I can’t remember his name, but the store manager took care of my problem in no time! Though he had 2 customers before me, he was very timely. He was also very pleasant! I’ve had bad experiences at other att stores, but this one was great!

Will never go back to this store!! Charles, the manager totally misled led me regarding AT&T&TV and never offered to make any amens.I have been with at&t & direct TV for a long time and Im extremely disappointed with this kind of service.Be sure to do your own research before switching to at&t tv.Seriously thinking about changing to other providers!!!!!

I came into at&t to upgrade my phone. Charles is a guru because he switched my plan got me a brand new phone with everything I needed for Cheaper then what I’m paying now. And I got the iPhone 11. Would highly recommend coming to Wooster at&t for all of your needs. With there attention to detail and the ability to adapt to what I needed makes them top notch in my book. If feels good to be welcome home!

We had a wonderful experience at the Wooster store. Had 2 phone plans that we wanted to merge. Charles moved everything over with no problem. He even stayed over his shift to make sure we were all set with everything. They were gracious and helpful with any questions we had even after the sale. I would definitely reccomend the Wooster store and the great grout of guys they have there now.

Well I use to like this store but I will for now on drive all the way to Massilion for now on. They offered me the AT&T TV but told them it most likely wouldn’t work on one of our TVs. They didn’t listen and promised me it would work. Well I am at the store returning the box because it didn’t work. Spent an hour today on the phone with AT&T to cancel my TV account. Very friendly customer service. The man said all I have to do was return the box and all components to the store I got it from. Well now the store wants a $50 restocking fee. If I knew that I would have destroyed the box it came in. Tell me it’s part of the contract I signed. I never got a contract.Point being stay away from this AT&T store and the manager Charles Heckler.

Had a very good experience with this store. I was window shopping for a future purchase. Gus was very helpful and answered all of my questions. There was also plenty of handicap parking. Im a wheelchair user and was able to enter the store on my own.

Thieves!!!My daughter went in to get prepaid phone service, they took her money $70 and then could not get the phone to work. The manager told me to leave and come back tomorrow but that they would not refund her money even then. I said I wasnt leaving until she received a full refund, the manager called the police. The officer called the manager who refused to come in and take care of the situation she told the officer there was nothing they could do and that someone will call me the next day

Best service around. Cheaper & better than Verizon (for you people who think Verizon is the best🤦). One year I went to the fair in Wooster & also at orrville fireworks.. [when I had Verizon] I had NO service. Their towers were overwhelmed and Verizon couldnt keep up. AT&T does NOT have that problem. I ALWAYS have service. In the city with 5G speeds, and still have coverage out in the country! Great customer service as well. The store is always clean & organized. Slightly understocked in store but you can go in/or online and order the phone to be shipped to your house or the store HIGHLY recommend AT&T!I l|ft Verizon about 3 years ago now due to theirs outrageous billing, slow data speeds, and lack of customer service. I tried Sprint after that due their promo of a free phone.. well the phone is free because everything else about Sprint SUCKS including customer service, data speeds and coverage. Im also still waiting on my check from a device trade in and they just keep saying 7-10 business days Everytime I call in. Theyre terrible. So I switched to AT&T and couldnt be happier. I pay $48 a month on their prepaid service for UNLIMITED data, high speed internet and complete coverage of Wayne county. Customer service is great and they will help you until they solve the issue if you ever need assistance.

I am not really sure where to start. First off i went into the store to get a line removed and placed on a separate plan. While there they noticed that there was a pink line in the phone being removed and i was informed this was a known defect and it was almost out of warranty. So i was given a number to call and get the phone replaced under warranty. Then they were not able to remove the phone due to there being a balance still owed on the phone its self and i was told i needed to call customer service and get this done. So i called customer service and was told they are able to transfer the balance of the phone to the new plan and they are able to do this in store as well. When i was told the phone was covered under warranty instead of making an insurance claim since i carry the insurance for this phone turns out if there is any signs of physical damage to the phone nothing is covered under warranty and they charge you the full amount of the phone. The customer service rep Joey had the phone in his hand and never said anything about this to us. So now i am stuck with 2 of the same phones one with a pink line through it and a crack and one that was sent to us to replace it and a $609 bill for a phone i cant use. If i would of just filed a claim in the first place through insurance everything would of been fine. So i call customer loyalty who filed a complaint against this Joey and was told to go see the store manager. So i went to see her and she said he was off that day and would talk to him once he came into the store and would PERSONALLY call me. So i patiently wait on my call back from the manager who did not call she had Joey call me basically telling me i needed to call customer service and did not admit or deny helping me. So i call back asking for the store manager again and she is out to lunch. Once she does call back she says her employee has no memory of even helping me with this issue and says they are not taking care for the $609 charge on my plane for a broken phone i cant even use. This store is a joke and i would not recommend them to anyone.

When we entered our plan we also got two I phones free by a buy one get one free offer. They said it would take a couple of billing cycles for the credits for the phones to be given. They never did come and after a few calls to corporate they said the local store did not process it right. The store manger made it right though and I am very thankful.

Not enough employee. There Dell computers keep screwing up. The employees try their best but four hours to get a phone and people kept walking out because of only one customer service representative on a Sunday. Then when we got home we did not have signal. Not even with in three miles of our house. Went back to Verizon. Took one hour and got four bars in my kitchen. Sunday service and they had six customer service representative and the store manager was even there. That is the Wooster Ohio store.on Burbank road. Dont go to millersburg!

Havent had any issues with service and the online service is great. However, the store in Wooster messed up what phone is supposed to be as main phone and also mislead us in thinking if we traded in our phones we get both credit towards our verizon bill that was 400 dollars and in store credit. Turns out its either one and it was to late by the time I found out. The store never returned calls had to go through several customer service online reps to find out the answers.

I feel some of your pain. I went in yesterday morning and the employee t-shirt was wrinkled, hair sticking up on the back and frazzled like he just got out of bed at 11am when they opened. The store isnt labeled as a reseller for ATT and not an official or corporate store. SO you will get charged for everything including a faulty sim. Store is very outdated like something from late 90s. Its upsetting because from Tmobile for 8 years and their clean professional stores this was huge let down.I think what few positive reviews are here are people planted or asked by an employee to post positive things

Terrible experience at this store. Signed up with phone and directv and nothing they sold me was true. My buy one get one free phones cost $35 a month each. My free tablet is $95 per month. We agree to sign up with directv and get free unlimited data that cost us $230 a month. Manager wont return calls and neither will the corporate location. Terrible customer service and dishonest business practices. Stay away!!
