I brought my Ford Ranger to Harris Auto Body due to being involved in rear end accident. The accident was particularly upsetting due to it being a brand new 2020 model with less than 4500 miles. I worked directly with Alex who was professional, thorough and promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns. When completed, the repair came out great. I would not have any reservations about bringing another vehicle to Harris Auto Body in the future.New update - I had to bring the truck back in for another repair and working with Alex was a great experience again. I highly recommend Harris Auto Body. I am long-time customer, having gone to Harris for about 9 years now for a variety of minor fender benders to more serious body work. Some acid/corrosive material had been thrown over my car, damaging most of the windows and a good portion of the paint. Had it taken to Harris Auto Body and within 2 months I have a car that looks brand new. They did an excellent job replacing windows and paint and Alex was never bothered by me contacting him for updates (about once a week for a while...). He took care of everything with my insurance too, and the time it took was probably due in part to my insurance wanting inspectors out to see the damage multiple times. The shop went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and were kind and helpful along every step.

These guys are seriously the best, and Ive had work done at quite a few body shops in Worcester. They really went above and beyond for me, did great work in an unbelievably short time, all while giving me by far the best quote for a lot of work I needed done on my Mazda. To top it all off, the owner met with me after hours to give me my key because I wasnt able to meet him during the day and he wanted to make sure I got my car as soon as humanly possible. Seriously I cant say enough good things about this place, stop looking around and just go there already!

The worst place to bring your car. His is completely liar. One you live your car there he doubles the price and then if you dont pay you cant take it out. He takes advantage when you sign up the paperwork for the permission to work in the car . In other words they are robbers .

Harris auto took care of my car extremely well. The staff (Alex and Alysha) were BEYOND helpful and nice to me. They made sure they kept me up to date on my car and what was being done at what times. They took care of making sure I was covered for a rental car, and also found way more damage than my insurance company found and fixed everything and got it all covered as well. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Alex met me at a convenient location for me and took my rental car back to the rental company for me with no hassle. Alex and his whole team were amazing and highly experienced. I came to Harris Auto Body after I got rear-ended in my Ford Escape and Alex took care of me right away. He called the insurance to pay for a rental and then even called the car rental place to book my reservation and have them come pick me up. I was in and out within 20 minutes and I didnt have to do a thing. He took care of the rest. The best part was that he made sure the insurance appraiser saw the full extent of the damage to give me a TOP-DOLLAR estimate. I strongly recommend Harris Auto Body to anyone whos been in an accident because they focus their interests on whats best for their customers NOT the insurance unlike other body shops.

I was more than surprised at the body work, paint etc done at Harris Autobody. My Tacoma was smashed on both doors on the passenger side and you wouldn’t even be able to tell. Alex took care of my rental and dealt with the insurance company for everything. My vehicle really looked like it was returned just like when it was new 3 years ago. Totally detailed!! I brought in my 2007 Honda CRV for a checkup ahead of a road trip. Alex (disclosure: we went to school together in the 90s) was diagnosing issues before Id parked it, and I rolled out of there -- I kid you not -- 45 minutes later. The mechanics experience and professionalism impressed me, and so did their camaraderie. These guys clearly like what theyre doing, and it showed in the quality of their work.

I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this place for any repair. My first and very last time was when the owner told me that using plastic zip ties to secure the bumper is a normal practice. This is after almost 30 days to fix a minor rear bumper accident. Worst, he didnt even put in effort to correct the issue after i told him about it. Horrible service and experience.

Did an oitoutstand Job repairing my 2016 Chevy Sonic back to original condition. Whole front end was smashed up and they fixed everything so it was perfect again. They handled everything for me from the insurance to the rental, everything. Gieco told me I would have to pay my deductible if I wanted to use my insurance to cover someone else hitting me, right after that I called and spoke with Alex and he took care of everything, didnt pay anything and it all went smooth and easy. Love these guys for taking such good care of my baby (my car lol)

Terrible service. The owner is arrogant and tells you hes gonna replace damaged parts but a few months later when all the Bondo he put over the damage starts to crack off he tells you that wasnt his repair. Just awful. Insurance companies shouldnt even let their customers go to that shop. Crooks and criminals. Im disgusted by the owner and the labor they push out!

I was told by the shop to leave a review, so I will leave my honest opinions here. The positive reviews lead me here to fix my Audi S5s front end crash.- Took over 2 months to fix the car because grill was not ordered properly even when I mentioned it in the beginning about 3-4 times. Ive never had to let a car mechanic know which grill to order ever, even an insurance claimer from Allstate found it easily. The right grill still isnt on, even though it was the closest one they found.- Lack of updates on car.- Was told my that I didnt know the car business enough and didnt know my grill was aftermarket. First the grill is NOT an aftermarket. Ive had Audis for 8+ years. It is an OEM grill from Audi S5, I think I know what I ordered.At the end...I opted out for the alternative grill, so it was finally done, brought the car back home. Upon close inspection, noticed my hood was not aligned at all. I mentioned this to Alex at the shop, he kind of by passed the question and told me to make a list of what I want changed. I wish after 2 months they would have at least aligned the hood correctly. Its pulled way too down and I can feel one side too high and one side being too low. Also I can put my whole finger through the side between the fender and hood. Instead of making the realignment of the hood a priority, I was told that I would have to wait a few weeks. Thats fine with me but really.. do I have wait even longer after 2 months of waiting?Sadly this cannot be a 5/5 because of the lack of effort in even aligning even the hood and some comments made to me. I can try understanding the grill situation, hence the 3 stars but at the very end when the shop cannot even align the hood properly after 2 months?Maybe once the hood is realigned I will be more content and have an updated review. At this time, slightly disappointed at the craftsmanship but I believe there is always room to improve and sort things out. will update once everythings settled.Brought the car back home (missouri), had 3 different body shops look at it, Audi dealerships and body shops agreed that the hood, fender, bumper was not aligned.Finally after paying someone else, my hood is aligned. Will never come here again.
