One of my first carry guns was purchased here and I still remember that trip fondly. 5* for that experience and that very fair priceBut the behavior of this shop over the time towards our community since that purchase has been less than ideal putting it nicely. 1* for that.

My experience with Gun Parlor was fantastic, the team was knowledgeable helpful and motivated it was my first time visiting the facility and I certainly would go again and become a member.If I could change one thing it would be the computer stations where one completes his or her background information. There were many people hovering over your shoulder as you completed your paperwork this was a bit concerning for me. (I think curtains would help) However, overall a very positive experience.

As a first time gun buyer DO NOT GO HERE. They made the process difficult and offered no help. Filling out the form they rushed me through it, then when I was re-reading the questions they kicked me out saying I got one wrong. They were too busy helping the cops there anyways.If your a first time buyer stay away!!!!!

If you trying to sell/trade your pistol/rifle/ARyou will only receive a little bit below half of what the item is worth.Bought an AR-15 less than a year ago for 2,400.00 and was only offered 1,000 dollars Slap in the face, just be prepared!

Dont listen to the cry babies here leaving 1 star reviews. If you have something to hide from the state go somewhere else and purchase firearms. This is actually a real nice establishment with a very knowledgeable staff.The range membership is one of the most expensive but after shopping around and looking at many different gun clubs and the few other ranges here in MA, its actually worth it. Gives you the best bang for your buck.

Decent place with a good selection of firearms. Guns & ammo are slightly over priced . Service is good but it seems like they never have enough guys behind the counter. Everytime I show up Im waiting atleast 10-15 mins before getting assisted. Overall good place as long as you have patience when it comes to waiting.

I highly recommend Nick for training of beginners to Very Advanced gun owners. As a beginner myself I was happy to know he has a significant amount of real world experience (through law enforcement and the military). And that along with his listening skills to understand what my skill level and experience and desired outcome from the training were, really helped. I went in not knowing anything about guns (including loading a magazine) and came out very confident to safely handle this gun when/if needed. This is thanks to Nick’s approach to training.

Prices can be a little high but thats probably due to current times. Theres always interesting firearms I havent seen before on the walls and the staff is always enjoyable to speak to.

Called to purchase a new Glock 19 Gen 5. Great news it’s in stock! I then confirmed that it comes with ALL ORIGINAL ITEMS in the box and matching serial numbers. I was reassured of both which is very important considering the 2+ hour drive. I left a deposit. Once I arrived the serial numbers did not match and I couldn’t believe they tried to sell it with only one NON OEM magazine after I confirmed on the phone multiple times that it comes with 3 OEM magazines. I was basically told to go screw. This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The good : Had a nice experience, the guys behind the counter are very helpful. They have some inventory, enough for interesting browsingThe range is great, very modern, well lit. Fun range to shoot, even if the membership price is a bit painful.The bad : Their covid protocols arent great. Each time Ive been there, not everyone behind the counter was masked, several customers were maskless as well. Made me not want to hang around. Masks are state mandated, and Ive been to a couple other shops which take the mandate seriously.

Pretty good experience, bought my first firearm from them. I spoke with an employee a few times throughout and he was a pleasure to talk to. Answered my questions and was very polite.

SCAM GUN SAFETY COURSE. Don’t take the gun safety course here. I lost the paper certificate and they don’t have any type of records to confirm I took it without taking a new class. Even though it was super recent. Hella sketchy and unprofessional.

Bought a gun online from them...was overpriced but decided it was local and convenient. I paid in full and received my email receipt confirming it..I show up the next day and they were redoing the parking lot..I traverse my way in to the front door that has an open sign only to find it’s locked.a guy walks up to the door looks at me and walks away..I called on the phone and the second time someone answered they were rude from the start.said they were closed due to them having a new driveway put in.I explained I was just picking up a gun I purchased and asked why they didn’t post it as I had just bought the gun the night before.he was rude and said I don’t know what to tell you pal we posted it on Twitter and other social media outlets.we can’t call every possible customer and tell them personally and then hung up. Twelve hours prior there was nothing online saying they were closed when they were taking my money. 2 days later when I went to go back to pick up my gun only to find an email saying that they will be refunding my money as they no longer had the gun in inventory..They went and sold the gun on me that I had already purchased. After I told a few people of my experience everyone’s response was negative and gave me a story of what they experienced and why they prefer not to go as they are rude and overpriced. Thankfully it was only a half hour round trip so I would be cautious if your traveling to do business with this place!

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Walk out without purchase in frustration. Felt like I was at Walmart. They should have a registered dedicated to ammo purchases of other small items. Instead they have all the registers tied up with 30 to 45 minute gun sales what a joke.

Called multiple times during business hours and left messages. Sent messages through their website with no replies either. Listing the same gun Im looking for on armslist then I go to their website and it says out of stock. They continually list the gun on armslist every week or so but their website stock never changes. Makes me think they are just trying to get people in the door

Came in on sunday 11/8/2020 just to browse, My fiancée and I had a ton of questions and Mark answered them all, took his time with us even though it was really busy. Was looking for a Surefire Warden in FDE which is pretty much always sold out everywhere. I stumbled across the Gun Parlors website and they appeared to have the item in stock. I sent an email inquiring as to whether it was in stock and I received a prompt response telling me they had one left. I quickly called them and made the order on a Friday. I received the product two days later on Monday and am very pleased with the transaction. Great customer service.

I went in to take a look around and was appalled by the fact that NONE of the 4 employees I saw working were wearing facial coverings of any kind (masks are STATE MANDATED Currently!), and several of the shoppers were also not wearing masks. It also took way too long for any employee to even acknowledge my existence, let alone ask if I was being helped. No thanks, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I visited the Gun Parlor for the first time today after mutliple recommendations and I can say that I wasnt disappointed in the least. I cant speak for the firearm prices but ammunition is relatively cheap and the selection is great. Justin, the cashier was very helpful and polite as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

If you dont mind paying like 30% above MSRP for everything then its a good place. Employees are knowledgeable and they know it. Facility is quality, but for the money theyre asking for a membership it better be. Many many preban weapons and magazines. Since they have all the preban stuff in the state they pretty much price stuff at whatever they feel like. So if you dont give a damn about your wallet give this place a go.

Went to the gun parlor last week to look into getting a new gun. Talked to a guy there named Chris, he was very helpful in giving me information and also getting my girl to take a safety class since there are guns in the house she should know about them. I will absolutely be Beck there!

I Went to this firearms dealer for the first time recently. No one is going to argue with me regarding my experience here. I purchased my first firearm in Montville, CT 50 years ago. Since them, I have lived all over New England and have shopped and purchased firearms in; ME, NH, VT, RI, CT, MA and ny. Multiple locations in every state with the exception of ny.This store is immaculate, clean and well maintained. The staff members are knowledgeable, courteous and above all professional. There was no question that I had that went unanswered. I tossed a few bait questions (not fair or proper to do, but I did it.) to one employee who was at least 25 years younger than me. he answered both of them correctly and with one question added information that I did not know! I am not a know it all, I just have years of experience with firearms.Having relocated to this area and wanting to find a new firearms dealer, I visited many stores in a large radius. This was the #1 store for me. While there I made purchase of a long gun. The process was easy and went smoothly. The selection of both long guns and handguns was better than the other stores that I visited in the MA areas. The prices were consistent with other stores and in some instances better.I understand that all customers can not be made happy at all times. I read these reviews before going to the store and that is in part why I mentioned how CLEAN and SANITIZED it is kept.I recommend this store to anyone who would like a clean, no pressure and informed purchase.

What a complete waste of time. Walked in ready to buy. But not one sales representative even said hello or can I help you. I walked around that establishment for ten minutes. Nobody said a word. This place caters to people without License To Carry Firearms & people with fat wallets who dont care if they pay double or triple the suggested retail price. Greed, itll get you nowhere.

Prices are fair, staff is extremely helpful. They have the knowledge to answer any question you might have. Where else can you purchase a gun, ammo and shoot in the city. Bought several items and never had an issue.

Payed for certain services they offered got horrible customer service on the situation. They were not able to take care of the situation and have had me waiting close to a month for my refund do not recommend anyone to this over priced money hungry establishment.
