Services are reasonably priced. The wait is long even if you arrive early. Making an appointment is difficult as no body is picking up the phone. They should have an online reservation system which can reduce the workload for both staff and customers

Walmart Auto Services is a really good place to get your car serviced! They are very reasonably priced, don’t play any games, and do a really good job of taking care of you.I got my Toyota Corolla S 2012 serviced here (oil change, tire rotation, and fixing a flat) and got everything done in less than 75 bucks!I highly recommend Danny - car expert who helped me with my car! Keep up the awesome work 😊

Walked around the store and waited in line twice, Not that many workers on. When it was finally my turn I asked if they were taking anyone for an oil change and the man (I believe manager) immediately said no. Mask was not on properly. There were no cars in the garage and the shop was open for a few more hours. I know other Walmart auto locations who take people right when they walk in. Not the friendliest people!

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment? I laughed at him he looked at me like I had 2 heads my husband was a mechanic for 50 years lol if I waited an hour that was a lot I waited in line for 25 minutes for him to ask me what I wanted!

Pretty fast service, about 2.5 hours for four tires and an oil change. Manager is firing on all cylinders. Nowhere to sit and wait, but blackstone bike path is outside the door.
Twice now, Ive had tires placed on my car and immediately after I have issues with ball bearings and wheel mounts that require correction by another mechanic.

Been here several times with varying results. I know they are busy and understaffed right now but I was ignored for 10 minutes then told I couldnt be helped for an oil change. I get that they have to manage time with number of vehicles in line but it was 5:00pm. Not 100% their fault and the associate I finally spoke to was nice but in future Valvoline drive through is easier and a bit more thorough.

They are all great people. But looking empathetically the workers need help to satisfy the frustrations of customers who stand in queues for long a time since usually their is only one person at the counter and each auto customers almost consumes 10 to 20 min assuming they are buying tires or changing oil. The process of booking should be cut in terms of paper work. Also customers who want to use the desk for payment of their grocery items should not be allowed there.Thanks and I hope Walmart management takes this account as an improvement to their customer service rather just a criticism.
This is the one part of the store you actually get service. Sometimes waits are longer than other. Recommend going first thing when they open. But good job always done
Tried calling the Worcester location this morning to get tire prices, after being transferred 5 times, 3 times with one worker and 2 times with another I asked to speak with the manager. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. We all know we can tell how long now; because our cellphones let us know. So, I decided to ask for a manager. I got the pleasure of speaking to Wayne who just made excuses (they had lots of call outs, and there is only one guy answering the phone) and sounded like I was bothering him. So, I guess I will be looking else where for service. My time is just as valuable as everyone elses and I dont have time for nonsense!
At drop off there was a very helpful woman who helped get me in and out. After that it was a nightmare. Dropped off the car telling them I would be back later in the day before close. I get a call from what I can only guess was a tire tech reporting he doesnt think he can put the tires on my car due to another issue. Then proceeded to argue with me on the order I get things fixed on my car. When I asked where is that policy shown, I got an I dont know, just cant do it. I tried calling to speak to a manager, waited on hold for 30 mins finally gave up due to being at work. Poor communication skills, terrible customer service skills, wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Linda was awesome!! Make the appointment, I was 20 minutes early and they got the car right in for 3 tires (one was just replaced) and I was out 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin! Great Christmas surprise!!
It was a big mistake taking my car here for the first time to buy/replace 4 tires. They damaged my Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Despite the fact that I followed up with them additional 4 times (Each time spending hours), they didnt fix the problem and suggested me to go to the Dealership. They didnt act politely and with compassion and didnt take responsibility. The Assistant Manager of the Walmart Store even didnt apologize for wasting my time with this not acceptable service. They better to close this auto shop. Now I have to spend 100s of $$ to fix this problem. I never saw such a thing in any other Auto shop before. Very sad!
Got here at 7am. 2 people in front of me. I get up to the counter and I am told 3 hour wait. 3 techs, 2 cars, I explained their math using their times and they couldn’t understand that it would be an hour. Anyway 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.The gentleman in front of me had 2 new tires put on that he ordered to go with the 2 he already put on a week ago. They put the new tires on the rims where the week old new tires where and threw out the week old new tires. So he had the old ones still and a newer set of new ones. He told them and they said it will be 4 hours. Their mess up he should be first in line.Never again.
The people that go to this store are low end. Had tires put on today. I was there three hours. This is the last place to get tires. You will be there forever. Stay away.
Had two flat tires in T.wo days. Old tires. Had both tires replaced 1 at time. Call as soon as ready. $48 / tire 58 after mount and lifetime balance. Totally satisfied. Fourth time I have been there no complaints
I picked up some tires I ordered and they helped me immediately after finishing with a customer ahead of me. Everything was close to the door and loaded up right at the entrance. So far they are the best tires Ive ever owned. 285/75/16 Crosswind M/T.
Stay away - Stay FAR FAR AWAY from Walmart for Tires. Extremely poor customer service at this location. This is a third party vendor, not Walmart. however it does have Walmarts name. They NEVER answer the phone - you have to call another department at Walmart & ask someone to give a message to the tire dept. My son got 4 tires at Walmart - within two days one of the tires deflated. It was not sealed correctly. When he went back after work today (arrived at 4pm) and was told they may not be able to fit him him before they leave at 7pm! This was the manager of the tire shop who said this. They said they have 3 techs on and have 3 people getting 4 tires & it takes 2 hours to put on 4 tires. He is currently waiting to have his ONE tire put back on, balanced, etc. They are very lucky he did not get into an accident due to their negligence. I know Corporate Walmart does not care about negative complaints around the holidays, so wanted to make sure people know to stay away! Go to some place reputable. My son was trying to save some money by going to Walmart for tires only to have it end up as a HUGE headache.
Worst experience with auto care i had. Came here twice this and last weekend to get an oil changed. There were 11 people waiting for checkout and as i i was waiting they said no more vehicles for services, at 12:00 pm! They are open for next 7 hours and still not taking any more vehicles. There was one worker actually doing something while i’ve seen 3 people in autocare uniform standing outside leisurely chatting. I would give it -1 if i could for the branch managment
Went to get a quote on tires the lady at the desk was so rude from the second she opened her mouth. She didnt even help me she just got up walked away and left me standing there until someone else finally cake and helped me. That gentleman was equally rude. I was told it would be 5 hours which is fine however I dont think I have ever dealt with customer service like that in my life. Thats what I get for going to Worcester. If you want tires go to town fair on rt 9. Best service and prices
Dont go on a Saturday! I got there at 7 am and was not even talked to until after 8 am. Then they could only find 3 out of 4 tires I ordered. They ended up putting on other tires that were more expensive without an additional charge, but I did not get out of there until after 11. They even prioritized me after the issues they had. Great price, just dont go on the weekend.
This is the worst service I never got. Every single time Ive tried to get assistance for anything in this section I was given attitude and usually not acknowledged. Everyone that works in this section either doesnt know what theyre doing or needs to be replaced.
TWO hours to swap a battery!!! The service people were great, the managers should be in another dept. Had to wait 2 hours for a battery replacement. My Walmart battery had acid leaking from it and they still wouldnt replace it without an appointment. The service people swapped my leaking battery even though the managers said they couldnt. One computer was down and the line was out the door. Their batteries are made in Korea now, total junk.
Slow service. Called ahead and was told 90 minute wait, no appointments, first come first serve. Got there after a 45 minute drive, at 230 pm, was told two hours. Went back to the desk at 425, was told another hour or more, theyre just getting it in to work on it. Done by 5:40. I realize these guys arent well paid and Wal-Mart is exploiting them as much as us... But still, a bit frustrating. But the tires were put on well, and the wheels well balanced.
This location is awful. Been here several times only to be told there is an extended wait. Tried setting up an appointment in hopes that there would be a reasonable wait. I arrived an hour before only to wait 40 minutes to attempt to check in. Even after the 40 minutes in still was unsuccessful at checking in. O was to afraid to leave my car with them if it took that long to do a simple task.
Havent used their services yet, but similar to other comments, extremely poor customer service and they never pick up their phone. I was looking at getting information about what car batteries they have in stock and after spending hours calling they either didnt pick up or I was put on hold for 15 minutes before the call would hang up.Front desk customer service was helpful, but auto are impossible to get a hold of.

Think twice before going here. Horrible wait times. Little to no staff. Its a waste of valuable time. Cheap doesnt mean service needs to take do long. Waiting to talk to someone is an wait. You cannot even reach them by phone.

Had tires shipped to store. Arrived in time, however, my dilemma arose once the tires were physically available.The day they arrived I was told they close at 7pm but that they do not take appointments and it was a 3 hour wait for tires(this was 1pm). Why they didnt inform me of this on the phone is unknown(45 minute drive each way). I didnt have means to get back home so I opted to come in the next day as they assured me they were not busy on Thursdays.I planned to bring my car over at lunch and have a co-worker follow me then return after work to pick my car up. I called ahead to make sure this was okay and they said it was not a problem but there was another 3 hour wait to get tires mounted and balanced, which would still mean my car would be done by 3 p.m. I could return at 5 plenty of time before the shop closed. Well when I got down there, somehow the 3-hour wait turned in to a 7 hour wait and I was told that I could not leave my car because they werent sure they could even get it in and I could not just leave my keys. They said to return Friday morning first thing in the morning at 7 a.m. and I would be guaranteed to get a spot at the front of the line.Flash Forward to Friday morning; 6:50 a.m. as Im pulling into the parking lot I see all the auto employees standing around in the parking lot. I thought, great theyre not busy it should be in and out and I can pick up my car at lunch(I had a co-worker meet me there). The workers proceeded to tell me about a power outage and that they were not sure when their computers would come back up so again I could not leave my car I could not even leave the keys with them, as their incompetence didnt allow it, I cant think of any other good reason. I did try to call prior to heading over there but of course since the power was out the phone just rang and rang. Finally at lunch time Friday I called and they said it was another 3 hour wait but that they could get me in before they closed at 7 p.m. if I brought my car down and dropped it off at lunch.Story is almost over. After I arrive at lunch time, I proceeded to wait 40 minutes in-line while one cashier waited for a manager to show up 4 times to unlock his register for different issues or for return approvals Etc. When it was finally my turn at the counter I had wasted a total of 22 hours on the phone driving or in person with this useless Walmart tire center. Never again it is not worth saving 5 to $10 per tire.Update 12/2018: decided Im a gluten for punishment and ordered two more tires, this time they were in stock so I figured the next day wouldnt be too much to ask. Well, 2 days later I finally get a order ready. Mind you this is at 2pm and shop closes at 7pm. I get down there at 2:30pm and they tell me they cant get me in (with 5 hours to spare). There was 1 car in their 3 bay garage and 1 or 2 at most in the queue lot.The counter person suggests I come back early the next morning, where have I heard that before? Though now they take appointments and have a book, but of course theyre booked!I arrived at 645am the following morning and Luckily I get in rather quickly. Everything is smooth you say, I get a call after 15 minutes, my tps sensor magically broke itself(was fine up until then) and they dont have replacements nor will they take responsibility. At least I got my tires and saved $10!!!!!! Fool me once.... NEVER AGAIN FOR REAL!!!!!!

I originally bought my tires here so rotations are free. Made an appt for 10:00 a.m.to rotate tires. No one else was written in their schedule book for an appt, but I was told Id have to wait 1.5 hours for another car to have all 4 tires installed before they even began my rotation. Why make an appt at 10 if you cannot begin until 11:30?
Only gave one star because I had to...does not deserve even one star. WORST customer service at the Walmart on 146. Came in to get a flat fixed at 5 pm and was told the service center was closed...even though the website states 7 pm. Was told to come back the next day in the morning and that they open at 7. Was not told I should make an appointment then. I get there at 725, and FINALLY at 755 I am waited on and told there is a 2 hour wait....will not bring my service back to this Walmart again.
