I love this place they even know what I want by heart.

Tried this place for the first time today. Got the Dreamcicle with a scoop of ice cream in it. Super delicious, reasonably priced. Its 82⁰ and Im sitting in my truck with the windows down and feeling cool. Tons of flavors to pick from. Will be back for sure.

Absolutely a MUST VISIT. A hot summer day, or any day of the year isnt complete without a visit here! Sno-balls were DELICIOUS and prices were reasonable!

So, this review has to do with the whole experience. I have to be honest about it or everyone will think everything is perfect. The snow-balls are actually pretty big in every size. The flavors are great and lots of variety. However, be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. Unless there is no one there. They do a great job, but they take a LONG time. Do not be shocked if you wait 20-30 minutes in line if there are 4 or 5 families in front of you, because no one shows up alone. Today was a 25 minute wait just to get to the window. That is a long time and I did it, because we are on spring break and I had the time. So, be prepared.

Always come here with the wife for a sweet treat. Its a great place for a date, a place to bring the kids, or a place to shoot the breeze. Come through.

I wish I could give less than one star. I decided to try this place for the first time tonight. I asked for a snowball I saw online called The White Wedding and the kid taking my order said they have something call wedding cake. Thinking it was probably what I was asking for I ordered it. Once I took the first bite, I knew I ordered the wrong thing and honestly I wasnt going to eat it. I told the guy we ordered from that I ordered the wrong thing and didnt like what I got. He told me if he was to make anything else he would need to charge me, which was fine and I said I understood(even though if we are being honest they are charging 5 dollars to ice and flavoring and seems like they could just fix it). he offered to add another flavor to the snowball and I agreed even though it just made it more inedible. everyone I was with didnt like the snowcones but no one was upset about it. as i was leaving one of the staff member (younger guy with a mullet) said hey, next time use some eye drops. everyone found that to be extremely inappropriate. no one was rude to any staff member or being difficult. i personally dont really enjoy over paying for flavored ice that no one even enjoyed and have some kid with a mullet imply that i am high. we all left pretty disappointed and annoyed by that comment. it was definitely weird as someone in my mid-20s having an 80s movie bully give me a lame straight-edged one-liner. maybe if we were actually high, that would have been a tolerable experience.

This is a tasty way to cool off. They have lots and lots of flavors and combinations. Take a break and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Love this place! Always delicious! Staff is fun! Excellent way to get a refreshing sweet treat! Ask for suggestions on flavors if youre feeling adventurous!

I came right as they were closing and dealing with a difficult customer about them being closed. She made some nasty comments and Joey politely said they were closed again I’m sure her review will be on here somewhere so I need to give Joey and the other co-worker credit for how they dealt with it although they need to correct their business hours online and on their sign.

Ordered from Ubereats. Received a call saying the price was higher in store then on the app (?) and told me I needed to remove something I ordered. I told them I would be fine paying the regular amount and they cancelled my order.

I had heard great things about this snow cone place, but was very skeptical. Its located in the parking lot of a gas station. However, after trying a snow-ball I was immediately a fan. They have amazing snow cones. I dont know how one snowcone can be better than another, but theirs is are better. I highly recommend them. They also have a large variety of flavors.

I love this place but they actually close at 9 and not 9:30. Someone should change that.

Really enjoy the snowballs from here! They have a huge menu of flavors and flavor combinations. They not only have multiple regular flavors they have “employee creations” such as Twinkie, S’mores and Strawberry Shortcake. They also have premise creations. There are multiple topping options, and even a stuffed snowball option where you can get a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle! Glad we have this place a chance! Only two minor complaints- it’s small and when you place your order the next person in line has to wait to have their order taken until the first peoples are done. They don’t take a name they just open the window and shout “ready”. There could also be more than 3 tables out front. Other than that those things are worth the delicious treat!

My kids love coming here specially after swim practice. You have to get it with ice cream in the middle and frosted on top. My favorite is wedding cake and the kids love the chocolate. They do I’m just right and are the best next to the ones I’ve had in Hawaii

Im going to give 3 stars because I had been going for years and always loved it with no problems. One of my favorites to order is a is blue raspberry with a splash of coconut and banana. Its a recreation of a flavor from when I used to work at Hawaiian Ice back on the west coast. Its my absolute favorite. As mentioned, been getting it for a couple years. This year i went to go order it and was rudely told they couldnt put more than 2 flavors on a snowball. Meanwhile to my right is the specials and employee creations with 3 or more flavors in them including additions! I even offered to pay for it. Still told they are not allowed even if I pay BUT they went ahead and did it for me anyway. Which Thank You but I felt uninvited and unwelcome. Might try Pelicans before I go back here.

We stumbled upon their Atlanta location looking for another snow cone place. I am so happy the kids encouraged me to turn around. I love the atmosphere..and the Manager is Awesome!!!! The flavors took me back to my childhood🎉

Fantastic Snow Cones, I really enjoy this place. I have never had a bad experience, just slow ones. The owner and his family are great people, there are times when it can be VERY slow but there are also times where its very fast. It really depends on the time of day and time of year. I really recommend this place.

The owner is SO rude! The snowballs are okay, but with such terrible customer service, I refuse to pay for his overpriced mediocre snowballs. My 3 year old didn’t like the flavor we picked and he very rudely refused to change it out. I’ll never go back!

The product is delicious... if you can catch them when theyre open. Took my kiddo on a Saturday afternoon after playing a few hours at the park. The open sign was on the window so we pulled in and my boy was sooo excited to get a snow cone. Got up to the window and no one was there. Hours on the window insinuated it was open so we hung out for a few waiting for someone to come back. After a few minutes, I knocked on the window and looked inside, no signs of life... so we left and went to Brewsters instead. Highly disappointing.

I may be a little obsessed because I grew up having access to fresh Snow Cones and I just realized Big Easy Sno-Balls is open more than I thought and I make it a point to stop by when Im traveling through Woodstock. Easy access from 575 and a nice cool treat for the whole family.

Just got done ordering 2 separate snow cones, an ice cream flavor and a pineapple. The ice cream and pineapple tasted exactly the same. My girlfriend and I tried each others and agreed, no difference. Had 2 bites and told the girl at the counter, she says to me, well people have been getting them all day and they said they are fine. Oh so let me get this straight, these people who order these flavors have come right back up to you and told you they taste amazing? I dont think so. She did absolutely nothing to correct the situation by offering us a different flavor. Just a fake smile and awkward body language to suggest we just shut up and get over it. Fire her please.

We come here 3 times a week. First time I didnt get the warm and fuzzies, but I made friends with the staff and actually enjoy going there more so I can say hi. I have never had a bad experience with the manger but Ive never seen him. His daughter is very friendly :)) Love Michelle also. Once you have one, you will be hooked. Best I have ever had.

I was in line tonight at 8:50, 10 minutes before they closed, but then by the time my turn in line came up it was 9:03 the young man working refused to take my order even though I was already in line. Very poor customer service. He should have cleared out the line.

My family and I really enjoy this place. I had a small Smores snowball and it tastes just like a Smores even though it is mostly ice. Definitely worth a stop and convenient to 575.

Im giving a 2 because ive been here before and really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake snow cone but the new help is awful! He thought I said strawberry short cake when I said strawberry cheesecake and the guy even asked me about the whip cream and I told him mine never came with whip. The strawberry cheesecake doesnt but the strawberry shortcake does so he should have known. He made me the correct one and I paid extra for ice cream which in my new one had bairly any and he gave me an attitude when I said thank you instead of saying sorry. Its my birthday today and because he didnt hear me he ruined my visit and my snow cone. My advice for customers at this place make sure you speak up so they get it right the first time or youll waste your money.

My wife and I love coming here for sno-balls. They are a bit pricy but its well worth.

Seriously delicious! I almost stayed away from this place because of the bad reviews, but I decided to give it a try based on a friends recommendation. Im glad I did! I had a birthday cake snowcone with condensed milk. If you like crazy sweet (which I do!) youll love it! I also tried two other snowcones, the key lime pie (which was very good but not key lime tasting) and the strawberry shortcake (which was delicious!!). Try some of their custom creations or get yours with toppings and you will not be disappointed.

Lots of flavors and my son absolutely loved the Candy Apple flavor, he says it is better than Kona Ice. They have some very interesting seasonal combinations, like smores, always fun to check them out.

A bit hard to find, and the environment is kind of sketchy. However, the prices are good and so are the flavors. You really get the size you pay for.

I usually go there twice a week. Today I went and found a hair in my marshmallow sauce. The owner wouldnt refund my money nor make me a new snowball. He also proceeded to tell me it was my eyelash. Eyelashes are shorter and thicker. This hair was thin and long. He also tried making me leave telling me hed call the police. As I was waiting he storms out & says hes not going deal with it. Gets in his suv and drives off! I will not be returning.

Horrible experience tonight! Got there at 8:45pm, 15 minutes prior to closing and waited 30 minutes to only be told that they wouldnt serve us. Apparently, the two teens who were working there had given a scribbled note to a few kids in front of us stating that they would be the last ones served. No one bothered to tell the 5 people behind them that we were wasting our time. Despite opening the window over and over and seeing more folks. There were 5 of us-- not a long line. If you want to call yourself Big Easy and be anything like New Orleans you FAILED! Born and raised there and customer service comes first! Filling 5 more cups wasnt too much to ask and simple respect to not let us stand there waiting would be much appreciated!

Best summer treat ever

The snowballs are reaaalllly good.... HOWEVER the other day my sister was there with her 4 year old daughter and she watched the owner of snowballs and the gas station across from snow balls now... A lady ordered her snowball and went and sat in her car while she waited for her snowball (like most people because its hot!) now the owner was very offended by this action and brought the snowball outside and threw it at, he hit her car and barely missed her and screamed what!! Youre gonna order something and then leave!?!!! (She was not leaving) and when he missed her with the snowball he got ice and threw the ice at her and hit her with it! Then the police showed up and forced him to come out and arrested him all in front of my pregnant sister and her 4 year old!! He got charged with assault and I dont exactly suggest going there....

Was kinda mad about seeing they were supposed to be open to 10pm on Saturdays but were closed at 9:17Snowballs are tasty as can be though

Boy do I wish I read the reviews before I got here, no surprise that there are so many bad ones. I even created an account so that I could recount my story for you all. Ive heard that the snocones are good so I figured Id give it a try but it doesnt matter how good the product is, if its missing the service. Im a store owner/ operator and the behaviors exhibited here would be enough to terminate one of my employees. First off, if you have seasonal hours they should be posted. They have a digital sign that says they are open at 12pm when online it says they are open at 1pm. This is so easily remedied by taking the time to reset the clock. This was okay considering I checked online first, however if I hadnt this obviously would have been a problem. I arrived at 1:05pm and there was already a gentleman waiting ahead of me and the lights inside were still off, I have a reasonable tolerance for these things and I understand that sometimes a person just has to use the bathroom or something, but after ten minutes passed waiting in the hot sun at 90 degrees I started getting antsy and sure was ready for that snocone to cool off. Finally, the lights flickered on and a gentleman stepped outside, at this point there are 6 of us waiting outside and it was now 1:17pm. Not only did he not acknowledge our presence, he rudely exclaimed excuse me so that he could put a rickety boom box on the sidewalk to play music. Then he proceeded to go to each table and open the umbrellas still continuing to ignore everyone that was waiting. All it wouldve taken was some reassurance (like Good Afternoon, sorry Im running late. I will be right with you!) After he was done with that he returned inside and we all gathered to form a proper line, assuming that we will finally be served. NOPE. The guy who was working then left the store again with no explanation and then proceeded to walk right past us and go inside the Shell Gas Station across the street. For what? Who knows and who cares?! At this point it was 1:30pm and I was so astounded by his audacity that I left and so did 3 other people that were also waiting. There is no excuse for this other than lack of oversight, poor staffing and no training. Considering the other reviews Ive read through, this place deserves the same condemnation that is served to its customers.

I wrote this a year ago and did not get a chance to post. To this day I drive right past without even stopping. Heres why.Well, first let me say, if I was only reviewing the flavor and the actual product, I would definitely give it five stars. Let me say, DELICIOUS!!! My son and I had started coming every week after our first visit. BUT, that all changed with some seriously bad customer service. We went one Friday evening (Aug. 21, 2015) to get some delicious sno balls after dinner. I wanted to pay with cash and had none, so I stopped by the ATM to get $40 (2 $20 bills). I purchased two small sno cones, one with ice cream. My total came to $6.09. I gave the cashier (it was a man) a $20 bill and 9 cents. He put my change on the counter with 1 penny. I wasnt sure why he gave me a penny because I gave him the 9 cents, so I just pushed it to the side and grabbed the dollars. I skimmed at them but didnt think anything of it, immediately placed them in my wallet, closed it and went on my way. When my son and I made it home (we live less than 3min from this spot), I pondered over the dollars he placed on the counter. So I went to my wallet to find only $24....the $20 bill from the ATM left over and $4 that he gave me in change. So we drove right back up there, still with our sno balls in hand. The cashier was immediately defensive and rude. He insinuated I either dropped the $10 or my son got it out of my wallet. SERIOUSLY??? My 8 year old son stole from me. I explained to him I am not a thief and I dont steal and certainty dont need to steal $10 from a sno ball hut. Anyway, he insisted he gave me the $10. I told him his drawer would be $10 over if he counted it right now. Of course he would not, took my number and said he would call the next day if it was over. Needless to say, I did not get a phone call. I didnt expect him to call even if it was over because he refused to acknowledge the fact that he could have possibly given me the wrong change.At any rate, its $10, so keep it. But unfortunately that is the most they will get from me ever. It was just very bad customer service and the fact that he was rude about it and even suggested my 8yr old son took the $10. Its sad because we had found a new weekly dessert place. Hopefully they will read this and see that customer service is EVERYTHING!!!

Always closed early. Twice Ive arrived before closing to the open sign light off. If you have seasonal hours, post them. Bad business.
