for, they told my husband the starter was bad. This is when we quickly found out the Dominic is not a man of his word. They wanted $750 to replace the starter. After talking to the GM, they offered him to discount it to $500. Again my husband my husband refused and the GM rudely walked away mid conversation. He then went to talk to Dominic about how upset he was and then left. Awhile later he gets a call from the service department offering to do the work for $135 and they had the work done within an hour which is the only reason Im giving 2 stars.Dominic is great through the buying process, but unfortunately he was very deceptive in the way he talked and definitely wasnt a man of his word. I think he tried to help, but GM seemed to block everything and he instead of owning up to things and offering a simple apology, he chose to lie to my husbands face. Management only cares about customers that are paying thousands of extra dollars in unnecessary package deals. Once the vehicle has been purchased, they no longer value you as a customer. I will only being doing business with Apple Valley Honda in Wenatchee from now on because they have amazing customer service and go above and beyond for their customers no matter what. Lesson learned. Id stay away from this dealership if you plan to buy used.I wasnt going to bother writing a review, but after the email Dominic sent my husband after we purchased our car, and the experience with them after, I felt it necessary. If you want to improve, maybe you should stick by your word instead of back pedaling out of it and trying to talk your way around it.

Went here for an oil change after increasing charges at Wal Mart and Jiffy lube. expected to pay a little more then the others with better service. To my surprise the price was actually cheaper and included a free tire rotation and a diagnostics test. Staff were amazing. Everything they did was explained in detail & the price was better than most shops.

Purchased my vehicle from Harvest Honda July 2019 and recently had a tire blow out of the freeway. I called Harvest Servicing spoke to a Margarito regarding the issue he was super nice/helpful and advised the tires are not under warranty but if I took it in so they can look at it (make sure there was no nail or puncture) he was sure their boss will help me out. Took my car in the same day and Jason (manager) was not only super friendly but told me he will replace my tire free of charge! Next day got a call the tire was in and it was replaced in about 10 minutes! Will definitely keep going to Harvest servicing for all future needs! Thank you harvest for your great and fast service and having great employees like Margarito and Jason!

My wife and I had issues just outside Yakima. After chatting with our Honda dealership they said to take the car to Harvest Honda. After a tow we arrived at Harvest. We were greeted by Michael and his team went to quickly to work diagnosing the issue. Everyone treated us with great respect. We received a loaner car and after the parts arrived they fixed the problem. The car works perfect now and what could have been a difficult weekend turned out just fine. Working full time and getting paid once a month is a balancing act. Honda harvest services put me in such a great mood today! Since they new my situation they worked with my warranty and was able to help me with $800 that I could not cover on my own. Thank God for my warranty that Honda made sure I got for my best I interest. I told them thank you for not only working with my budget but for putting faith back in dealerships when I thought all just want to cheat customers. Thank you for restoring faith in humanity. Awful awful awful sales experience!!! Buyer Beware. I talked all day today Aug 1, 2019 with a salesman who sent me videos of the 2016 Denali Yukon XL. I specifically asked about any scratches, dents or dings in the rig and it’s general overall condition......I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. I was planning on driving 2 hrs to buy this vehicle and I explicitly asked as to not waste my time. I also told the salesman that I would be traveling with my two children and didn’t want this to be a waste of time. I had cash in hand and was trading in my truck, it was pretty much a done deal in my mind. Upon arrival, it was clear as day the passenger side rear panel had recently been painted, multiple scratches on the drivers side door and bumper. The passenger rear panel showed pitting and orange peel and the paint job looked terrible. When we brought it to their attention and asked why we weren’t told about it, they told us they hadn’t even noticed it and knew nothing about it. We were also told “it is a used vehicle, and they purposely don’t make them perfect so they are affordable” exact words from the Sales Managers mouth. I understand a few flaws in a used vehicle, but these kind of “flaws” were ridiculous. And, for the sales team to act like they had no idea it had been recently painted is absurd.

They check all the fluids and my tires each time and let me know what needs to be done in the near future . The prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly and helpful. The facility was nicer when Bob Hall owned it. It looks like an ordinary garage now.

Had appointment for having license plate holder attached to the front of my Honda (didnt come from factory with it). I was originally told it would be an hour, but maybe 20 minutes later I was on the road again. I was surprised because they were busy too. But beyond that, they also attached both my new platesplate front and back for me, and fixed a low pressure light thats been hanging around at no extra cost! Michael Johansing definitely went above and beyond what he had to do, and made my day much easier becauseof it!

Went to get a full diagnostic since my check engine light went on and i had the airbag light on. Would not recommend going to them if this is the case. I was basically told the same thing that ohrilies scan tool said and they didnt even inspect the car properly. Car had a broken hose and they didnt realized it. They took around 15 minutes to do it. They charged 135 for a full diagnostic and when they were done i asked them what was wrong with my airbag light they said they would have to charge me another 135 to check that. Not happy with my experience with them. I thought they would at do a thorough analysis but i was wrong they only care about your money and doing it as fast as they can. I was charged 7 dollers for a miscellaneous charge wich was never explaned. They only care about money and getting as much as they can..

(Review on Honda detail shop) From the first call, to the handshake on the way out I had 11/10 service. A few gallons of coffee had spilled in my back seats of my Chevy Impala. I had figured the shop could get most of it out and being such a large amount of coffee spilt, I didn’t expect it to be perfect. But I tell you what, it was showroom new. They did such a great job! I have been to Bob Hall/Harvest Honda on many occasions for regular maintenance and other concerns for my CR-V and Odyssey. The service has always been excellent. On two different occasions when a part failed and was just outside the warranty window they have covered almost 90% of the cost to replace, they didnt just tell me out of luck, sorry like other places might. I appreciate the reports I receive at every visit that let me know how the car is functioning and what might need maintenance in the future so I can plan. Overall great experience.

I like taking my car back to this dealer for oil changes and maintenance. Today, May 19, 2020, took my car in for their detail special. I couldnt be happier with the result! We purchased our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder here, and I have to say its one of the best decision we could have made.We contacted the service department on 5/12 about interior deep cleaning (Glasscoat) we had purchased with our car. Michael Johansing had our car looked at and set up an appointment the very next day at 8am. We have three kids (4,6,10) so our seats and doors had stains like no other. We are very pleased with the results!!! Tony Vasquez and Michael Johansing left our car looking like new, plus they had it done and ready to go by 2pm the very same day!!! I called the service department to discuss the problem I was having with the front end of my 2010 Prius (not my daily drive). I described what I felt and heard when I would accelerate or brake at a higher speed.The Manager took my car in and determined it was a quick minor repair. I had my car back in approximately an hour. I had an emergency with a front wheel that was on the verge of falling off my car; I needed to go to nearest car servicing facility. Soon as I arrived, Tony got me right in and took a look at my car. It was something he was able to have fixed right away and had me on the road in no time! The customer service was awesome and I highly recommend coming here!

We were on our way home from spending Thanksgiving in Seattle when we noticed one of our tires was a little low. We stopped at two gas stations to add air, but neither had a way to check how much air we were adding. Since our car was a Honda, we decided to swing by the Honda dealership in Yakima to see if they might check it for us. They checked ALL of our tires, and filled them up so they were all equal with the appropriate amount of air. They were very welcoming and so nice to deal with - as we left, THEY thanked US for stopping by, and wished us a safe trip home. Fantastic customer service - thank you!

The staff was friendly, pleasant,and engaged. I had fast, effortless customer service. The recalls were performed on my car and additional recalls were found and repaired as well. I was guven a free rental car for 24 hrs and the whole expeeience was amazing. Thank you for your work. I definitely will stick with Honda. Overall service was good. I was received quickly when I drive into the service garage. The person that received me was quick and thorough. I used the shuttle to get to work and back to the service center. The shuttle is a very valuable service to me. I work full-time and cannot take time off work. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and courteous. I received a phone call regarding the status of my vehicle. An extra service needed to be done. The tech explained what the issue was and answered my questions. My only complaints are 1)I thought I was told that a transmission system flush was not necessary but it was performed. I may have misunderstood but what the tech told me when I dropped the car off but I clearly heard him tell me it was not necessary. My second complaint is not major but when I received the call to pick up my vehicle I assumed everything was ready and I could pay and go back to work. I had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to finish the paperwork before I could pay and return to work. This isnt a huge concern but for customers with a demanding job, it impacted my work day.

In all honesty, Im beyond pleased and happy with my experiance in purchasing my car from these guys. Ive been searching for a good chunk of time and alfredo has gone above and beyond in helping me get what I want in a vehicle, as well as patient (beyond patient). I had an excellent experience with Bob Hall Honda. They had the vehicle that I had been looking for already at a very reasonable price and were willing to work with me a little more on the price to make it worth my while to drive from Spokane. I worked with Paul in Sales and he was honest, knowledgeable and professional. The financing staff was also honest and very prompt. The only issue I had throughout my transaction was a difficult time getting through on the phone to an actual sales person, but once I got dialed in with Paul and got his direct number that problem was solved. The next time I need a vehicle I will call Paul at Bob Hall Honda.

We have been purchasing Hondas since 1987 from the Yakima dealership and have always loved our cars and the service provided. Last week, we needed to replace a lost key to our sweet little 2007 Honda Fit. Tony Vasquez, the service specialist provided us with great customer service and kindness. It was a very expensive replacement, the most expensive he had ever seen, but it needed to be done, and Tonys winning personality and courtesy made the best of the situation.

Cesar in service is always friendly and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable, or if they shuttle you home, the driver Dave is super friendly. When they fixed the recalls on my 2008 Accord, they did a full inspection of my car to make sure I didnt have any issues. I didnt! Just a hint, drive into the lane closest to the desk. If you dont, and someone else drives in just after you, they may be served first. No big deal, unless youre in a hurry. I wasnt, so it was all good.

I love Honda but this place charges twice as much as the Honda dealerships on the west side. $50 oil change?!Had my car inspected and their report came back drastically different than their inspection at the last oil change 3 months prior. Not sure how my break pads go from needing replacement to scoring an 8 for good condition. Hmm.
