The customer service there is unbelievable lazy, rude, dont tend to the customers very snotty they stand around talking to each other laughing like its a party one joker I think Ryan was his name was so rude full of attitude didnt have a clue what he was doing was more concerned with his phone very disappointed wouldnt recommend at this time.

Had everything we were looking for great store.

One person attending customers while two other workers were walking around and I was in line for 20 minutes just to pay for a tire changing cross bar. I wanted to walk out so bad but I needed to change a flat tire desperately. Poor customer service. At least that was my experience anyways. I hope yours goes or went better than mine.

Horrible Customer Service at this Park Ave location in Worcester ma. Waited to pay some items and was ignored more than 3 times as if no one was there, the Manager is swearing in the back and Hannah ignored me like if i was invisible! This company lost a Customer and will loose more from my mechanics

Horrible customer service. Ive been to this location 3 times in the past couple months. The first time I walked in and stood in front of the registers waiting to ask which aisle I could find a certain item and the 2 employees ignored me and kept going on about their bashing conversation about a customer that just left. I waited a couple minutes and finally interjected to ask my question. They continued loudly talking bad about the customer while I was looking for my item. I went there again today for a return and an employee finished ringing out a customer and then stood there drinking her iced coffee. She mumbled something, so I came up to her register and said Id like to make a return. She took my receipt, said sign here, then walked away without saying anything. I wasnt sure if I was all set or not, so I stood there. After a few moments, I started walking toward her where she went to another register. Still no acknowledgement, so I figured I was all set and left. I made it to my car and thought that was an awkward interaction and headed back inside to ask I was in fact all set or not and she just puts the cash and receipt from the return in my hand and walks away again.

Went there today -- only 3 workers - phone was ringing off the hook - a register was broken and the worker still went above and beyond to help me 😃

Went in simply to get some parts, was my first time coming to this specific location. The man at the front counter who I later was told is the store manager (Randy) was very rude towards me and pointed to an area I needed to go without giving me any further explanation, so I asked a question to which he did not let me finishing speaking and proceeded to snap at me and pointed again to the location I had a question on. I felt attacked by his motions, to the point where I literally had my hands up and said “I was just asking a question”. Thankfully another employee was very nice and willing to help me out with the rest of my experience there, even cashed me out as the store manager went to the back most likely to avoid me. I know corporate and am aware nothing will come from this as he is the manager. But as a manager of a store, you should always be willing to help out your guests professionally and in a good manner. Will not be returning. The two stars are for the quality of the items I purchased and the service the second employee gave to me. They should be the manager.

Went into the Park Ave. Location looking for a starter for my Ford Explorer. I have never been in and out of an auto parts store so fast in my life!I walked in, told the clerk what I was looking for and 4 minutes later I was walking out the door with the item in my hands!The help is very knowledgeable about vehicles and the correct parts necessary for repairs.I highly recommend this place for all of your cars needs!!

Park Ave location, very helpful staff. The associate had no problem coming out to diagnose my vehicle in the rain. Supplied me with a printout of the issue, which made it a simple fix, when my fiance got out of work that evening. Very good experience at this particular location 😁

What can I say, its an AutoZone. Usually understaffed but they do the best that they can. Not necessarily the best place for a novice to go, theres little to no knowledge to be had. Parking is chaotic. A good stop if you already know exactly what youre looking for.

Solid place for car parts and equipment. Customer service was polite and helpful.Edit: was pointedly snubbed by customer service for no apparent reason. I would have thought they were just lazy, but they warmly greeted a customer who came in after me, after I had been standing by the register waiting for someone to let me pay for my items for a while. Not sure what their problem is, but I wont be back.

Needed some lights for my car. The facility is very busy, but the only employee in the building that I saw was working very hard to get everybody what they needed. I just hope they can be fully staffed in the future during such a busy time for business. In my opinion there should have been at least one more in-store employee helping him out to more quickly serve customers. However, this employee did a great job in clarifying and knowing the exact differences and potential viability of the brands I had choices from.

They have lots of stuff and, although they dont have a lot of people working, they are very knowledgeable, nice and willing to help you out!

Commercial is great however dealing with the front counter staff is an awful experience if you dont speak Spanish. Yes they speak English but will help Spanish customers before English speaking customers regardless of your place in line. Advance Auto parts is a much better business to patrons

Rating is based on business not customer care or the employees. Store is always busy so its hard to get a phone call in or questions in-store or sometimes theyre low on stock because of how busy it constantly is.

Prices are fair, most of the staff is knowledgeable, they usually have what I need in stock and are willing to help out with fluids, wipers, filters and car code testing right outside.

If your gonna work in an autoparts store please know what youre talking about, I needed Head temperature sensor for my vehicle, I just replaced the thermostat and the coolant temperature sensor. The girl at the counter kept insisting the coolant temperature sensor was the same thing as the head temperature sensor. I had to show her pictures, she abruptly said, we dont have that!!!! Terrible customer service, I went to OReilly autoparts where they understood the difference. They ordered the head temperature sensor and Ill have it tomorrow. The women Ive encountered at AutoZone have been anything but helpful, dont need their attitude of indifference, unprofessional and I wont go back. Ill go to OReilly in the future

For the most popular store in Worcester and the highest earning, the store manager is not attentive at all. He doesnt care to communicate. Same with the dm for that matter. They were great to deal with previous to 2017 but seems as though service is gone

I will start by saying, I rarely write reviews on internet. I just came back from AutoZone at Park Ave and I can tell for sure it was the worst experience ever. I got the most unprofessional service from a guy named Mathew P. He was so rude and his communication with me was unethical.He gave me a very bad attitude, this was very noticeable from other customers at the store. As the result of his trashy talk some of the customers left the store without asking for help.One thing I will do for sure, never go back at AutoZone in park ave.AutoZone- Be careful when you hire rude people, it might destroy your reputation.

Popped in because I was in the area and my inner wheel well plastic had fallen and was rubbing against my tire. They helped me find the right body fasteners to get it on, and helped me find a fix for the holes that got ripped and widened.
