I have hired Dean & Sons at least 3 times in the past year and a half for tree removal and landscaping. They are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! They are great at managing my expectations, extremely reliable with forecasting their scheduling, knowledgeable, and professional.

I cant say enough good things about Dean & Sons. They did my mulch this year and I hired them again to remove trees. They let me know exactly what I needed to do to make sure my yard was ready for tree removal. They exceeded my expectation regarding communication as well as staying on target. The mulch is nice, but the communication was poor. We ordered a large amount of mulch, it was delivered on a Saturday at 10am. We were told someone would be by to spread it but they never came. They dumped the mulch in the street, so we assumed someone would come that day. We called but no one responded. It rained later that day so we assumed someone would return Sunday, no one did. It was sunny so they could have. Monday morning came and still no one. We called the company and they said they had no idea that no one had come to spread it. Meanwhile, our neighbors were getting very upset and complaining that it was a hazard (which it was) and threatened to call the sheriffs dept. Finally someone (1 person) showed up on Wednesday to spread it. They did a nice job, but I would not use them again due to the poor communication.

This is the first time I have used this company.I am very happy with the results.We have had lots of rain in the past week which caused delays.I recieved text messages telling they would need to delay and updates when they thought they could deliver.The delivery came yesterday and the crew to install was here before the mulch and went in without problems.Excellent experience all the way around.

I have used this company twice. First time was great. Second time was awful. Took day off work to be home when mulch was to be delivered and installed and they didn’t come. Scheduled second attempt and I called the day before cause I knew a rain storm was coming, so my appt was cancelled again. I feel if I didn’t call they would have not called me. Every time I called about my delivery they we not understanding and rude. I ended up finally getting mulch delivered and found my own installers to install mulch.

Amazing product and best pricing around. The office Staff was so helpful in determining how much mulch I needed and got us taken care of. We will be using them for our mulch installs here on out.

Very messy application, I had to go back and clean off window sills, patio and side walks. I have 6 huge oil leak stain on my driveway. It was wood chips instead of mulch

This company touts cheap mulch because they deliver less mulch than you requested and are paying for. Most people do not know how much a yard of mulch looks like so they trust the company to deliver the amount needed. We needed and paid for 50 yards of mulch. They stated they were delivering in two batches (25 and 25) The second the driver dumped the first batch on our driveway my husband new it was really short. We measured and measured (you can YouTube how to properly measure mulch).They shorted us AT LEAST 7 yrds the first drop. So we called them immediately and they said they may have been off by 2.... um no. So the next drop the driver dumped maybe 20. After workers were done spreading, our entire front yard hadn’t even been covered. They still argued that they brought the right amount. Long story short, be prepared to be shorted by at least 15-20% the amount you paid for. It’s not cheap, it’s a rip off.... oh also, because we needed cover our front yard, we went with a different company. We ordered 20 yards and the pile was substantially larger than both drops from Cheap Atlanta Mulch. Buyer beware.

Cheap Atlanta Mulch offered the best price of all the companies I searched for. The mulch was exactly as described. The delivery and install was completed quickly. Would certainly use this company again in the future.

Had a very good experience with ordering the mulch. Delivered on the day and time I ask. The problem was their installers that were paid $25/ cubic yard to install. They covered all of my smaller plants and had the mulch pushed up against all the plants and on the plants, so no room for the plants to get water or air. I had to help find them and dig them out. Seems if they are going to have installers the installers should have some clue what a plant looks like and not cover them up.

Weve had a number of different services mulch our landscaped areas over the years, but after our experience with Cheap Atlanta Mulch I dont think Ill ever try another!We ordered 20 yards of mulch on Thursday. It was delivered Friday morning, with text notifications confirming delivery and timing. A team of two texted their arrival time shortly after the mulch delivery, and arrived on time and went right to work.I really appreciated the terrific job that the installation team did. They were fast, thorough, and showed excellent care for our planted areas. They were done in less than six hours.The mulch itself is high-quality and exactly what we needed. We will definitely use and recommend this service again in the future!

I had a very good experience ordering mulch from Cheap Atlanta Mulch. I ordered about 8 cu yards of mulch and a week later it was delivered to my house as promised and in accordance with what I ordered. I was pleased with the quality of mulch and the care the delivery staff placed in making sure the mulch was on the tarp I laid out and not spread out in places I didnt want. I will definitely do business with them again.

We had a great experience with Cheap Atlanta Mulch. I called on a Friday and had the mulch delivered Tuesday. We paid to have them spread 24 yds of mulch. There two man team did the work in half a day. They did a fantastic job and the mulch is just what were looking for.

Paid in full and scheduled 2 hour delivery window for 8am to 10am. I received an email confirmation for the 2hr window delivery and it asked me to confirm the appt. I did. At 11 I called and was told it was out for delivery. At noon I called and reminded her the appt was for 8 and she said they dont make appointments. I reminded her of the email and she wanted to argue about it. She then told me the driver would be onsite within the hour. I live 8 miles from the location. My day has been cut in half. Unacceptable.
