Sadly, this turned out to be the most disappointing experience. Ive been trying for over a month to get Mulch and pine straw. At first, I was told mulch would be installed two weeks after the order was placed. Fast forward 3 weeks, no phone call and no show. After placing a phone call to them, another appointment is made and I was told the truck broke down. Keep in mind, we are now one month after the initial order was placed. A Wednesday delivery is now scheduled. No phone call again and no show. When I reach out one final time, Im told she just doesnt know when she can get it scheduled. Obviously, my business is not needed and this business needs people who are more serious about operating it in a more businesslike manner. In this case, I could have taken my business elsewhere instead of being dragged along for over a month. There are other companies out there who want your business and are more than happy to communicate accurately when an install will be made.

Got 25 long needle bales. The price, pine straw quality and service were all great.

Angel is a jerk! Came in for straw this Saturday because I saw a coupon offering the jumbo rolls for $10. I came prepared to buy 30 rolls, so $300 dollars worth, but realized I had forgotten the coupon at home. I went in and explained the situation to Angel. He never looked up from his cell phone, and told me it wasnt his problem. I gave him one more chance to honor the coupon, or Id take my business to Cloud Supply where I knew they would honor it. He said I no care what they do. and with that I was gone.It takes a WHOLE lot to make me heated, but the attitude and general lack of customer service I received on Saturday sent me over the edge.I would advise all of you to buy local, but not from Angel. There are many others with way better people and the irony is all his competitors are within a MILE of his operation.

Overall poor quality long needle on top of the customer service. Low inventory and found trash along with candy wrappers in my bales. Bales are smaller than most. Take your money elsewhere. The woman angel behind the desk treats you with no respect whatsoever.

Great pine straw and reasonably priced.

Horrible service. Called this company this past Saturday. Spoke to Angel (the nephew) and set up an appointment on Monday. Specifically confirmed on Saturday they would take Visa and come Monday they wanted to send a different company and asked me to write him a check. I then spoke Angel (the boss) after that experience and Angel (the boss) promised to be out himself on Tuesday morning between 9 and 10am. He was a no show/no call. Angel (the nephew) called up at 2:30pm, didnt even apologized for nobody showing up in the morning, and proceeded to ask if he could come out right then. I tried to explain how the experience has now driven me away from them and instead of even attempting to make anything right, he hung up on me. If this is how they do business on a regular basis, I dont know how they will be in business for much longer.
