Yard is well laid out and organized. I was and out with a piece of Volkswagen history in no time at all. No ghosts, corpses, or other junkyard legends were encountered. I dont want to think Scooby Doo lied to me, but maybe its just that times have changed.

I admit that it is the best place to look for auto parts around Yakima, but you must be more honest when customers ask by phone or in person about the availability of brands and years of cars, since there is a 2 dollar entry charge and when You are looking for the car inside the yard they do not have it available, I know that everything is business but try not to lie to the customer with cars that you guys do not have available

The admission fee is ridiculous if youre only going out there one time. They do have a good selection aparts. However ill-placed tires that customers can trip over are always out and about so be careful and be aware I took a header myself there the other day.

They have TWO 1999 Ford Windstars- which is My van. I have gotten many parts, so far.

Checked the price of fog lights prior tocoming here. Pulled some fog lights and came to the register. The cashier was charging twice as much as the price posted online. the cashier and manager said that I shouldn’t believe online prices. Then they said if I pay cash and go without a receipt, they will honor the online price. They are luring customers in with low prices online, but when you come there they charge much higher prices. I wrote an email to a corporate office about this issue and was ignored. Don’t waste your time at this place.

They have a lot of inventory but it seems to be mainly Honda and Chevy. Costs two bucks to get in. Given the choice I would still go to one of the other local salvage yards

I always check here before anywhere else when I need a replacement part. Love the service here. Bring your own tools but one time I forgot a tool I needed to remove something and they let me borrow it. Very good customer service.

Edit 3/22: Costco tried mounting tires on the rims, and all four were badly bent at the hub -- severe wobble that would destroy the tires in short order. They wouldnt mount them. U-Pull-It Auto Parts honored their stated return policy If theres anything wrong, or even if you just decide you changed your mind, you can return them for a refund. I returned the rims. U-Pull-It Auto Parts sold trashed rims to me. When I returned the bad rims. Yesterday they said they gave me a credit on my credit card. A day later it had not yet shown up on my bank account. Two days later the credit showed up.Initial review: Two phone calls & a visit. I asked for wheels for my vehicle. They quickly found they had some, pulled from the prior year -- same item, and quoted me the price (not the complete price, it turns out). I phoned back & asked about payment methods. Cash, credit card, debit; no checks. I went down & they took me right to the wheel storage, showing me the wheels. Id made a template to measure the hole diameter, rim diameter, lug size & pattern, and offset. They fit perfectly. The rims had some minor dings. She assured me I could get a refund if theres any problem or I just change my mind. Only surprise was as I was ringing up she said theres a $2 core charge per rim. This is the first time Ive been charged a core charge for wheels. Ive been going to junkyards for 50 years. If the tire shop finds theyre straight and hold air, then its a decent deal, but deception by omission is still deception, and is wrong.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received the last time I was in there. Ive had very good customer service in the past. Went in there 20 minutes before closing, I knew exactly what I needed. One of the employees said that I could go in the yard. They had just let another customer in before me. So I signed in went to pay my $2 and the other employee that was there said I could not go in the yard. He was very rude about it. I told him it would only take me 5 or 10 minutes and I would be out before 6pm. He said he had stuff going on after work and I could not go in the yard. And he kept calling me bro a lot. I dont think me and him are related...... This is too bad! I have sent a lot of customers there in the past, not sure if I will in the future. My bro needs to be taught some customer service skills before they put him on the front counter. Hope they fix this problem. They do have a pretty nice wrecking yard with a good selection of parts with good prices.

It is one of the greatest pick your own parts junkyards out there. Plenty of late model cars (even some less than 5 years old) and the prices are really not bad. Also the staff is really nice and helpful.

I wish you didnt have to even give a one star rating to write a review. id give it a quarter star if it were possible! The owner is the biggest a-hole about the littlest things. Youd think if you were dropping someone off, not even having your car in park AFTER HOURS, that it wouldnt be a big deal to just use the corner of the lot for not even 3 minutes... but to the owner & workers there after hours, theyll sit & yell you. Ive done business here before, and it was quick, but never again just because of the hostility they show to others. just pathetic.

Has a lot of cars and parts. Its organized for the most part but I get why its not organized since they get so much cars theres not enough room to put them all together. They try and it does look like they really do try hard. They have most parts your looking for as long as its not a Lamborghini or Ferrari, but then again if you have one of those cars then you might as well buy the part new lmao

Wish they had more Camrys. Other than that a great selection of parts cars.

Best inventory of any yards in the area

They have great selection of vehicles from 1990s - early 2010s and good prices, but the reason Im giving three stars because the employees customer skills is inferior and definitely needs some work and also everytime I go to their junkyard I always hear them gossiping nonstop when someone enters the store.

SUPER organized, unlike other local wrecking yards. The $2 it cost to get in is well worth it & then some!! Friendly & knowledgable staff. Like the fact they have a website where you can see the prices! Will definetly do all my business here from now on!

Our altenator went out and other places we called did not have one. So thankful to U-Pull-It for having the part we needed. Or else we would be camping in our car over night.

U-Pull Union Gap has a good selection of vehicles in their inventory and they receive new vehicles a lot more frequently than most other salvage yards. $2 to get in certainly isnt going to break the bank and as with any retail place, if you treat the employees fair, they will be polite and nice to you. I go there at least once a week and have never once received bad service.There are a few aspects of U-Pull Union Gap that leave something desired. All big salvage yards have this problem and since the yard is very large, customers will often break or misplace valuable parts just to get other things they want. I cannot tell you how many times Ive found the part I wanted thrown in the back seat and completely destroyed. The main office is also very hard to get in and out of if you have big stuff, so make sure to bring a buddy.Overall, decent yard. If you dont know much about working on cars, bring someone who does instead of taking your frustration out on the employees.

Start out by charging you $2 just to walk in. They kinda know what vehicles they have but know idea what they have. I make it to the spot where I was sent found the 2 vehicles. Both were stripped and unless you want body parts there was not much left. As I walk out I did not stop to check out and got stopped by a rude worker that told me I need to check out so they dont think anything bad was going on. So in a nutshell they think I stole from them, when infact they stole $4 from me just to walk in. Never been to a junkyard with an entry fee. Not worth my time will never be back even if its the only junkyard in town.

Best used parts place Yakima has ever had. The cars are not stripped to nothing like other yards. Prices are great. People are friendly and helpfull. Customer service is great. They value return customers an do what ever it takes to make sure customer is happy an will come back again. I remember owner from fosters in Portland where he was great customer service there as well. I seen a bad review on here thats simply wrong. Reviewer obviously is mad and made no attempt to let upullit. Know something went wrong.

I really love this place because they will work with you on price, sometimes, some times they aren’t able to which is okay. For me it beats say “wrecking yards” and as far as the Yakima branch cleanest yard I’ve EVER seen! Five stars+Harry R.

Pleasantly dissapointed with this company and their employees, Left my tools for a few minutes while i went to my car to take my items that I purchased and went back for my tools, and NO JOKE.... The Employees said they DIDNT know what I was talking about when I asked to get my tools back, Mind you, These were expensive tools. I cannot believe they would do this to me. I wasnt even gone for 10 min and they stole my tools. I know the Fat guy and the skinny gangster looking guy with a bun had to take them because there wasnt any customers behind me. They said maybe i left them in the vehicle BUT I KNOW for a FACT I left them on the counter by the check out. this happened to me Yesterday and I will be making a police report. IF the employees steal from the customers i Can only Imagine what goes on. Never going back and will let all my family and friends know.

U-Pull-It is by far my favorite lot in the Yakima area. The overall facility is clean and well organized and prices are very fair and reasonable. The selection of cars / trucks available is broad and continually expanding.

I like the old business better that was here before. They charge 2.00 just to enter then didnt have the year of car I asked about and was told they had. Waste of my time and 2.00 to enter. All the other junk yards in town can at least tell you if they have a specific part over the phone.

Employee yelled profanity in an overly aggressive manner, totally unprovoked and uncalled for in a professional environment. Good selection of vehicles though.

I would not recommended calling them to see if they have the part you want. I did ao this morning and am very very unhappy since i live all the way in Pendleton oregon 2 hours away they said they had my manual transmission for $250 plus a $50 core charge...freaking wonderful right? Yeah no they dont have it in manual its an automatic and whats even worse is i called to double check that they had it. They obviously dont listen to what it is their customers are asking for.

My brother in law and me went to find part for his mustang and they had a lot of them and we thought the part where going to cost us a lot but they where really cheap. I like that the cars are organized.
