All stores of dollar tree are the cheapest stores out there (From I know). When you collect so many items, and get to pay to find they really cost that low, you must consider adding few more items to your shopping bag.

The experience wasnt the worst. Found what I was looking for pretty quickly. Was busy when I was there late afternoon and was in line for a long time due to only one register open. Not sure why they didnt accommodate all the patrons waiting in line and open another register since I saw a few employees. Was frustrating since I had only one item. Not sure if masks were enforced as everyone I saw had one on. Not sure if anyone was told to put one on. Sanitizing did not happen after each customer touched the credit card machine. Nor were the baskets or carriages wiped down after each use. The item broke two days after purchase. If youre looking for a quick temporary fix, shop here. If youre looking for a good quality item look elsewhere. No info on edible items or beverages.

I try not to go there anymore. About 3-4 weeks ago I was shopping there and heard a lady scream in the next aisle over. I went to check on the lady and she said that she saw a HUGE RAT running on one of the shelves. I told her that it was probably just a little mouse. She said The Hell it was and she left the store. We both informed management and they did absolutely nothing... They didnt even go check it out. About 10 minutes later, I had to go to that aisle to get a few paper products and thats when I saw it. I swear on everything I love and care about, it was definitely not a mouse. It looked like the SEWER RATS you see in big cities or the ones you see in the movies. IT WAS THE AS BIG AS A SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE CAT and it just jumped off a shelf and ran under a different shelf. I informed management again, but they still did absolutely nothing about it!!! I will definitely never again purchase food products from that store and I will only go in there now if I absolutely, positively need something and they are the only ones who carry it.

I never thought it was a good idea to put this store here. Theft being a problem. But that aside,I have found the Staff to be really helpful. I just called about Ice Cube trays and the Dude took the time to look. That wouldnt happen in Family Dollar. i notice the Food section getting smaller and smaller but all in all its not a bad neighborhood store.

I love it there its so close to my apartment I call it my corner store.

Store shelves have been mostly empty and have been for a month or so no food coffee a wasted trip again the shipment of product mut be at the suez canal

Hit or miss store.....but the rice pudding is the best in little cups I buy them all the time a good seller...store employee is a well your imagination......

Only negative are THE BEDS!! Could be full size instead of twin and better mattresses altogether IMO

The teaching section could use more material as well as not being able to find push pins today which is the reason for the rating.

I like this store but right now they dont have any food except the freezer food.

Staff was very friendly and attentive i actually went to Dollar tree 6/5/2020 at around 7:45pm just before closing and Stephany the cashier was helpng me find and item in the process of that and before that as my wife was checking out i lost my wallet. I went back 6/6 at 9:00am when they open and my wallet was at the office. Everything was in my wallet including my $100 in cash. Thank Stephany for your help and honesty.

The times posted are not the times the store actually closes. Also there is no reason to close so early. One time the employees locked the door 10 minutes before closing. Not cool.

One of the worse dollar trees in Worcester, I stopped in for a moment after picking up my husband & brother at work, they waited for me outside & smoked a cigarette. As I got to the register 3 of the employees including the manager were at the register making rude comments as to why they were standing outside saying if they were going to rob the store. I kindly told these ignorant employees that they were actually waiting for me outside right in front of my car right in front of the store to help with my bags. For those wondering yes my husband is of color & it was 7:00pm so I guess these are the type of employees dollar tree hires at their more urban communitys.
