I am so pleased that I discovered Audiology Associates of Worcester! Todd and Julie, the professional audiologists on staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The waiting room and receptionist provide a wonderful first impression, exam rooms are well equipped and six month service on your hearing aid purchase is free. I love the fact that I can hear like a twenty year old, even at 75 years of age! To top it off, they are just a minute off Rt290 with ample off street parking. You wont be disappointed! John Cooper

Fabulous office! Seen quickly and on time. Everyone in the office is so friendly and knowledgeable...no matter what age or need definitely go see Dr Todd. Husband snores like a freight train so I had customized ear plugs made (No more cheap throw aways for me). The whole process was quick and painless, unlike the death of my husband that was soon going to go down. Lol ;-)

I made and appointment as a new customer as my Audiologists office had closed. I have hearing aids and 1 was working sometimes and the other not at all. I was greeted by Todd and I have to say the customer service is great. One hearing aid was blocked and the wire was breaking in the other. I could have been told that they were not repairable and I neede to purchase new ones. They both were taken care of at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this office to anyone that is in need of hearing aids.

Just purchased the Lyric hearing aid from themTodd was great.ill never go back to regular hearing aids again.Lyric hearing aid is great, i can take showers,leave it on 24 hours a day,i use to lose my old hearing aids a lot, take showers and forget to take them out. hear beep sounds all the time.After he inserted the lyric hearing aid its little uncomfable but after couple days you do not feel anything its like its not even there.i did the 30 day free trial and purchased a year membership for one ear for $1700. for $35 week a do not have to deal with all the stress my old ones caused

I have never written a review on Google before, and only a place like Audiology associates of Worcester, and a person like Mr.Sauter, can move me to action. Mr. Sauter is a caring, attentive, compassionate audiologist who truly cares about your wellbeing. His office offers all the modern approaches to diagnosis, which is pivotal to addressing specific hearing issues. In each visit he took the time to understand my problems, addressing them one by one, and even stayed late one day to answer all concerns. The office is more than conveniently located just of 290. I cant reccomend this office enough!

When I was diagnosed with Menieres in 06 I was left without much hope for hearing normally from my visits to Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary. I visited Audiology Associates of Worcester assuming that at best Id be resigned to a double hearing solution like CROS, which is quite expensive. Im glad to say I was completely wrong.Todd Sauter was pleasant, professional, and was good about keeping in contact via email which I prefer. After my consultation we found that the my word recognition in my bad ear was good enough to try a much less expensive single hearing aid solution, and he gave me a free loader device which I found worked great! He walked me through the options for a permanent device and helped me through using it and answered all my questions about tuning the device.Im very pleased with the experience overall and would recommend others to visit.
