Ritu appears to be inexperienced and rude. Lack of knowledge, no customer service skills . This is the third time they have screwed up/lost a prescription. Makes you wonder how many people are suffering from getting the wrong medication from this location. Probably a good idea to look for another more competent pharmacy. You literally are taking your life into your own hands to use this place.

Good service, about what you would expect from Walmart.

They know me by name. I am a type one diabetic. They have taken care of my prescriptions for several years. They are kind and helpful and very professional. I am thankful for them. They have very low turnover with employees also which says a lot.

Ive been on my medication for years. Yet Ive been standing here for 10 minutes to wait for a pharmacist consult. For thyroid medicine. Moving mt scripts to Walgreens. Its not worth it anymore

We recently moved and finding this location was great. They are always helpful and have our prescriptions ready. Sometimes there is a hiccup but they are ready to help you and always with a smile.

My daughter has Schizoaffective disorder and suffered a psychotic break during this pandemic. After her release from the hospital I was unable to get her medication because the dr forgot to give authorization to the insurance company. Unless I had $1,200 to pay for a one month supply I could not get the prescription. Amanda got on the phone with everyone she could to resolve the problem. She was so kind, calm, professional and patient. She resolved the issue and treated us with compassion. That meant everything to me and our family today. Thank you Amanda!

Ordered medicine 4 days ago, wondered why I never got the prescription only to be told we never ordered it, now have to wait 4 more days because of the holiday. Thanks Walmart it’s only a life saving drug!!!

Liars, indifferent workers. I went for my medicine not once, not twice, but FOUR times and they said... Tomorrow will be ready and guess what??? Not ready. They simply dont respect the customers. You deserve respect and to have your medicines not their lies.

Long lines and consistently out of inventory.

This is the best pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced!!!. Tech Sarah and Pharmacist Thomas Lo are always smiling, even when dealing with stressed-out customers. The prices are the best, and they take the time to find the best prices if you’re self-insured, using cash, insurance or a discount service as GoodRx (which I highly recommend!). The system of refills and notifications is always flawless, and I moved ALL of my prescriptions to the Woodstock (Hwy. 92) Wal-Mart!!!😃👍🏼

Awful. They cant even dispense the right number of pills even though they enter the correct amount in the computer. My meds were supposed to be for 90-days. They only dispensed 30-days worth - although me and my insurance paid for 90-days. I have been off of my meds for over 30-days due to this error. BE SURE TO COUNT YOUR PILLS if you use this pharmacy.

Terrible customer service!!!!! I filled a prescription for my sick dog and was told that it would last 2 weeks because of their new policy that states they cannot give a cough syrup prescription in full the first time so I was charged $30 for a 1 week supply! When I called to question this they were not helpful at all!!! I will NEVER use this terrible pharmacy again!!!

Walmart is the pharmacy I use for all of my medications. Ive never had a problem here and the staff is friendly. Id definitely recommend using them.

This place is awful. Very rude and unplesent staff from the auto department all the way up to the customer service department. Will not be spending anymore of my money here.

The script called for 1/2 pill a day so they even cut them in half before I picked them up. No one has ever done that before.
