I came in to drop of My 2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio HP for a long overdue set up. While I was there, I found that E.L Music had a used Vemuram Jan Ray priced so fairly that I would have hated myself if it was gone by the time I came back for my guitar. I think it speaks volumes about this shops eye for quality, which is even more apparent in the set up! My Les Paul is now perfectly intonated and plays like a dream. I will be taking all of my guitars here for maintenance from now on, and look forward to great deals on other gear in the future!

This is a great place to rent the instruments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I rented a violin today but broke one of the strings by mistake. I came back and the staff replaced it for me very quickly! Very satisfied experience!

My son has the music bug and wants to play ALL the instruments. Yesterday he decided clarinet is his new dream. We visited a music store and the person behind the counter had zero knowledge regarding rentals. We left after two minutes. I decided to drive a half hour out to see if Matt could help. Matt was in a lesson but Kristine was there. She was able to answer all of our questions. She walked us through cleaning kits and reed types and the rental plan. She was super patient and responsive. When we got in the car my son said, “Wow! She was way more helpful than the other place. That was awesome.” It sure was.

Kristine was a great help to me with an issue I was having with a clarinet. She has a gift of making you feel comfortable immediately upon entering the store. What a beautiful person! Especially in this day and age when everyone is so cynical, shes a breath of fresh air. Thanks again Kristine!

Matt, the owner, has been awesomeness! A musician himself, hes made the store a welcoming place for all. From beginners to the seasoned, all are welcomed and all leave happy.

Matt and all the staff at E.L Music were incredible. I brought my vintage Ovation acoustic guitar to the shop for some work. It turned out that my favorite guitar needed more than I thought for repairs, but the good people at E.L werent daunted by the task of dealing with a pretty old Ovation guitar that needed a refret. The staff at E.L were prompt and direct with a quote. If it wasnt for everyone at E.L, my favorite lady in black wouldnt be playable now. I will go back there for all my needs.

Very warm and cozy atmosphere. The people know their stuff and arent pushy. They just talk to you like humans. Plus the guitars are tuned.

Checked GC for a simple conductor stand and the ones they carry in stock are of mediocre quality. E.L. Music had the exact stand my son wanted and at a great price. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable as well. My son has decided this is the store we will be shopping at from now on.

I had a bass that had some wear-and-tear, and a neck problem, so I brought it in for a setup. Few days later I got it back, and she looks and sounds beautiful.More importantly, they really seem like good, honest people. Feels like a neighborhood shop.Also the cost of it was responsible, to where I actually walked out with an amp that was on consignment, and a cable, and everything - setup, amp, plug - was less than what I had expected to pay for an amp.Highly recommended.

Such a good place

I brought my new PRS in for a setup and these guys were excellent. When I got my guitar back I was concerned about some fret buzz that I was still having (it was setup perfectly, I just like mine a certain way) and the gentelmen (my apologies for forgetting his name) took the time to go over it with me and make a few more adjustments to make it perfect to my liking. Extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend EL Music. Cant say enough good things. They genuinely care and it shows.

Excited and thinking her enthusiasm for music will be rekindled...=8^)Would really like to give E.L. Music some fantastic stars.But I cant even get a response.Filled out Contact Us on the website and never got a response.I also went in person and left a note to try to get in touch with a potential instructor. The instructor was someone a friend of my daughter really liked. But we never got a call back.=8^(
