Amanda is the best customer service rep in this entire store. Handling as many people a day as she does while still maintaining individual customer loyalty is a skill that many people dont have. She excels at fulfilling orders as I need and want them. If there was one more star to give, she should get it!
My garden window came in scratched. Im not sure how it passed facility quality inspectionor how the installer didnt notice. Im not the professional, but it was obvious. Its been weeks and I still have no replacement. I dont mind mistakes, but they are not being fixed timely. The regional manager says there are computer issues at the window manufacturer making delays and incorrect orders. So I would definitely just avoid home depot project installations. For a 200 billion dollar company, that seems wildly inexcusable.Theres other issues too, but you get the idea.
Every time im trying to buy a air gun or a saw they never have it ...But the app and their inventory tells that they have 4 or moreThan this nice guy David after you waiting 40 min for help comes out does what you just did ten times and at the end throws at you..., - Yo know what ? : - they still and run thTs why we cant find it anywhereSame story happened to me twice . Hate this store in Worcester
The store is clearly understaffed. I stood at the PRO desk for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged while the 2 overwhelmed employees averted their eyes. Finally I had to interrupt to get noticed and was told to hold on as they were tied up. They clearly dont have enough help for the work load.I was told that I would be called with a timeframe of delivery for a $3000+ delivery of lumbar, and they never called. Just left the stuff in my driveway in the rain. When I called to ask, they said they were too busy to make phonecalls. I am taking my business to Lowes or elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
Excellent store see Andy at pro desk
