Needed to purchase a mattress set for my son who was moving to town from cross-country in early September. Was able to set up an appointment on-line ahead of time for day we were coming in. The owners followed-up on the email, got details on what we were looking for, and our appointment several times leading up to our arrival. The website was clear to use, and the owners were extremely helpful. They were able to quickly help us narrow down the best choices, confirmed the mattresses in stock, and answered all our questions at the clean, not fancy, and well-stocked store. Options and prices were very reasonable compared to other businesses we checked on-line. Payment and check out was quick, moving the mattress and box springs to our vehicle was efficient, and everything done in a half an hour. My son had a very comfortable bed to sleep on that night in his apartment. Enjoyable experience and great people to do business with.

BoxDrop Central Mass was so great in helping me with my couch purchase. I am a first time home owner and was looking for a sectional. They were incredibly amenable to my changes when my closing date was extended, and then I realized the size of the unit was too big based on measurements Id taken. Good furniture but bad service. Bought a Bedframe Saturday, they told me it’d arrive Monday afternoon and it did. But to the wrong house and what was the point of having it delivered if they didn’t help me bring it inside. I honestly feel like I got SCAMMED, why wait 2 days for something I could’ve fit in my own car and set it up myself that same day I bought it.

We had Great experience there... the owners were super helpful. We interacted with the lady owner and she was cooperative and patient. They have nice collection of mattresses. Though we went for only mattresses, their sofas also got my attention. From outside you can’t tell they such a huge stock inside. All the mattresses are in nice condition. Arrived for a scheduled appointment. Was shown products meeting the criteria that I was looking for. Women helping me seemed distracted and always checking her phone and the door for people coming in. I asked a few questions about the products. She answered but very generally. Felt quite rushed to make a decision and leave. Purchased a mattress and was directed she would meet me at loading dock. Mattress was there but no salesperson. Loaded and left. I needed 2 more mattresses but for the $$ I will purchase online. Less hassle and same quality / cost.

Purchased a reclining sofa back in December and have was pleased with the purchase from day 1. Given the current state of things, the sofa is getting A LOT of use and has been great. My wife and I recently got to spend a night on the Natures Sleep Gold Mattress. It did not disappoint.We really appreciated the firmness of the mattress. My wife usually wakes up with mild back and neck pain but after our night on this mattress we had NONE! It was the perfect firmness that allowed each of us to get super comfortable without disrupting the others slumber. We havent awoken so rejuvenated in a long time.Working with Sean was refreshing as well. He really goes the extra mile for his customers, putting them first. I was fortunate enough to sleep a night on the Nature’s Sleep Crystal mattress. I was thoroughly impressed.As I laid on the bed I recognized that it was both soft and supportive. It felt as if I were laying on a pile of feathers, only with none of the allergies! It brought me back to laying on a freshly fallen blanket of snow making snow angles.This WILL be the next mattress I purchase. I rate it 10 out of 10.
