Gary us an ideal salesperson. He is warm and welcoming, without being pushy. We just started our search for a new mattress, and didn’t expect to buy one today, but we liked what we found. It’s possible that we could have saved a little money by continuing our search, but probably not more than $100 for a King sized mattress. We would definitely shop there again.

We met with Kevin. He was very patient, my husband an I were trying to see what we both liked and wanted that would make us both happy. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we picked out and he assured us of the 120 day trial just in case we didnt choose the right one. He was interrupted a few times as he was alone, and I noticed he handled each customer graciously and didnt get annoyed. He even thanked one elderly man for his military service in the Airforce. We unfortunately were in a rush when we first went in (bad idea!), I hadnt done enough research and insisted on a firm mattress because Ive had some bad soft foam mattress experiences in the past. Salesman was great, not pushy but knowledgable and helpful, showing us the options. We received our mattress, it was extremely firm (per my own request) and was causing me severe back pain. We were so worried since we got the mattress on discount and couldnt return it, but after giving it a trial period, Kevin graciously and quickly got an exchange processed for us for a much better mattress, which has been perfect! I got a really good price on a queen mattress, not only did they have all sorts of options for delivery and removal of my old mattress the price was reasonable & the customer service was pleasant. I will give zero if i could. Gene Twomey is very unprofessional. First he did not even know what we are looking for. Later he shows sarcastic about the price which we want to pay (this is the price we saw online and is what we got from another store on the phone without any issue). This guy is totally arrogant and impolite during the whole process. He needs to fix his attitude and respect people first before making a single deal. People need to aware of some fake reviews added by itself.

They would not take the mattress into our apartment or remove the old mattress they left it outside our front door claiming that they are not allowed in because people’s apartments because of the viruses and well I spoke with someone at mattress firm and they said this absolutely is not true and they are coming on Friday to remove the old mattress that should have been removed today. We will never do business With mattress firm again. They informed my husband that at all deliveries they left all mattresses at the front doors and did not go inside anyone’s house or apartment

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm! I had gone to another store first and the attendant was so rude as soon as he heard my price range, I left very upset. Michael at Mattress Firm could not have been nicer, he showed me several very nice mattresses within my price range. In fact, he was so helpful my sister decided to get a mattress there as well! We changed what we wanted more than once and Michael was so nice and talked us through all the options to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I purchased a returned mattress that according to them has been cleaned and sanitized. The mattress smells like smoke and the smell is so bad its stinking up the whole house.
