By far my favorite Starbucks!! Pumpkin muffin is amazing.

I never have issues with this Starbucks. This is the one closest to my house and I frequently mobile order from here. They have never messed up my order. Also, whether I choose in store pick up or drive through, my drink is usually always ready( I order as I’m pulling out of my neighborhood, I live 5-10 mins depending on traffic).My first week of actually living in my new neighborhood, I went to this Starbucks for a drink and they were running a special with a free scone and drink( June 2020). So again, something super nice.The staff who I have encountered with, were all very nice, funny and always complimentary. Between saying I look fabulous for the day, my hair was beautiful or my daughter and I were beautiful( trust me it was mostly females). Again just very friendly and nice staff.The times I’ve gone in store, they had social distance stickers on the ground, mandatory masks( employees and patrons), the staff kept their masks in the correct position, even while greeting those who come in and I’ve never seen over 10 people inside. They have either been quick enough to get people checked out and have their items or the people have stepped out for a couple minutes, noticing the line.

Food was good, iced coffee was bad, & service was lacking.....Plus everything is overpriced. Typical Starbucks trip.

This Starbucks in Worthington on North high I had a very bad experience with Kat. She was rude and did not know what she was talking about regarding coffee. I wanted to return a bag of Guatemala medium roast because it was mislabeled. The coffee in the bag was very dark and oily. She said she could not return an open bag but I mentioned how I would not know of it being mislabeled till it was open. She proceeded to tell me it doesnt matter what it looks like Guatemala is medium roast, I explained to her that coffee coming from Guatemala can be light medium or dark roast depending on the roaster. She said thats nice lets see a receipt. I couldnt find it on my app and she couldnt touch my phone to help . She was very rude and not helpful at all, there were 2 cars in drive thru and no one in the store but me and at least 4 employees- I spend sooooo much money at Starbucks, I deserve a little more customer service than this!

This is the Starbucks I frequent- they are very kind. They have been excellent with covid. I used to have problems with my orders, but a change in management and I havent had problems since.

I don’t know what happened here. Great customer service. Poor product quality. Drink was not up to par. Sandwich was absolutely terrible. I won’t be back to this location. Not to mention, it is an extremely weird location to navigate in and out of.

Typically okay. My orders were always tolerable in taste but never anything worth complaining about. However, the last time I went, I picked up my order and left without tasting it. The coffee was burnt and too bitter for me to try to tolerate. I had to stop at a different Starbucks to have my drink remade.

I purchase from this location quite a bit - at least once a week, oftentimes more. Most of the time, I do not have any problems, but every once in a while things do not go well. Today though...I found TRASH in the bottom of my $5.65 coffee. I am disgusted and don’t understand how this can even happen when someone is personally making my drink. Please do better Starbucks.

All time favorite Starbucks, definitely my home store. Staff is wonderful, kind, as well as very quick and efficient! I have only good reviews for this location, and I’ll continue to swing by for my daily coffees! The remodel doesn’t allow for much seating room, but it makes the bar much longer, and since then I’ve noticed the drink making time has gotten even quicker. All in all, 10/10:)

Some of the best coffee choices I have had the pleasure of drinking. The food options are all top shelf. The Hot Chocolates and Tea options are also enjoyed. A good place for both young and old.

Starbucks in Worthington. My wife ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte, decaf. She ended up with a warm milk covered with a light sprinkling of cinnamon. Not a happy person.

Super friendly and lightning fast service

This starbucks location is dare I say the best in columbus. I have been to all the other local locations and none can compare. The drive through line moves quickly and the service is amazing. I can always rely on coming here when in a rush or for a well made drink. Shoutout to Josh and much love .

Ordered a Pineapple Matcha and received a Golden Ginger. Was told on the phone that they didn’t know what to do after I stated I can’t come in. Then decided to just take my name down to reprimand the situation.

NEVER will go back. A couple months ago I got a drink from the drive thru and notice black things floating in it. I took off the lid and THEY WERE BUGS... TWO. My sister and I went into complain after she noticed here had them too. We got a refund and decline the offer of making us new drinks, we made it clear we are NOT returning. Staff was fine but obviously there’s and issue with cleaning.

I like Starbucks when they actually have what you want to get. Which doesnt always happen. . .

Slowest damn starbucks in the Columbus area. Ordered a mobile drink at 9. Arrived at 9:10. Had to SHOW them the mobile ticket sitting on their counter to prove Id ordered it. No apology given or anything, just a sarcastic have a great day.

This Starbucks location has good drive up, and carry out service. Because of the bland and open Cafe area, I dont ever dine in. Also, I tend to mobile order because this is a very popular location so the drive thru and the order line is usually long.

You guys have by far the sweetest older lady working the window. I love people like her making everyone happy just being sweet and nice, really made my day to know there are people like her.

Coffee was fine, service fast, but the rest rooms were not clean.

Taken for granted. I dont mind that they got my order wrong. It was a black coffee after all. I dont even mind that I had to find a way to turn around in rush hour construction traffic. I do mind being dismissed with a saccharine smile when I was understandably irritated. Offer me a bagel or at least conjure a measure of sincerity in your apology.

Update: As of this morning, nitro cb sold out 6 out of 8 trips to get one. 3 days in a row this week.Its the only reason I purchased $25 on the app. I want my money back.Some good at customer service, some could use work. But not terrible overall; about average. I rarely went there, until someone turned me on to the nitro cold brew. Tried it and loved it. Since then (only been a few weeks), theyve been out of it 4 different times. Once broken, 3 other times just ran out. So Ive been able to get it at this location twice out of 6 times. Need to plan better. No other starbucks Ive gone to has been out of it. I bought an online card thinking Id be using it a lot for this new drink but they dont seem to want my money! lol

The baristas seemed fairly unhappy and disinterested, but they got our large order done quickly and efficiently which was definitely appreciated.

I am a frequent customer of this location. The staff are friendly and the orders are usually accurate. Today I went in and there were fruit flies or gnats in the bakery case.

Dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever visited. Bathrooms looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in weeks.

Ordered a caramel macchiato vinti iced with coconut milk. Tasted like charamel coconut milk they forgot the esspresso. They said come back when you can they would make it right. A week later I came back the girl has it at the window and I asked her does that have 3 shots of espresso because it did not look right. She looked me in the eye and said yes. You can tell by looking at it did not. She hands it to me and it squirts out of the top of the cup all over my hand down my arm and all over my coat sleeve. I handed it back to her and said nevermind and left. Needless to say very bad experience 2x.

I love Starbucks, but if the girl with the short red hair is working, Ill walk right back out. After being a Starbucks partner (barista/supervisor) for almost 5 years, I know that customer service is paramount. This is one of the reasons Starbucks is so successful! She is a very poor representation of the company and hurts this particular store. I went in wanting a venti drink with 2 pumps mocha and 2 pumps coconut. Double syrup is way too sweet. I expected to pay for the syrup. Instead, she tried to charge me $.60 for mocha and another $.50 for coconut. A normal iced venti drink gets 6 pumps of syrup. I wanted a total of 4. Not even the full amount! When I asked why I was being double charged, she argued that mocha is a sauce, and coconut is a syrup, so you pay separately. Are you serious? Im already paying $4 BASE. Youre not losing money. When I tried to explain, I told her to cancel my drink. She didnt even try to recover my business or be understanding. She simply said, Ok and looked to my fiance for his order. This is just terrible customer service, especially over something so small. I will not choose to visit this location in the future. Is rather drive further to a location that cares about customer satisfaction over $.50.
