The quality of the work is absolutely amazing! My wife brought her car there for a repair and it came back looking better than it did when we bought it at the dealership! Outstanding customer service and communication through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I made the first phone call up until picking up my vehicle they have been kind, courteous and more than happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. On a scale of 1/10 I would give this place a 15. I felt extremely comfortable and they kept me up to date with my vehicle. There service was fast and reliable. Upon pick up of my vehicle; I was happier then I have ever been. I will remember: The excellent, courteous, respectful and professional customer service. They didnt hesitate to go the extra mile for me as their customer. All staff, is very professional, welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. The paint job on my car is simply outstanding! The mechanics there were friendly and I got a reasonable quote for my car damages and paint. It only took them little over a week and my car looks brand new, polished and professional paint, not the cheap stuff. Would definitely recommend anyone trying to touch up or fix their exterior!

This is the best mechanic shop here in Worcester and I say this based on many experiences I had with bad mechanics around the area. I have an old car which may bring many issues but this mechanic has taken care of all of them. I went there to only check a sensor problem and they went beyond that and told me everything that I needed to fix to my car. Besides that they have a great customer service and are always willing to answer any questions you have concerning you vehicle which I loved. Also, prices are always reasonable and was about half of what two other places quoted. Definitely recommended 100%!

Cant believe meineki tech forgot to tight one nut of the tire during last service of my car. But, its true they put my life on risk. My car was making abnormal noise and I visited to the extreme auto, they found one tire was shaking and nut was loosen. They fixed it free of the cost. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.
