Great People, Ken Stebbins is Awesome. Ken is a great, Outstanding People. Very Honest, Very, Professional.

They lost an ongoing customer. The employee was rude and demeining. I tried to return some material that was the wrong color. I asked for his help and explained what happened. Instead of being helped, I was insulted and told i could not return it.I dont ever write reviews, but this was beyond what anyone should expect from a business. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau for sure.Unacceptable!!

Not sure about the other branches but Sudbury has the best customer service!
