Wouldnt really classify this as much of a gun store. Extremely limited selection of consignment guns. Cant speak to their other services, so the one star is purely based on my visit as a gun buyer. Based on other reviews I expected a much better selection. If you are looking to buy/browse, Id go elsewhere and save yourself a trip.

I have always had very mixed feelings about Pullman Arms. Folks in Worcester seem to like them a lot but Ive never been able to do business with them and it has not been for lack of trying. I like the fact that theyve got a real store now, but they seem to have cut back a lot from what they used to stock. Seems the opposite from what it should be. Anyway, I will keep trying when Im in the area. You never know.

Sent an old 1944 Remington model 11 bolt to Dan at Pullman Arms because of a crack in the guide rail. Recieved it back today and WOW, it looks new. Cant tell where the crack was and its all cleaned up. Great communication and hopefully it lasts another 70 some years!

Ive purchased all of my firearms - two new, one used - from Pullman Arms. In every case, Ive gotten a solid product, at a price that impresses everyone that I know. Theyre also nice people that answer any question I have. I wont go anywhere else.

This company is incredible! From the first phone call to the time I walked out of there I was extremely happy. I was able to wait around while the work was being done to my firearm and all the staff is super friendly. They didnt once have to look up information about my type of firearm when I asked questions. They gave me the extra parts back after my service and explained every little thing they did to it. The guy in the showroom was great. He answered all of my questions even though he knew I was not purchasing a new firearm that day. The prices are great. The only issue I had was the sign for the company street side was a little hard to see so I drove past it initially. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

When I stopped by, I wasnt planning on buying anything, just checking out their ammo pricing, but checked their gun room out too and ended up buying a used Sig Mosquito. Great customer service, and pricing. The reason this is 4 stars instead of five is because the gun had very clearly not been cleaned since it was last shot, and that feels like a reasonable expectation. I will definitely be back though, and will probably change this to 5 stars eventually.

Ive ben here several times. They are a very high volume shop. When they get a shipment of items, sometimes it sells very fast, so its always a good idea to call ahead to see if they have what you are looking for. If they have it, they are usually the best price. Friendly people.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Pullman. My very first firearm purchase was here. I bought a Lee Enfield no4 mk1 longbranch. I used to work in the firearms industry. I had heard great things about their gunsmith. When I met him, I was stunned with how young he is with a reputation for quality work and experience as he has. I can personally vouch for this shop and the way they treat people.

These guys are great, they take the time to talk to you. They dont rush you, they dont get annoyed if you are only there to ask questions and they dont try to force you to buy anything. It is a rather small shop and every time I go there it is fairly packed. Not an overly huge inventory but if there is something in particular you want they will get it for you. I absolutley recommend going here!

Five stars not only for getting a good deal on a consignment, transfers of other firearms in a very timely manner, and great service but above it all these guys stand firmly upright in support for the 2A sticking it to Bacon Hill and the current AG who is off her rocker.

The best gun shop in the area. Very helpful to show you all the features of any gun and the why for. They know all the history of guns and lets you decide which one is for you. They sell alot of Sigs. After visiting several other gun shops in Worcester County where sales help refuse to get off their chair, are sarcastic, rude and dont know much about guns or ammo I decided this is my gun store.

These guys are great. Its not your typical cranky old gun shop owner. The owners down to the shop workers are all no BS, no pressure and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and there is always a lot in stock. They will not talk down to you, its the best place for new shooters and women to go who might be intimidated by other gun stores. In fact, the owners wife handles a lot of the business. They are extremely patient and will work with you to fit the right product for your needs, take the time to show you how it works, how to break it down and clean, and answer all questions. They also have in house gunsmithing, repairs and MA alterations.

Sick of the arogant jerks behind the counters at many gunshops, this place is a breath of fresh air!I recall my first gun purchase... what do you want? Not sure... Then, the eye rolling, oh no another newby!! Give me a break! Sorry to bother you!Lots of guns and ammo since then lost... sorry guys... Unless Im in a hurry, I make the trip from Chelmsfstock up.These people are friendly, knowledgeable, and they love what they do. My neighbor took me down a couple of years ago. We drove from Chelmsford. He went to school in Worcester and knows a number of the cops in town. They told him about the place. He had a problem with his deer rifle.I have gone many times since. Scott is the owner, this guy can do anything with metal... i think they have more gunsmith work than they can do, but they manage to get it done somehow. Its worth the wait. Ive seen them do stuff others said couldnt be done.My neighbor also got a Colt Defender from his uncle. Nice, small, nickel plate finish. It had some nasty pitts on the handle and the barrel. It looked new when he got it back. They didnt plate it, they used a type of super hard finish, much tougher than plating and cheaper.He loves it!Anyway, great place, super people, good selection, fair prices. Nice job guys!!! Five stars!!!Ps. I agree with another post, dont judge them by their website...

I dont know what these people are complaining about! They are friendly, helpful, and their prices are better than most anywhere else Ive been, and also offer consignment guns, Im very very happy I took a ride there.. And Im no INNER CIRCLE member either..great people there, definitely my new place.. not to mention they have a micro welding system which is realllly cool

Good hand gun selection they do gunsmithing. Only downside is pricing is on the high side.
